In an embodiment, the communication module 900 is further configured to transmit at least one of the real-time temperature, the real-time concentration, the real-time alcohol remaining amount, and the real-time purified water remaining amount to the alcohol detector, so that a second display screen of the alcohol detector displays the real-time temperature, the real-time concentration, the real-time alcohol remaining amount, and the real-time purified water remaining amount.
It can be understood that the alcohol detector is generally provided with a second display screen, and the device of the present embodiment may transmit at least one of the real-time temperature, the real-time concentration, the real-time alcohol residual amount and the real-time purified water residual amount to the alcohol detector through the communication module 900, so that the second display screen of the alcohol detector displays. In order to enable the device of this embodiment to communicate with alcohol detectors manufactured by different manufacturers, an adaptation module may be disposed in the device of this embodiment, or other computing devices may be used to modify the communication protocol of the device of this embodiment, so as to make the communication protocols of the device of this embodiment and the alcohol detectors consistent. The adapting module is used for modifying the communication protocol of the device of the embodiment to adapt to different alcohol detectors.
It should be noted that, in the specific implementation of the apparatus of this embodiment, the first display screen 700 may be disposed or may not be disposed. In the case where the first display screen 700 is not provided, the apparatus of the present embodiment may receive a selection operation or input by the user through the second display screen of the alcohol meter.
In an embodiment, the communication module 900 is further configured to transmit a signal to the alcohol detector when the alcohol detector is connected, so that the alcohol detector enters a calibration mode.
It can be understood that the alcohol detector usually has a calibration mode when it leaves the factory, and the alcohol detector may be calibrated by combining the alcohol detector calibration apparatus of the present embodiment. The alcohol detector calibration device of the present embodiment transmits a signal to the alcohol detector through the communication module 900 when connecting the alcohol detector, so that the alcohol detector enters the calibration mode. After the calibration is successful, the alcohol detector calibration device of this embodiment stores the first calibration parameter of the sensor in the alcohol detector during the calibration process, so that when the alcohol detector is calibrated again to obtain the second calibration parameter, the second calibration parameter is compared with the first calibration parameter, if the error obtained by comparing the first calibration parameter with the second calibration parameter is not within the preset range, the sensor of the alcohol detector needs to be replaced, and if the error obtained by comparing the second calibration parameter with the first calibration parameter is within the preset range, the recalibration is successful.
In one embodiment, the alcohol concentration gas generating assembly 100 further comprises a heating module 116, wherein the heating module 116 is disposed on the synthesis chamber 110 for maintaining the synthesis chamber at a preset temperature.
In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, the alcohol concentration gas generating component 100 may obtain the alcohol gas with the preset concentration value by stirring and heating the liquid in the synthesis bin 110, wherein the alcohol concentration gas generating component 100 may heat the liquid by the heating module 116. The heating module 116 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the synthesis chamber 110 or inside the synthesis chamber for maintaining the synthesis chamber 110 at a preset temperature, which may be a heating sheet and/or a heating rod, and may be 34 degrees celsius. The alcohol concentration gas generating assembly 100 may maintain the synthesis chamber 110 at a constant temperature at a preset temperature by the heating module 116 while generating alcohol gas at a preset concentration value.
The invention discloses an alcohol detector calibrating device, which comprises: the alcohol concentration gas generation assembly is used for generating alcohol gas with a preset concentration value and comprises a synthesis bin, wherein the synthesis bin is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, and the gas outlet is used for being connected with an alcohol detector; and the air blowing pump is connected with the air inlet and used for providing aerodynamic force for the alcohol gas to pass through the air outlet to enter the alcohol detector so that the alcohol detector detects the alcohol concentration of the alcohol gas, and the detection result is calibrated according to the preset concentration value.
According to the alcohol detector calibration device, the alcohol gas with the preset concentration value is automatically generated through the alcohol concentration gas generation assembly, and the alcohol gas is blown into the alcohol detector, so that the alcohol detector detects the alcohol concentration of the alcohol gas and calibrates the detection result according to the preset concentration value, the manual operation procedure is simplified, and non-professionals can perform alcohol detector calibration operation through the device.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a method for using the calibration apparatus for an alcohol detector according to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps:
s100, connecting an air outlet of the alcohol detector calibration device with the alcohol detector, and sending a signal to the alcohol detector through the communication module so that the alcohol detector enters a calibration mode;
s300, receiving selection operation of a user through the control module, and determining a preset concentration value;
s500, generating alcohol gas with the preset concentration value through the alcohol concentration gas generation assembly;
s700, driving the alcohol gas to enter the alcohol detector through the gas outlet through the blowing pump so that the alcohol detector detects the alcohol concentration of the alcohol gas, and calibrating a detection result according to the preset concentration value.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the use method of the alcohol detector calibration apparatus adopts all the above technical solutions, so that at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.

