In one aspect of this embodiment, a polygonal groove 1131 is opened at one end of the second rotating shaft 113 extending out of the housing 1141, and the handle 3 is movably connected to the polygonal groove 1131. The handle 3 is matched with the polygonal groove 1131 to rapidly drive the second rotating shaft 113 to drive the unwinding wheel 112 to rotate.

In one aspect of the present embodiment, the toggle switch mechanism 1336 includes a conductive frame 13361 fixedly connected to the third rotating shaft 1324, a sliding seat 13362 is rotatably connected to one end of the conductive frame 13361, a hinge frame 13364 is connected to the sliding seat 13362 through a third spring 13363, the hinge frame 13364 is rotatably connected to a shaft-like portion extending inward of the box 1331, and a guide bar slidably connected to the sliding seat 13362 is fixedly installed at the middle of the hinge frame 13364. The conductive frame 13361 is used to connect the first conductive pillar 1333 and the second conductive pillar 1334, and when the conductive frame 13361 drives the sliding seat 13362 to move, the third spring 13363 accelerates the rotation of the conductive frame 13361.
In one aspect of this embodiment, an elastic column 1337 is also fixedly mounted within the box 1331. The elastic columns 1337 limit the rotation of the conductive racks 13361.
