On one hand, corrosive substances such as sewage and the like are prevented from permeating into the wall body of the interface through the crack to cause corrosion to the wall body reinforcing steel bars through the grouting protective layer in the wall body, so that the waterproof and anticorrosion capabilities of the interface wall body are improved. On the other hand, the crack is filled, so that the repair of the shrinkage crack in the UHPC post-cast section wall body is realized, and the service life of the wall body with the interface is prolonged.

The grouting protection layer is formed by grouting the continuous grouting pipe 300, so that when the protection capability of the waterproof adhesive tape 500 fails, corrosive substances such as sewage and the like are prevented from permeating into the wall steel bars through the grouting protection layer in the wall body to corrode the steel bars, and the waterproof and anticorrosion capabilities of the interface wall body at the joint are further enhanced. And the grouting protective layer can be formed in batches from outside to inside along the upstream surface of the wall body, and after the first grouting protective layer fails, the next grouting protective layer plays a role in water resistance and corrosion resistance. Namely, the embodiment of the invention realizes the purpose of long-term water resistance and corrosion resistance through the external protective layer consisting of the waterproof coating and the waterproof adhesive tape and the internal protective layer consisting of the grouting protective layer. The continuous grouting pipe 300 is used for subsequent multiple internal protection, and can be used for regularly and sequentially grouting into the continuous grouting pipe 300 from outside to inside according to the wall structure health detection result in the operation process, filling cracks possibly occurring at the interface and forming a grouting protection layer.
The protection structure, the use method and the construction method of the prefabricated double-skin superposed wall and the UHPC post-cast section wall body provided by the embodiment of the invention improve the waterproof and anticorrosive capabilities of the interface wall body at the joint, and prevent corrosive substances such as sewage and the like from permeating into the steel bars in the wall body to corrode the steel bars, and the waterproof water soaks the interface wall body to cause the phenomenon that the wall body cracks in a large area.
The protection structure, the use method and the construction method of the prefabricated double-skin superposed wall and the UHPC post-cast section wall body provided by the embodiment of the invention are suitable for use environments of sewage treatment plants and the like, and have a long-acting protection effect. When one continuous grouting pipe 300 is blocked, grouting can be performed through other continuous grouting pipes 300 to form a grouting protective layer.
