Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the present application, technical features in examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict, and the detailed description in the specific embodiment should be understood as an explanation of the gist of the present application and should not be construed as an improper limitation to the present application.
In the description of the present application, a "top" or "bottom" orientation or positional relationship is based on that shown in FIG. 1, it being understood that such orientation terms are merely for convenience in describing the present application and to simplify the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be considered limiting of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the cartridge assembly includes an inner cartridge, a tub 10, a water overflow pipe 20, and a tub cover 30.
The inner cylinder is arranged in the water holding barrel 10, and the inner cylinder holds water through the water holding barrel 10. For example, referring to fig. 4, the tub 10 has a receiving chamber 10a, the top of the tub 10 has an opening 10b communicating with the receiving chamber 10a, the inner cylinder is rotatably disposed in the receiving chamber 10a, and the tub 10 holds water through the receiving chamber 10 a.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an overflow pipe 20 is provided on a tub 10 to improve the abnormal condition of the washing apparatus, and the water in the tub 10 overflows from the upper edge of the tub 10. For example, referring to fig. 9, one end of the overflow pipe 20 in the extending direction has a water inlet 20c, the other end of the overflow pipe 20 in the extending direction has a water outlet 20d, and the end of the overflow pipe 20 having the water inlet 20c extends into the accommodating chamber 10a, that is, when the water level in the tub 10 is continuously raised due to an abnormal condition of the washing apparatus, when the water level in the tub 10 is raised to the water inlet 20c of the overflow pipe 20, water is discharged out of the tub 10 from the end of the water outlet 20d of the overflow pipe 20, and the problem of potential safety hazard caused by the overflowed water splashing to electric devices mounted on the base of the washing apparatus can be improved.
For example, referring to fig. 3, 7 and 8, the tub cover 30 has a splash tub 30a, when the tub cover 30 is covered on the tub 10, one end of the overflow pipe 20 having the first water inlet 20c extends into the splash tub 30a, and an overflow passage communicating with the water inlet 20c is formed between the overflow pipe 20 and the inner wall of the splash tub 30a, that is, a gap exists between the side wall of the overflow pipe 20 and the side wall of the splash tub 30a and between the water inlet 20c of the overflow pipe 20 and the top wall of the splash tub 30a, and the gap forms the overflow passage, and meanwhile, since a pressure difference exists between the overflow pipe 20 and the tub 10, and it can be known from the side having a large pressure to the side having a small pressure according to the principle of siphon effect, when the water level exceeds the water inlet 20c of the overflow pipe 20, siphon effect occurs in the overflow passage, and under the siphon effect, the water flows through the overflow passage formed between the inner walls of the overflow pipe 20 and the splash proof water tank 30a and communicated with the water inlet 20c, enters the water inlet 20c of the overflow pipe 20 and is discharged from the water outlet 20d of the overflow pipe 20, so that the overflow pipe 20 can normally overflow in an overflow state, and in addition, because one end of the overflow pipe 20 with the first water inlet 20c extends into the splash proof water tank 30a, the overflow structure can also avoid the phenomenon that water or foam in the inner cylinder enters the overflow pipe 20 in the washing process as much as possible, and the experience of users can be improved.
Another aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a washing apparatus including a cartridge package as provided in any of the embodiments of the present application, the washing apparatus being of a type which is not limited to a washing machine.
In the embodiments of the present application, a washing apparatus is described as an example of a washing machine.
In the related art, the water overflow structure of the drum assembly of the washing machine mainly comprises three components, namely an overflow pipe, a water containing drum and a splash-proof water cap, wherein the overflow pipe is usually firstly installed on the water containing drum, the splash-proof water cap is installed at the top of the overflow pipe, and finally the water containing drum cover is installed on the water containing drum, so that the whole assembly process is complicated.
The barrel assembly provided by the embodiment of the application is that the splash-proof water tank 30a is arranged on the barrel cover 30, during assembly, only the overflow pipe 20 needs to be firstly installed on the water containing barrel 10, and then the barrel cover 30 is covered on the water containing barrel 10 to form an overflow structure, so that the splash-proof water cap does not need to be installed, and further the assembly efficiency of the barrel assembly is improved.
