Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a device, equipment and a computer readable medium for processing evaluation information, and relates to the technical field of computers. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of operations of a job rater according to an embodiment of the present invention. The following items are included in fig. 5: number, post name, requirements specialty, level, job level assessment status and operation.
When the user is a job rating person, the user clicks "job rating" into the page as in FIG. 5. And setting generation conditions of evaluation information by the job rating personnel based on the post names, the level identifications and the requirement specialties. Illustratively, for a station name: the product manager sets the level as: a primary stage; requirement specialization: and (4) an algorithm.
The generation conditions of the evaluation information may be presented in a manner tabulated in fig. 5. The staff can search through the post name and the requirement specialty or level and inquire the existing generating conditions of the evaluation information.
The staff raters can also view or edit the generation conditions of the evaluation information. As an example, encoding: 0101, position name: a big data product manager; requirement specialization: big data; grade: a primary stage; job rating status: and is not submitted. Because the generating condition of the evaluation information is not submitted, the detailed content can be checked and the editing can be continued. And (4) clicking 'editing' by the staff appraiser, and continuously editing the generation condition of the evaluation information.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the operation of a subject according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 includes the following items: number, title name, post name, requirement specialty, level, title status, evaluation result, and operation.
And when the user is a questioner, establishing and storing evaluation information in the database according to the generation condition of the evaluation information, wherein the evaluation information comprises an evaluation post, an evaluation level, an evaluation specialty and an evaluation answer. Wherein, the evaluation information is the question in fig. 6, the evaluation post is the post evaluation in fig. 6, the evaluation level is the level in fig. 6, the evaluation specialty is the requirement specialty in fig. 6, and the evaluation answer can be obtained by clicking the "view details".
In order to improve the quality of the titles, cross-examination can be performed on the titles, and the titles can be used after passing the examination. The questioner can also be used as an auditor and is responsible for auditing the questions submitted by the non-self so as to realize cross audit. The audit status of the title is known by the "title status" in fig. 6.
Specifically, the user can add a title and then submit an audit. And sending the position name, the level identification and the requirement specialty corresponding to the question to other question makers for examination. Other subjects will see the topic to be reviewed in the question bank list. If not, the person can re-edit or delete the topic.
Illustratively, numbers 0001 and 0003 in fig. 6 are topics for which the person is responsible for review, and the topic states of numbers 0001 and 0003 can be updated by clicking "edit". In addition, the "evaluation result" in fig. 6 is set by the tester or the subject. The tester is the interviewer.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of the operation of an interviewer according to an embodiment of the present invention. Among them, fig. 7 includes the following items: number, title name, post name, requirement specialty, level, evaluation result, and operation.
The user enters the recruitment question bank page as in fig. 7 for the interviewer. And searching the database for the question by the interviewer based on the post, the level identification of the post, the requirement specialty of the post and the evaluation result.
Specifically, the interviewer determines the topic used by clicking on the "adopt" or "not adopt" of the topic. After the testee completes the subject, the testee and/or the interviewer can feed back the evaluation result.
In addition, the personal information uploaded by the tested person can be received, and the personal information can be a resume. The personal information of the testee is screened to obtain the target post of the testee and the level identification of the target post, and then the used questions are automatically generated.
Finally, the interviewer can determine the matching degree of the testee and the post according to the feedback result of the testee to the question and the evaluation answer of the question.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a main structure of an apparatus for processing evaluation information according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus for processing evaluation information can implement a method for processing evaluation information, and as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus for processing evaluation information specifically includes:
and the setting module 801 is used for setting the generation condition of the evaluation information based on the post name, the level identification and the requirement specialty.
The establishing module 802 is configured to establish and store evaluation information in a database according to a generation condition of the evaluation information, where the evaluation information includes an evaluation post, an evaluation level, an evaluation specialty, and an evaluation answer.
And the searching module 803 is used for searching the database to obtain the evaluation information of the tested person by utilizing the target post of the tested person, the level identification of the target post and the requirement specialty of the target post.
The matching module 804 is configured to determine a matching degree between the testee and the target post according to the feedback result of the evaluation information of the testee and the evaluation answer of the evaluation information of the testee.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the searching module 803 is further configured to evaluate the evaluation information of the testee according to the evaluation information of the testee;
and updating the evaluation result of the evaluation information of the tested person in the database according to the evaluation result of the evaluation information of the tested person.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the evaluation information of the test subject is set by the test subject and/or the tester.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the searching module 803 is specifically configured to search the database to obtain the evaluation information of the testee by using the target post of the testee, the level identifier of the target post, and the requirement specialty of the target post, and combining the evaluation result of the evaluation information in the database.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the setting module 801 is specifically configured to set a generation condition of the evaluation information based on the post name, the level identifier, the requirement professional category, and the weight of the requirement professional category.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the establishing module 802 is specifically configured to establish the evaluation information according to a generation condition of the evaluation information;
and after the established evaluation information passes the examination, the evaluation information is stored in a database, and the evaluation information comprises an evaluation post, an evaluation level, an evaluation specialty and an evaluation answer.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the searching module 803 is further configured to obtain the target position and the level identifier of the target position of the tested person by screening the personal information of the tested person.
Fig. 9 shows an exemplary system architecture 900 to which the method of processing profile information or the apparatus for processing profile information of an embodiment of the invention can be applied.
As shown in fig. 9, the system architecture 900 may include end devices 901, 902, 903, a network 904, and a server 905. Network 904 is the medium used to provide communication links between terminal devices 901, 902, 903 and server 905. Network 904 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 901, 902, 903 to interact with a server 905 over a network 904 to receive or send messages and the like. The terminal devices 901, 902, 903 may have installed thereon various messenger client applications such as, for example only, a shopping-like application, a web browser application, a search-like application, an instant messaging tool, a mailbox client, social platform software, etc.
