Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in order to achieve efficient sealing, in the present embodiment, the sealing assembly includes: the packaging bag sealing device comprises a first sealing block 2, a second sealing block 3 and a sealing driving mechanism, wherein the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are oppositely arranged at two sides of a sealing space, a packaging bag 100 to be sealed is accommodated between the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3, the first sealing block 2 and/or the second sealing block 3 are in transmission connection with the sealing driving mechanism, and the first sealing block 2 and/or the second sealing block 3 are configured to be driven by the sealing driving mechanism to enable the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 to reciprocate left and right relatively; and the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are parallel to each other.
It should be noted that the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are both heat sealing blocks, and when the heat sealing blocks perform a sealing operation, the packaging bag 100 to be sealed needs to be clamped and heated; thus, the first and second block seals 2, 3 are placed on both sides of the sealed space. When the top of the packaging bag 100 to be sealed is completely attached to the top pressing block 4, the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 move oppositely and clamp the packaging bag 100 to be sealed. It should be further noted that after the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are clamped and heated, the sealing line 300 is formed on the sealed package 200, and the formed sealing line 300 is parallel to the top edge of the sealed package 200; that is, the contact portion of the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 is parallel to the lower surface of the top press block 4. In the present application, the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 may be heat sealing blocks.
Of course, in some embodiments, the closure assembly may also be: an ultrasonic sealing assembly, a laser sealing assembly or a glue sealing assembly.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to improve the assembling efficiency of the apparatus, in the embodiment, the pressing block is disposed on the upper portion of the first sealing block 2 and extends toward the second sealing block 3. It should be noted that the top pressing block 4 is disposed on the upper surface of the first sealing block 2 and extends towards the second sealing block 3; that is, in the present embodiment, the top press block 4 and the first closing block 2 form an inverted "L" shape. In some embodiments, the first sealing block 2 is integrated with the top press block 4.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, the lower surface of the top pressing block is higher than the upper surface of the second sealing block 3. It should be noted that, when the first sealing block 2 is attached to the second sealing block 3, the lower surface of the top pressing block 4 is placed on the upper surface of the second sealing block 3, and the lower surface of the top pressing block 4 is in contact with the upper surface of the second sealing block 3; that is, the formed sealing line 300 coincides with the top edge of the sealed package 200. Of course, in some embodiments, when the first sealing block 2 is attached to the second sealing block 3, the lower surface of the top pressing block 4 is placed above the upper surface of the second sealing block 3; that is, the sealing line 300 is formed to have a certain distance from the top edge of the sealed package 200.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a position on the lower surface of the top pressing block 4, which is in press contact with the packaging bag 100 to be sealed, is a press contact surface; the position on the upper surface of the bag receiving seat 1 for supporting the packaging bag to be sealed is a supporting surface; the pressing contact surface of the pressing block is parallel to the bearing surface. It should be noted that the packaging bag 100 to be sealed is placed on the bag receiving seat 1, and the bag receiving seat 1 is used for supporting and moving the packaging bag 100 to be sealed. In some embodiments, in order to improve the automation of the apparatus, the sealing mechanism further comprises a controller for performing the following steps after the package to be sealed is placed on the bag receiving seat: controlling the sealing driving device to act to enable the first sealing block and the second sealing block to relatively move close to each other for the first time; controlling the lifting driving device to act to enable a bag receiving seat for bearing a packaging bag to be sealed and a top pressing block above the opening of the packaging bag to be sealed to move relatively and closely, enabling the top pressing block to be in pressing contact with the top of the packaging bag to be sealed, enabling the top of the packaging bag to be sealed to be attached to a pressing contact surface of the top pressing block, adjusting and righting the position of the packaging bag to be sealed, wherein the pressing contact surface is a position, pressed and contacted with the packaging bag to be sealed, on the lower surface of the top pressing block; and controlling the sealing driving device to act to enable the first sealing block and the second sealing block to relatively approach and move to the sealing position for the second time so that the sealing assembly seals the packaging bag to be sealed.
In the following examples, we will describe the technical scheme of the present application by taking a tea packaging bag as an example.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 5, the sealing mechanism for sealing the packaging bag includes a base, and a bag connecting seat 1, a first sealing block 2 and a second sealing block 3 which are mounted on the base, wherein the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are transversely arranged at an interval, the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are mounted on the base in a manner of being capable of relatively moving and being attached together, and the bag connecting seat 1 is located right below a position where the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are relatively moved and attached together; the bag receiving seat 1 is mounted on the machine base in a manner of being capable of ascending and descending vertically, the first sealing block 2 is provided with a jacking block 4 facing the second sealing block 3, the lower surface of the jacking block 4 is higher than the top surface of the second sealing block 3, and the lower surface of the jacking block 4 is a straight surface.
The bottom surface of the first sealing block 2 is flush with the bottom surface of the second sealing block 3, the top surface of the first sealing block 2 is higher than the top surface of the second sealing block 3, an upper top block extending to the second sealing block 3 is arranged on the upper portion of the first sealing block 2 and faces one side of the second sealing block 3 in a protruding mode, the top surface of the upper top block is flush with the top surface of the first sealing block 2, the height of the bottom surface of the upper top block on the base and the height of the top surface of the second sealing block 3 on the base are vertically attached and arranged in a bearing mode, and the upper top block is the top pressing block 4.
The top pressing block 4 and the first sealing block 2 are integrally formed. The top block is a square block body.
The top pressing block 4 and the first sealing block 2 are locked together.