The specific location of the overflow pipe 20 is not limited, and for example, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a part of the peripheral wall of the receiving chamber 10a protrudes outward to form a groove 10c, and one end of the overflow pipe 20 having the water inlet 20c protrudes into the groove 10 c. In this embodiment, the overflow pipe 20 is disposed on the groove 10c formed by the outward protrusion of the tub cover 30, and does not occupy the washing space of the tub portion, thereby reducing the influence on the washing effect as much as possible.
The specific installation position of the splash proof water tank 30a is not limited, and it is sufficient that the end of the overflow pipe 20 having the water inlet 20c extends into the splash proof water tank 30a, and an overflow passage communicating with the water inlet 20c is formed between the overflow pipe 20 and the inner wall of the splash proof water tank 30a, for example, referring to fig. 7 and 8, a boss 31b is formed by protruding a part of the tub cover 30, and the splash proof water tank 30a is formed on the boss 31 b. In this embodiment, the splash proof water tank 30a is formed on the convex boss 31b of the tub cover 30, and does not occupy the washing space of the tub part, thereby reducing the influence on the washing effect as much as possible.
The splash proof water tank 30a is not limited in specific arrangement form, an overflow channel communicated with the water inlet 20c can be formed between the overflow pipe 20 and the inner wall of the splash proof water tank 30a, and the phenomenon that water or foam in the inner cylinder enters the overflow pipe 20 in the washing process can be improved, for example, the barrel cover 30 comprises a blocking rib 32 and a cover body 31 with a boss 31b, the blocking rib 32 is arranged on the boss 31b, and the blocking rib 32 and the boss 31b are surrounded to form the splash proof water tank 30 a. Thus, by arranging the blocking rib 32 on the cover 31 and enclosing the anti-splash tank 30a with the cover 31 by the blocking rib 32, when the tub cover 30 is covered on the water tub 10, the anti-splash tank 30a formed by enclosing the blocking rib 32 and the cover 31 is covered on one end of the overflow pipe 20 having the water inlet 20c, that is, one end of the overflow pipe 20 having the water inlet 20c extends into the anti-splash tank 30a formed by enclosing the blocking rib 32 and the cover 31, and is not in contact with the cover 31, that is, gaps exist between the side wall of the overflow pipe 20 and the side wall of the anti-splash tank 30a and between the water inlet 20c of the overflow pipe 20 and the top wall of the anti-splash tank 30a, an overflow passage is formed at the gap, when the water level exceeds the water inlet 20c of the overflow pipe 20, a siphon effect can occur in the overflow passage formed by the cover 31, the blocking rib 32 and the overflow pipe 20, an overflow structure is formed, and the number of parts is reduced, the overflow structure is simple, the manufacture is convenient, and the assembly efficiency of the cylinder part is improved.
The height of the blocking rib 32 is not limited as long as the blocking rib can form a siphon effect with the cover 31 and the overflow pipe 20, preferably, the height of the blocking rib 32 can be relatively set to be larger on the premise of not influencing the normal washing of the washing machine, so that a sufficient gap height is conveniently formed between the water inlet 20c of the overflow pipe 20 and the top wall of the splash proof water tank 30a, and the siphon effect is improved.
The barrel cover 30 includes a cover 31 and a rib 32 disposed on the cover 31, and the rib 32 and the cover 31 surround to form a splash-proof water tank 30 a. That is to say, when the barrel cover 30 covers the water containing barrel 10, the end of the overflow pipe 20 with the first water inlet 20c extends into the splash-proof water tank 30a formed by the surrounding of the blocking rib 32 and the cover body 31, an overflow passage communicated with the water inlet 20c is formed between the overflow pipe 20 and the blocking rib 32, so that the splash-proof water tank 30a formed by surrounding of the blocking rib 32 and the cover body 31 replaces a splash-proof water cap, the use of parts is reduced, the number of dies can be reduced, the cost is saved, the number of the assembled parts is reduced, and the assembly efficiency of the barrel assembly can be improved.
