the two connecting support blocks (5) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the front side of the keel (1), the upper side edge and the lower side edge of each connecting support block (5) are both arranged in a bevel edge structure, and the upper side edge and the lower side edge of each connecting support block (5) are respectively arranged in contact with the outer side edge of the adjusting block (3);
the four connecting mechanisms (6) are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the connecting support block (5) in a pairwise corresponding manner;
the connecting block (7) is fixed on the front side of the keel (1), and the upper side and the lower side of the connecting block (7) are respectively connected with the fixing blocks (2) on the upper side and the lower side;
and two filling mechanisms (8) are arranged, and are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the connecting block (7).
