In the related art, the electromagnetic coil generally includes a coil and a junction box assembly electrically connected to the coil, the junction box assembly includes a housing and a junction box disposed in the housing, and the housing is provided with a wire passing hole. When connecting the lead wire to the electromagnetic coil, the lead wire is generally required to be firstly inserted into the threading hole, then connected with the corresponding port of the junction box in the shell, and finally electrically connected with the coil and the junction box assembly.
With the above structure, external water easily enters the housing through the gap between the lead wire and the threading hole, thereby causing short-circuit failure, and thus the electromagnetic coil cannot be applied outdoors (with rainfall or snowfall) or in some occasions (freezing operation or heat pump operation) where condensed water is easily generated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a solenoid valve coil to solve the problem of poor sealing performance of the solenoid valve coil in the prior art.

It should be noted that the conductive member 214 may be a plate-shaped terminal, and may also be in other shapes such as a terminal, a connector pin, a USB interface, and the like. Preferably, the first plug 2141 is a grooved plug disposed inside the lead assembly 20, and the second plug 2142 is a plug disposed to protrude from the solenoid coil body 10. As shown in fig. 1, in the first embodiment, the contact 21 is injection-molded on the circumferential outer side of the lead wire 22. The structure enables the joint 21 and the lead 22 to be connected in a sealing mode through an injection molding mode, so that the joint 21 forms a whole, and the lead 22 and the joint 21 are completely sealed. In addition, the first connector 2141 inside the connector 21 is wrapped and cannot move, so that the connection between the first connector 2141 and the lead 22 is stable, and electric sparks cannot be generated. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the space between the lead wire 22 and the inlet of the threading hole 2121 may be sealed by glue.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the first embodiment, the lead wire 22 includes a wire 221 and a wire sleeve 222 surrounding the wire 221, and a portion of the connector 21 connected to the wire sleeve 222 is a transition portion 215, wherein an outer surface of the transition portion 215 gradually shrinks inward in a direction from the solenoid coil body 10 to the lead assembly 20. The structure can enhance the strength of the connection part of the lead and the joint 21 and delay the break of the lead 22. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the figures, the transition portion may also be provided with a relief structure or a thread structure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the first embodiment, a seal 30 is provided between the sealing surface 213 of the joint 21 and the solenoid valve coil body 10, and the seal 30 is located on the outer side in the circumferential direction of the conductive member 214. In the above configuration, the seal 30 can enhance the sealing property between the joint 21 and the solenoid valve coil body 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in the first embodiment, the sealing member 30 is a sealing sheet, and the sealing sheet is provided with a avoiding hole 31 for avoiding the conductive member 214. In the above configuration, the seal piece is fitted to the shape of the seal surface 213, and the seal area between the joint 21 and the solenoid valve coil body 10 can be increased. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the figures, the seal 30 may also be a sealing ring.
As shown in fig. 2, in the first embodiment, the solenoid valve coil body 10 and the connector 21 are connected by a fastener 40. In the above structure, the fastening member 40 can sequentially pass through the joint 21 and the sealing member 30 and be fastened on the solenoid valve coil body 10, so that the solenoid valve coil body 10 and the joint 21 are sealed more tightly. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, junction box housing 212 is injection molded to the circumferential outer sides of wire 22 and junction box 211. In the above structure, the junction box 211 and the junction box housing 212 are both made of pre-processed injection molding parts, when processing, the wire 22 and the junction box 211 are connected, then the junction box 211 is inserted into the receiving groove 2122 to complete the assembly of the joint, and finally the threading hole 2121 between the junction box housing 212 and the wire 22 is sealed by glue filling.