In some embodiments, a part of the outer side of the cover 31 is convex to form the splash guard 30a, wherein the convex means is convex outward along the circumferential direction of the cover 31, one end of the overflow pipe 20 having the water inlet 20c is extended into the splash guard 30a formed on the convex area of the cover 31, and an overflow passage communicating with the water inlet 20c is formed between the overflow pipe 20 and the inner wall of the splash guard 30a, so that the manufacturing is simple.
Illustratively, the tub cover 30 includes a cover 31 having a portion protruding outward to form a boss 31b, the boss 31b is provided with a rib 32, and the rib 32 and the cover 31 surround to form the splash-proof water tank 30 a. In this embodiment, the splash proof water tank 30a is formed on the convex boss 31b of the tub cover 30, and does not occupy the washing space of the tub part, thereby reducing the influence on the washing effect as much as possible.
In some embodiments, the tub cover 30 includes a cover 31 having a portion protruding outward to form a boss 31b, and the portion of the boss 31b protrudes outward to form the splash proof tub 30 a.
The tub cover 30 may improve the phenomenon that water or foam in the inner tub splashes from the upper edge of the water tub 10 to the outside of the water tub 10 during the washing process, the assembly form of the tub cover 30 and the water tub 10 is not limited, for example, referring to fig. 7, a second flanging 31a is formed on the cover 31, and when the cover 31 is covered on the water tub 10, the second flanging 31a cooperates with the side wall of the water tub 10 to fix the tub cover 30. In this embodiment, the cover 31 is engaged with the sidewall of the tub 10 by forming the second flange 31a, so that on one hand, the phenomenon that water or foam in the inner tub splashes out of the tub 10 from the assembly gap between the tub 10 and the cover 31 during the washing process can be further improved, and on the other hand, the assembly structure is simplified, and the assembly efficiency is further improved.
It may be understood that, when the cover 31 is disposed over the tub 10, the second burring 31a may be located inside the tub 10 or outside the tub 10.
The specific arrangement form of the rib 32 is not limited, for example, referring to fig. 7 and 8, two opposite ends of the rib 32 are arranged at intervals, that is, the first end 32a and the second end 32b of the rib 32 in fig. 8 are arranged at intervals, and the first end 32a and the second end 32b are connected to the second flange 31a, so that the second flange 31a, the rib 32 and the boss 31b together enclose the splash-proof water tank 30 a. In this embodiment, the second flanging 31a, the blocking rib 32 and the boss 31b are arranged to jointly enclose to form the splash-proof water tank 30a, so that on one hand, material can be saved, the wall thickness of the overlapping part of the second flanging 31a and the annular rib 32 can be prevented from being too thick, the forming process of the barrel cover 30 is affected, on the other hand, the size of the boss 31b can be reduced as much as possible, and the barrel cover 30 is compact in structure.
In some embodiments, the two opposite ends of the rib 32 are connected end to end, so that the rib 32 and the boss 31b together enclose the splash water tank 30 a.
It can be understood that, the two opposite ends of the above-mentioned blocking rib 32 are connected end to end, and the blocking rib 32 may be disposed at an interval with the second turned-over edge 31a, and may also abut against the second turned-over edge 31 a.
The specific shape of the retaining rib 32 is not limited, for example, please refer to fig. 8, the retaining rib 32 is an annular rib 32, it should be noted that the annular rib 32 refers to the retaining rib 32 with a circular cross-sectional area, so that the annular rib 32, the second turned-over edge 31a and the boss 31b together enclose the splash-proof water tank 30a to form an annular splash-proof water tank, when the end of the overflow pipe 20 with the water inlet 20c extends into the splash-proof water tank 30a, an annular overflow channel is formed between the overflow pipe 20 and the inner wall of the splash-proof water tank 30a, on one hand, the overflow efficiency can be improved, on the other hand, the annular rib 32 can be conveniently formed, the condition that stress concentration occurs when the retaining rib 32 has a corner can be improved, and the reliability of the overflow structure can be improved.
In some embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the ribs 32 may be rectangular, oval, or other irregular shape.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, a mounting hole 10d is formed on the bottom wall of the recess 10c, the overflow pipe 20 is inserted into the mounting hole 10d, and one end of the overflow pipe 20 having the water inlet 20c extends into the accommodating cavity 10a, so that the overflow pipe 20 can smoothly discharge water.