The terminal devices 901, 902, 903 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 905 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (for example only) providing support for shopping websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 901, 902, 903. The backend management server may analyze and perform other processing on the received data such as the product information query request, and feed back a processing result (for example, target push information, product information — just an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the method for processing evaluation information provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 905, and accordingly, the apparatus for processing evaluation information is generally disposed in the server 905.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 9 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 10, a block diagram of a computer system 1000 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the invention is shown. The terminal device shown in fig. 10 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the computer system 1000 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1001 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1002 or a program loaded from a storage section 1008 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1003. In the RAM 1003, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1000 are also stored. The CPU 1001, ROM 1002, and RAM 1003 are connected to each other via a bus 1004. An input/output (I/O) interface 1005 is also connected to bus 1004.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1005: an input section 1006 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 1007 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 1008 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1009 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1009 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 1010 is also connected to the I/O interface 1005 as necessary. A removable medium 1011 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1010 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1008 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication part 1009 and/or installed from the removable medium 1011. The computer program executes the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1001.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor includes a transmitting unit, an obtaining unit, a determining unit, and a first processing unit. The names of these units do not in some cases constitute a limitation to the unit itself, and for example, the sending unit may also be described as a "unit sending a picture acquisition request to a connected server".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise:
setting a generation condition of evaluation information based on the post name, the level identification and the requirement specialty;
establishing and storing the evaluation information in a database according to the generation condition of the evaluation information, wherein the evaluation information comprises an evaluation post, an evaluation level, an evaluation specialty and an evaluation answer;
searching in the database to obtain the evaluation information of the testee by utilizing the target post of the testee, the level identification of the target post and the requirement specialty of the target post;
and determining the matching degree of the testee and the target post according to the feedback result of the evaluation information of the testee and the evaluation answer of the evaluation information of the testee.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the generation condition of the evaluation information is set based on the post name, the level identification and the requirement specialty; establishing and storing evaluation information in a database according to the generation condition of the evaluation information, wherein the evaluation information comprises an evaluation post, an evaluation level, an evaluation specialty and an evaluation answer; searching in a database to obtain evaluation information of the testee by using the target post of the testee, the level identification of the target post and the requirement specialty of the target post; and determining the matching degree of the tested person and the target post according to the feedback result of the evaluation information of the tested person and the evaluation answer of the evaluation information of the tested person.
Because the evaluation information can be obtained according to different target posts, level marks and requirement specialties, the person to be tested can be evaluated in a targeted manner by utilizing the evaluation information. Therefore, the diversity of the evaluation information can accurately evaluate the accurate experimenters of the applicants, and further meet the requirements of different posts on different talents.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A method of processing profile information, comprising:
setting a generation condition of evaluation information based on the post name, the level identification and the requirement specialty;
establishing and storing the evaluation information in a database according to the generation condition of the evaluation information, wherein the evaluation information comprises an evaluation post, an evaluation level, an evaluation specialty and an evaluation answer;
searching in the database to obtain the evaluation information of the testee by utilizing the target post of the testee, the level identification of the target post and the requirement specialty of the target post;
and determining the matching degree of the testee and the target post according to the feedback result of the evaluation information of the testee and the evaluation answer of the evaluation information of the testee.
2. The method of processing profile information according to claim 1, further comprising:
evaluating the evaluation information of the testee according to the evaluation information of the testee;
and updating the evaluation result of the evaluation information of the testee in the database according to the evaluation result of the evaluation information of the testee.
3. The method for processing evaluation information according to claim 2, wherein the evaluation information of the test subject is set by the test subject and/or the tester.
4. The method for processing evaluation information according to claim 2, wherein the searching in the database for the evaluation information of the testee by using the target post of the testee, the level identifier of the target post and the requirement specialty of the target post comprises:
and searching in the database to obtain the evaluation information of the testee by utilizing the target post of the testee, the level identification of the target post and the requirement specialty of the target post and combining the evaluation result of the evaluation information in the database.
5. The method for processing evaluation information according to claim 1, wherein the setting of the generation condition of evaluation information based on post names, level identifications and requirement specialties comprises:
and setting generation conditions of evaluation information based on the post names, the level identifications, the requirement professional types and the weights of the requirement professional types.

The method for processing evaluation information according to claim 1, wherein the establishing and storing of the evaluation information in a database according to the generation condition of the evaluation information, the evaluation information including an evaluation post, an evaluation level, an evaluation specialty and an evaluation answer, comprises:
establishing the evaluation information according to the generation condition of the evaluation information;
and after the established evaluation information passes the examination, storing the evaluation information in the database, wherein the evaluation information comprises an evaluation post, an evaluation level, an evaluation specialty and an evaluation answer.
7. The method for processing evaluation information according to claim 1, wherein before searching in the database for the evaluation information of the testee, the method further comprises:
and obtaining the target post of the testee and the level identification of the target post by screening the personal information of the testee.
8. An apparatus for processing profile information, comprising:
the setting module is used for setting the generation condition of the evaluation information based on the post name, the level identification and the requirement specialty;
the establishment module is used for establishing and storing the evaluation information in a database according to the generation condition of the evaluation information, wherein the evaluation information comprises an evaluation post, an evaluation level, an evaluation specialty and an evaluation answer;
the search module is used for searching the database to obtain the evaluation information of the testee by utilizing the target post of the testee, the level identification of the target post and the requirement specialty of the target post;
and the matching module is used for determining the matching degree of the testee and the target post according to the feedback result of the evaluation information of the testee and the evaluation answer of the evaluation information of the testee.
9. An electronic device for processing evaluation information, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
