The historical score record of the reference application indicates the user's expectation of the application, for example, if the user evaluates the fluency of the application more, or the score in terms of fluency is often lower, it indicates that the user has a higher requirement on the fluency of the application.

The historical scoring data shows the expectation requirements of the user on each evaluation dimension of the application, the reference scoring data shows the comprehensive objective performance data of the target application in each evaluation dimension, whether the application meets the expectation of the user is determined according to the objective performance data of the application and the expectation requirements of the user, whether the application is the preference application of the user is determined, and therefore the target application is selected.
According to the historical grading data and the reference grading data, the application preferred by the user can be determined, the recommendation or selection accuracy of the application to be upgraded is improved, the user experience is improved, and the complaint of the user is reduced.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the determining module 204 includes:
a first determining unit, configured to determine, according to the historical scoring data, a dimension attention level of the user for each evaluation dimension;

the first determining subunit is used for determining at least one target evaluation dimension concerned by the user according to the dimension attention level;
the first acquisition subunit is used for respectively acquiring dimension reference scoring data of each target evaluation dimension from the reference scoring data;
and a second determining subunit, configured to determine, for each target evaluation dimension, when the dimension reference scoring data is greater than or equal to a preset scoring threshold, an upgraded application corresponding to the dimension reference scoring data as a target application preferred by the user.
Therefore, after the scoring data applied to the plurality of evaluation dimensions meet the requirements (preset scoring threshold), the applications can be determined to be in accordance with the requirements of the user or in a range acceptable by the user.

based on the third determining subunit and the fourth determining subunit, the first determining subunit is specifically configured to:

In addition, the present application also provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device related to the present application, specifically:
the electronic device may include components such as a processor 401 of one or more processing cores, memory 402 of one or more computer-readable storage media, a power supply 403, and an input unit 404. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device configuration shown in fig. 4 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the processor 401 is a control center of the electronic device, connects various parts of the whole electronic device by various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the electronic device and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 402 and calling data stored in the memory 402, thereby performing overall monitoring of the electronic device. Optionally, processor 401 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 401 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 401.
The memory 402 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 401 executes various functional applications and decoding processes by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 402. The memory 402 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the electronic device, and the like. Further, the memory 402 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 402 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 401 access to the memory 402.
The electronic device further comprises a power supply 403 for supplying power to the various components, and preferably, the power supply 403 is logically connected to the processor 401 through a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption are realized through the power management system. The power supply 403 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
The electronic device may further include an input unit 404, and the input unit 404 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.

