The invention discloses a low-salt fluorescent whitening agent composition and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of whitening agents, and the low-salt fluorescent whitening agent composition comprises 85-95% of fluorescent whitening agent, 0-5% of water and at least one of the following components in percentage by weight: 0-15% of polyhydric alcohol and corresponding esterified substance; 0-15% of a surfactant; 0-15% of a cellulose derivative; 0-1% of inorganic salt; the fluorescent whitening agent composition has low salt content, can reduce the corrosiveness of the whitening agent to equipment in use, has high stability in a wide temperature range, and can replace the traditional liquid composition to be used in high-grade detergents.

Fluorescent whitening agent composition with low salt content and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of whitening agents, in particular to a fluorescent whitening agent composition with low salt content and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The fluorescent whitening agent is sodium distyryl biphenyl disulfonate. Is a fluorescent dye, or white dye, and is also a complex organic compound. Its characteristic is that it can excite incident light to produce fluorescence, so that the dyed material can obtain the flash luminous effect similar to fluorite, and the material seen by naked eye is very white.
Can be divided into five types according to chemical structures: principle of action
1. The stilbene type is used for cotton fiber and certain synthetic fiber, paper making, soap making and other industries, and has blue fluorescence;
2. coumarin type, which has coumarin basic structure, is used for xylonite, polyvinyl chloride plastic and the like, and has strong blue fluorescence;
3. pyrazoline type, which is used for fibers such as wool, polyamide, acrylic fiber and the like, and has green fluorescence;
4. the benzoxazepine type is used for fibers such as acrylic fibers and plastics such as polyvinyl chloride and polystyrene, and has red fluorescence;
5. the phthalimide type fluorescent dye is used for fibers such as terylene, acrylon, chinlon and the like, and has blue fluorescence.
However, the existing fluorescent whitening agent compositions have a high salt content and thus have a high corrosion effect on equipment during production.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the prior art, a first object of the present invention is to provide a fluorescent whitening agent composition with low salt content, which contains low salt content, can reduce the corrosiveness of the whitening agent on equipment during use, has high stability in a wide temperature range (20-100 ℃), is stable and does not precipitate within 180 days, and can replace the traditional liquid composition for being used in high-grade detergents;
a second object is to provide a process for the preparation of a fluorescent whitening agent composition having a low salt content.

Scheme 1, a low-salt fluorescent whitening agent composition, which comprises, by weight, 85-95% of a fluorescent whitening agent, 0-5% of water, and at least one of the following components: 0-15% of polyhydric alcohol and corresponding esterified substance; 0-15% of a surfactant; 0-15% of a cellulose derivative; 0 to 1% of inorganic salt.

Preferably, the fluorescent whitening agent comprises 90-95% of fluorescent whitening agent, 0-2% of water, 0-10% of polyhydric alcohol and corresponding esterified substance thereof, 0-13% of surfactant, 0-12% of cellulose derivative and 0-1% of inorganic salt.

according to the scheme, at least one of polyol and corresponding esterified substance thereof, surfactant, cellulose derivative and inorganic salt is added into the existing fluorescent whitening agent, and the mixture is mixed with water, pulped, dispersed, ground and spray-dried to form the granular fluorescent whitening agent, so that the content of salt in the fluorescent whitening agent is reduced, and the corrosion to equipment during production is reduced.

The product has uniform particles and good fluidity, and the salt content in the product is 0.86%;
example 3:
in the fluorescent brightener spray drying pretreatment pulping process, adding raw materials, putting 500kg of fluorescent brightener, 30kg of polyethylene glycol 4000 and 300kg of water into a pulping kettle, pulping and dispersing, grinding by using a shear pump or a homogenizing pump to enable the granularity of the pulp to be less than or equal to 5 microns, and then performing spray drying on the ground pulp to obtain the granular fluorescent brightener.