The overflow pipe 20 is hermetically arranged in the mounting hole 10d in a penetrating way, so that the condition that water in the cylindrical part flows out from an assembly gap between the overflow pipe 20 and the mounting hole 10d can be improved, and the safety performance of the washing equipment and the experience of customers are further improved.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the peripheral wall of the mounting hole 10d extends upward to form a first flange 10e protruding from the bottom wall of the recess 10c, and the first flange 10e is hermetically connected to the overflow pipe 20. In this embodiment, the first flange 10e protruding from the bottom wall of the recess 10c is formed by extending upward the peripheral wall of the mounting hole 10d, so that the overflow pipe 20 can be easily assembled during the assembly process, and the sealing performance of the joint between the overflow pipe 20 and the first flange 10e can be further improved by abutting the overflow pipe 20 and the first flange 10 e.
Referring to fig. 9, the overflow pipe 20 has a first section 20a and a second section 20b, the first section 20a and the second section 20b are connected with each other, the first section 20a is hermetically inserted into the mounting hole 10d, in this embodiment, the first section 20a of the overflow pipe 20 is hermetically inserted into the mounting hole 10d, so that the assembly of the overflow pipe 20 is facilitated, the length of the overflow pipe 20 extending into the accommodating cavity 10a is adjusted without being reassembled, the assembly efficiency can be improved, and the failure of the overflow structure caused by the improper assembly can be improved.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 10, the cross-sectional dimension of the second section 20b is greater than the cross-sectional dimension of the first section 20a, such that a transition surface 20e is formed at the junction of the first section 20a and the second section 20b, and the transition surface 20e abuts against the bottom wall of the groove 10 c. Thus, by the abutting engagement of the transition surface 20e of the overflow pipe 20 with the bottom wall of the recess 10c, the assembly can be completed only by the abutment of the transition surface 20e with the bottom wall of the recess 10c at the time of assembly, and therefore, the assembly efficiency of the overflow pipe 20 can be improved.
The transition surface 20e is not limited in specific shape, and for example, the transition surface 20e is a smooth tapered surface, and the bottom wall of the groove 10c is matched with the tapered surface, so that the sealing performance of the joint of the overflow pipe 20 and the bottom wall of the groove 10c can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the transition surface 20e may also be a flat surface through which the overflow pipe 20 is fitted to the bottom wall of the recess 10 c.
The specific position of the overflow pipe 20 in the splashwater reservoir 30a is not limited, and for example, the axis of the first section 20a coincides with the center line of the splashwater reservoir 30a so that an overflow path around the water inlet 20c is formed between the overflow pipe 20 and the inner wall of the splashwater reservoir 30 a. That is, the overflow pipe 20 is disposed at the center of the splashwater bath 30a as much as possible, so that a uniform overflow path communicating with the water inlet 20c is formed between the overflow pipe 20 and the inner wall of the splashwater bath 30a, and thus the overflow effect can be enhanced.
It should be noted that, in consideration of possible errors during the forming and operation, the axis of the first section 20a may not completely coincide with the center line of the splashwater bath 30a, thereby allowing the axis of the first section 20a to be offset from the center line of the splashwater bath 30a, i.e., the axis of the first section 20a may coincide with the center line of the splashwater bath 30a as much as possible.
Illustratively, the tub cover 30 includes a cover body 31 and a waterproof cap pre-mounted on the cover body 31, and the waterproof cap forms a splash tub 30 a. It can be understood that the water-proof cap can be preassembled on the barrel cover 30 in the production process of the barrel cover 30 or after the production process, therefore, the water overflowing structure can be formed only by assembling the barrel cover 30 on the water containing barrel 10 on the assembly production line of the barrel installation part, the water overflowing structure is not required to be installed, the water overflowing structure is simple, and the assembly efficiency of the barrel installation is further improved.
In some embodiments, the barrel cover 30 is integrally formed, for example, integrally injection molded, that is, the cover 31 and the waterproof cap are integrally formed.
The various embodiments/implementations provided herein may be combined with each other without contradiction.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application are included in the protection scope of the present application.
