When a user needs to drain water, the user presses the upper surface of the stainless steel filter screen again, the bouncing core 3 extends upwards under the pressing, the floor drain cover plate 2 rises upwards along with the bouncing core 3, and the first sealing ring 11 leaves the water outlet 8. The stainless steel filter screen moves upwards along with the floor drain cover plate 2. After the water inlet 7 is lifted, the outer edge of the stainless steel filter screen is not higher than the upper edge of the water inlet 7, and the outer edge of the stainless steel filter screen is attached to the inner edge of the water inlet 7.

The filter device 1 is placed on the top surface of the upper column of the bouncing core 3. In this embodiment, a gap is left between the stainless steel filter screen and the floor drain cover plate 2.
Compared with the tenth embodiment, in the present embodiment, the drainable area of the filter device 1 is larger.
