Compared with the prior art, the convenient road roller has the advantages that the function of spraying water onto the grinding wheel 3 is realized through the water adding mechanism, so that a certain humidity is kept on the grinding wheel 3, the asphalt cannot be adhered to the grinding wheel 3, the influence on the rolling flatness is avoided, and the reliability of the equipment is improved, compared with the existing water adding mechanism, the water adding mechanism and the heating mechanism are integrated into a linkage mechanism, the practicability is higher, the aim of heating the asphalt on the ground is realized through the heating mechanism, the asphalt is softened, the road roller can conveniently perform road leveling work on the asphalt, the reliability of the equipment is improved, compared with the existing heating mechanism, the heating mechanism can realize stirring work, so that the water in the water box 6 is fully and uniformly heated, the heating effect is improved, and the hot water in the heat conduction pipe 24 can circularly flow, thereby can not make the temperature reduction of heat pipe 24 to can not exert an influence to softening work, also can not cause the loss of clear water in the water box 6 simultaneously, prevent to exert an influence to water spray work, thereby improved the reliability of equipment.

A convenient road roller comprises a vehicle body (1), a support plate (5), a grinding wheel (3), a moving device (2) and two driving devices (4), wherein the moving device (2) is arranged below the vehicle body (1), the support plate (5) is horizontally arranged on one side of the vehicle body (1), one side of the support plate (5) is connected with the vehicle body (1), the two driving devices (4) are respectively arranged on two sides below the support plate (5), the two driving devices (4) are respectively connected with two ends of the grinding wheel (3), and a PLC is arranged inside the vehicle body (1), and the convenient road roller is characterized by further comprising a water adding mechanism and a heating mechanism, wherein the heating mechanism is arranged on one side, far away from the vehicle body (1), of the grinding wheel (3), the water adding mechanism is arranged on the support plate (5), and the water adding mechanism is connected with the heating mechanism;
the water adding mechanism comprises a water box (6), a water adding assembly and a water spraying pipe (10), the water box (6) and the water adding assembly are arranged above the support plate (5), the water adding assembly is connected with the water box (6), the water adding assembly is connected with the heating mechanism, the water spraying pipe (10) is arranged below the support plate (5), one side of the water spraying pipe (10) close to the grinding wheel (3) is uniformly provided with water spraying holes, the water spraying holes are communicated with the water spraying pipe (10), and the water adding assembly is connected with the water spraying pipe (10);
the water adding assembly comprises a water adding box (8), a water adding plate (11), a power unit, a first spring (12), a connecting pipe (7) and a water adding pipe (9), the water adding box (8) is arranged above the support plate (5), one side of the water adding box (8) close to the water box (6) is communicated with the water box (6) through the connecting pipe (7), the lower part of the water adding box (8) is communicated with a water spraying pipe (10) through the water adding pipe (9), one-way valves are arranged in the connecting pipe (7) and the water adding pipe (9) and electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller), the power unit is arranged at the top part in the water adding box (8), the water adding plate (11) is horizontally arranged in the water adding box (8), the water adding plate (11) is connected with the inner wall of the water adding box (8) in a sealing and sliding manner, two ends of the first spring (12) are respectively connected with the lower part of the water adding plate (11) and the bottom part in the water adding box (8), the power unit is connected with the upper part of the water adding plate (11), and the water adding box (8) is connected with the heating mechanism;
the heating mechanism comprises a heating rod (20), a stirring component, a connecting component, a heat pipe (24), a rotating pipe (26) and two first bearings, wherein the two ends of the heating rod (20) are respectively connected with the inner walls of the two sides of a water box (6), the heating rod (20) is electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller), the stirring component is arranged in the water box (6), the stirring component is connected with a water adding box (8), the connecting component is arranged on a support plate (5), the connecting component is connected with the water box (6), the connecting component is connected with the heat pipe (24), the heat pipe (24) is horizontally arranged below the support plate (5), the rotating pipe (26) is sleeved on the heat pipe (24), the inner ring of the rotating pipe (26) is connected with the inner wall of the heat pipe (24) in a sealing and sliding manner, annular grooves are formed in the inner walls of the two ends of the rotating pipe (26), the outer rings of the two first bearings are respectively connected with the inner walls of the two annular grooves, and the inner rings of the two first bearings are respectively connected with the peripheries of the two ends of the heat conduction pipe (24).