Referring to fig. 1, the sealing mechanism for sealing a package bag includes: the bag receiving seat 1 is surrounded by a lower bottom plate and two side plates, the two side plates are transversely arranged oppositely from left to right and are vertically arranged at the left and right side edges of the top surface of the lower bottom plate, the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are transversely arranged oppositely from left to right at intervals, the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are arranged on the seat in a manner of being capable of being relatively horizontally moved and attached together, and the bag receiving seat 1 is positioned right below the relatively horizontally moved and attached position of the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3; the bag receiving seat 1 is arranged on the machine base in a way of being capable of ascending and descending up and down, the first sealing block 2 is provided with a jacking block 4 facing the second sealing block 3, the lower surface of the jacking block 4 is higher than the top surface of the second sealing block 3, and the lower surface of the jacking block 4 is a flat surface.
Specifically, a lifting cylinder or a motor is arranged below a lower bottom plate of the bag receiving seat 1 to lift, a cylinder body of the lifting cylinder is fixed on the base, a piston rod of the lifting cylinder is arranged upwards and is fixedly connected with the lower bottom plate, and the lifting cylinder piston rod stretches to realize the up-and-down lifting and translation of the bag receiving seat 1.
The first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are strip-shaped square block bodies extending along the front and back direction of the machine base, the bottom surface of the first sealing block 2 is flush with the bottom surface of the second sealing block 3, the top surface of the first sealing block 2 is higher than the top surface of the second sealing block 3, one surface of the first sealing block 2 opposite to the second sealing block 3 is taken as a heat sealing surface, an upper top block extending to the second sealing block 3 (i.e. extending rightwards) is arranged at the upper part of the heat sealing surface of the first sealing block 2, the upper top block is preferably integrally formed with the first sealing block 2, namely the heat sealing surface of the first sealing block 2 is directly and convexly provided with the upper top block, the upper top block is preferably a square block body, the front end surface and the back end surface of the upper top block are correspondingly flush with the front end surface and the back end surface of the first sealing block 2, the top surface of the upper top block is flush with the top surface of the first sealing block 2, the bottom surface of the upper top block is arranged on the machine base at the height which is equal to the height of the lower sealing block 3, namely, when the second sealing block 3 is translated to the position right below the upper top block and is in close fit with the heat sealing surface of the first sealing block 2, the top surface of the second sealing block 3 is in close fit with the bottom surface of the upper top block, and the upper top block is the top pressing block 4.

referring to fig. 5, the first sealing block 2 and the second sealing block 3 are translated back to back, and a heat sealing line (i.e., a sealing line 300) is formed at the top of the sealed package 200, and the heat sealing line and the top edge of the sealed package 200 are parallel to the bottom plate of the package receiving base 1.
The embodiments of the above embodiments can be applied to packaging bags for solid contents in various forms such as powder, granule, block, and string, and packaging bags for contents such as liquid and gel, in addition to tea packaging bags.
It should be noted that, although the above embodiments have been described herein, the invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, based on the innovative concepts of the present invention, the technical solutions of the present invention can be directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields by making changes and modifications to the embodiments described herein, or by using equivalent structures or equivalent processes performed in the content of the present specification and the attached drawings, which are included in the scope of the present patent.

Claims (14)

the sealing assembly is arranged on the side face of the sealing space and used for sealing the packaging bag to be sealed.

5. The sealing mechanism of claim 2 or 3, wherein the first sealing block is integrally formed with the top pressing block.
6. The sealing mechanism of any one of claims 2 to 5, further comprising a controller for performing the following steps after the bag to be sealed is placed on the bag receiving seat:
controlling the sealing driving device to act to enable the first sealing block and the second sealing block to relatively move close to each other for the first time;
controlling the lifting driving device to act to enable a bag receiving seat for bearing a packaging bag to be sealed and a top pressing block above the opening of the packaging bag to be sealed to move relatively and closely, enabling the top pressing block to be in pressing contact with the top of the packaging bag to be sealed, enabling the top of the packaging bag to be sealed to be attached to a pressing contact surface of the top pressing block, adjusting and righting the position of the packaging bag to be sealed, wherein the pressing contact surface is a position, pressed and contacted with the packaging bag to be sealed, on the lower surface of the top pressing block;
and controlling the sealing driving device to act to enable the first sealing block and the second sealing block to relatively approach and move to the sealing position for the second time so that the sealing assembly seals the packaging bag to be sealed.
7. The sealing mechanism for a package closure of claim 1,
the position on the lower surface of the top pressing block, which is pressed against the packaging bag to be sealed, is a pressing contact surface;
the position on the upper surface of the bag receiving seat for supporting the packaging bag to be sealed is a supporting surface;

8. A closure mechanism for a package closure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said closure assembly is: an ultrasonic sealing assembly, a laser sealing assembly or a heat sealing assembly.
9. The sealing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the top pressing block is fixed in the height direction, and the bag receiving base is in transmission connection with the lifting driving mechanism and configured to reciprocate up and down under the driving of the driving mechanism.
