Abstract

Further, referring to fig. 4, the material removing assembly 120 is rectangular, and an arc surface is disposed at a side of the material removing assembly 120 contacting the material, an opening of the arc surface points to a center of the scraper body 110, in a direction of transporting the material, the material is not overflowed towards two ends of the scraper 100 due to extrusion of transportation, the material removing assembly 120 guides the material to move towards the scraper body 110, so that the material is scraped more thoroughly, and the material is not flowed into a gap between the scraper 100 and a ledge due to transportation; and the material removing assembly 120 prevents the standing rings 220 connected to the two chain assemblies 200 from colliding, so that the abrasion degree between the standing rings 220 is reduced.
Further, the scraper body 110 is provided with a connecting hole 111, the connecting hole 111 is symmetrically disposed on the scraper body 110, the chain link 300 is aligned with the connecting hole 111, a bolt 310 passes through the chain link 300 and the connecting hole 111, and the bolt 310 is screwed with a nut 320, so that the chain link 300 is connected and fastened with the scraper body 110.

Further, the length of the material removal assembly 120 is less than 4/5 of the length of the chain link 300, so that the material removal assembly 120 can be received in the chain link 300 without collision or friction with the chain link 300.
Further, the scraper body 110 is in an i shape or a t shape, and the i-shaped or t-shaped scraper is convenient for scraping materials such as coal slime, has less adhesion and is easy to scrape away materials.
Further, the chain assembly 200 includes: the flat ring 210 and the vertical ring 220 are connected with each other in a staggered manner, and the chain connecting ring 300 is connected with the vertical ring 220.

the length of the material removing component is less than 4/5 of the length of the chain connecting ring;
the chain assembly includes: the flat ring and the vertical ring are connected in a staggered manner, and the chain connecting ring is connected with the vertical ring;