obtaining reference scoring data of at least one application to be upgraded, wherein the reference scoring data comprises scoring data of the upgraded application on at least one evaluation dimension by a reference user; collecting historical scoring records of a user for at least one reference application; extracting historical scoring data on the at least one evaluation dimension from the historical scoring record; determining a target application preferred by the user from the at least one application to be upgraded according to the historical scoring data and the reference scoring data; and sending the upgrading data of the target application to the terminal equipment of the user so that the terminal equipment upgrades the target application according to the upgrading data.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
Determining a target application to be upgraded preferred by a user according to the reference scoring data of the application to be upgraded and the historical scoring data of the reference application by the user, so that the obtained target application can be accepted by the user or better meets the requirements of the user after being updated, wherein the accuracy of selecting the application to be upgraded is improved by obtaining and referring the scoring data of at least one evaluation dimension; the evaluation dimension concerned by the user is selected, the application meeting the specific requirements of the user can be selected in a targeted manner, the performance requirements on the evaluation dimension not concerned are reduced, and the risk of application complaints is reduced.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions or by associated hardware controlled by the instructions, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored therein a plurality of instructions that can be loaded by a processor to perform the steps of any of the application upgrade methods provided herein. For example, the instructions may perform the steps of:
obtaining reference scoring data of at least one application to be upgraded, wherein the reference scoring data comprises scoring data of the upgraded application on at least one evaluation dimension by a reference user; collecting historical scoring records of a user for at least one reference application; extracting historical scoring data on the at least one evaluation dimension from the historical scoring record; determining a target application preferred by the user from the at least one application to be upgraded according to the historical scoring data and the reference scoring data; and sending the upgrading data of the target application to the terminal equipment of the user so that the terminal equipment upgrades the target application according to the upgrading data.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
Wherein the computer-readable storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
Since the instructions stored in the computer-readable storage medium can execute the steps in any application upgrading method provided by the present application, the beneficial effects that can be achieved by any application upgrading method provided by the present application can be achieved, which are detailed in the foregoing embodiments and will not be described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. An application upgrade method, comprising:
obtaining reference scoring data of at least one application to be upgraded, wherein the reference scoring data comprises scoring data of the upgraded application on at least one evaluation dimension by a reference user;
collecting historical scoring records of a user for at least one reference application;
extracting historical scoring data on the at least one evaluation dimension from the historical scoring record;
determining a target application preferred by the user from the at least one application to be upgraded according to the historical scoring data and the reference scoring data;
and sending the upgrading data of the target application to the terminal equipment of the user so that the terminal equipment upgrades the target application according to the upgrading data.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the target application preferred by the user from the at least one application to be upgraded according to the historical score data and the reference score data comprises:
determining a dimension attention level of the user for each evaluation dimension according to the historical scoring data;
and determining a target application preferred by the user from the at least one application to be upgraded according to the dimension attention level and the reference scoring data.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the user-preferred target application from the at least one application to be upgraded according to the dimension interest level and the reference scoring data comprises:
determining at least one target evaluation dimension concerned by the user according to the dimension attention level;
respectively acquiring dimension reference scoring data of each target evaluation dimension from the reference scoring data;
and for each target evaluation dimension, when the dimension reference scoring data is greater than or equal to a preset scoring threshold, determining the upgraded application corresponding to the dimension reference scoring data as the target application preferred by the user.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining a dimension attention level for the user for each evaluation dimension from the historical scoring data comprises:
according to the grading data of the user in each evaluation dimension, determining the complaint probability of the user in each evaluation dimension;
determining the dimension attention level of the user in each evaluation dimension according to the complaint probability;
the determining at least one target evaluation dimension focused by the user according to the dimension focus level comprises:
determining the complaint probability of the user in each evaluation dimension according to the dimension attention level;
and when the complaint probability is greater than or equal to a preset probability threshold, determining the evaluation dimension corresponding to the complaint probability as a target evaluation dimension.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein determining a dimension attention level for the user for each evaluation dimension from the historical scoring data comprises:
obtaining the complaint number of the complaint evaluation of the user in each evaluation dimension from the historical scoring data;
determining a complaint risk value of each evaluation dimension according to the complaint quantity;
and determining the dimension attention level of the user in each evaluation dimension according to the complaint risk value.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining a dimension interest level for the user in each evaluation dimension according to the complaint risk value comprises:
determining a dimension attention grade corresponding to each complaint risk value and a complaint quantity interval corresponding to each complaint risk value aiming at each evaluation dimension;
and when the complaint number of the evaluation dimension reaches any complaint number interval, determining the dimension attention level corresponding to any complaint number interval as the dimension attention level of the user for the evaluation dimension.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the target application preferred by the user from the at least one application to be upgraded according to the historical score data and the reference score data comprises:
and for each evaluation dimension, when the score data in the reference score data are all larger than the score data in the historical score data, determining the upgraded application corresponding to the reference score data as the target application preferred by the user.
8. An application upgrade apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring reference scoring data of at least one application to be upgraded after the application is upgraded, and the reference scoring data comprises scoring data of the application to be upgraded on at least one evaluation dimension by a reference user;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring historical scoring records of a user aiming at least one reference application;
an extraction module, configured to extract historical scoring data on the at least one evaluation dimension from the historical scoring record;
the determining module is used for determining a target application preferred by the user from the at least one application to be upgraded according to the historical scoring data and the reference scoring data;
and the pushing module is used for sending the upgrading data of the target application to the terminal equipment of the user so that the terminal equipment upgrades the target application according to the upgrading data.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the application upgrade method according to any one of claims 1-7 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