Claims (10)

1. An alcohol detector calibration device, comprising:
the alcohol concentration gas generation assembly is used for generating alcohol gas with a preset concentration value and comprises a synthesis bin, wherein the synthesis bin is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, and the gas outlet is used for being connected with an alcohol detector; and
and the air blowing pump is connected with the air inlet and used for providing aerodynamic force for the alcohol gas to pass through the air outlet to enter the alcohol detector so that the alcohol detector detects the alcohol concentration of the alcohol gas, and the detection result is calibrated according to the preset concentration value.
2. The alcohol detector calibration device of claim 1, wherein the alcohol concentration gas generating assembly further comprises:
the first storage bin is used for storing alcohol with a first preset concentration;
the first water pump comprises a first liquid inlet and a first liquid outlet, the first liquid inlet is communicated with the first storage bin, and the first liquid outlet is communicated with the synthesis bin;
the second storage bin is used for storing purified water;
the second water pump comprises a second liquid inlet and a second liquid outlet, the second liquid inlet is communicated with the second storage bin, and the second liquid outlet is communicated with the synthesis bin.
3. The alcohol detector calibration device of claim 2, further comprising:
the control module is respectively connected with the first water pump and the second water pump, and is used for determining the preset concentration value, controlling the first water pump to extract first alcohol with a preset weight to the synthesis bin according to the preset concentration value, and controlling the second water pump to extract second pure water with a preset weight to the synthesis bin.
4. The alcohol detector calibration device of claim 2, further comprising:
the temperature sensor is connected with the control module and used for detecting the real-time temperature of the synthesis bin and sending the real-time temperature to the control module;
the concentration detection assembly is connected with the control module and used for detecting the real-time concentration of the generated alcohol gas and sending the real-time concentration to the control module;
the first surplus monitoring component is connected with the control module and used for monitoring the real-time alcohol surplus of the first storage bin and sending the real-time alcohol surplus to the control module;
and the second surplus monitoring component is connected with the control module and used for monitoring the real-time purified water surplus of the second storage bin and sending the real-time purified water surplus to the control module.
5. The alcohol detector calibration device of claim 4, further comprising:
the first display screen is connected with the control module and used for displaying at least one of the real-time temperature, the real-time concentration, the real-time alcohol residual quantity and the real-time purified water residual quantity.
6. The alcohol detector calibration device of claim 4, further comprising:
and the communication module is connected with the control module and is used for being connected with the alcohol detector so as to send the preset concentration value to the alcohol detector.
7. The alcohol detector calibration device of claim 6,
the communication module is further configured to transmit at least one of the real-time temperature, the real-time concentration, the real-time alcohol remaining amount and the real-time purified water remaining amount to the alcohol detector, so that a second display screen of the alcohol detector displays the real-time temperature, the real-time concentration, the real-time alcohol remaining amount and the real-time purified water remaining amount.
8. The alcohol detector calibration device of claim 6,
the communication module is further used for transmitting a signal to the alcohol detector when the alcohol detector is connected, so that the alcohol detector enters a calibration mode.
9. The alcohol detector calibration device of claim 1, wherein the alcohol concentration gas generating assembly further comprises:
the heating module is arranged in the synthesis bin and used for keeping the synthesis bin at a preset temperature.
10. A method of using the alcohol detector calibration device of any one of claims 1-9, the method comprising the steps of:
connecting an air outlet of the alcohol detector calibration device with the alcohol detector, and sending a signal to the alcohol detector through the communication module so that the alcohol detector enters a calibration mode;
receiving selection operation of a user through the control module, and determining a preset concentration value;
generating alcohol gas of the preset concentration value through the alcohol concentration gas generation assembly;
and driving the alcohol gas to enter the alcohol detector through the gas outlet by the blowing pump so that the alcohol detector detects the alcohol concentration of the alcohol gas, and calibrating a detection result according to the preset concentration value.
