Abstract
The invention relates to an intelligent interactive control system for a motor vehicle, which is arranged in the interior of the vehicle and comprises a main screen for displaying information relating to the operation and/or manipulation of the individual units of the vehicle and control keys in signal connection with the main screen for reading and/or manipulating the information, wherein the function of the control keys depends on the information currently displayed by the main screen and the control keys are formed by physical keys. In particular, the physical key is integrated with a display device for displaying the current function of the physical key. The invention can realize more functions by using fewer entity keys and has the advantage of being friendly to users.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to intelligent control technology in motor vehicles. More particularly, the present invention relates to intelligent interactive control systems for motor vehicles.
Background
With the development and advancement of technology and the increasing demand of people for driving comfort, nowadays, automobiles integrate more and more functions, such as a driving assistance function, an entertainment function, a navigation function, etc., and can provide an interactive interface, such as a screen, to vehicle users for them to select, adjust or set parameters of the corresponding functions. For this reason, it is also necessary to provide control keys or buttons in the vehicle to enable the user to make selections, adjustments and settings of different functions and/or parameters. As the space inside a car is increasingly restricted, the number of physical keys inside the car is significantly reduced and replaced with virtual, digitized touch-screen keys. However, in many cases, such as when it is desired to adjust the volume, change the temperature setting, the use of touch screen keys for control is not user friendly for the vehicle user. For example, when control is required at the steering wheel, control using touch-screen keys may be difficult to operate.
Document EP0993995a1 discloses a multifunctional control element for a motor vehicle, comprising control buttons arranged exclusively at the edge of the display screen, said control buttons extending onto the display screen as a visual continuation of themselves. In this document, the control buttons are soft-key type buttons, the functions of which can be displayed on the display screen by function symbols generated close to the control buttons. However, such a control system still has a problem that more control buttons are required and thus space in the vehicle is occupied.
Disclosure of Invention
The aim of the invention is to propose a control key solution that makes it possible to reduce as much as possible the occupation of the internal space of the vehicle without losing its functionality. It is also an object of the invention to provide a control system which is user friendly.
The idea of the present invention is to access or operate information displayed on a main screen using physical keys and to configure the physical keys such that their functions are changed as the content of the information displayed on the main screen is changed, thereby enabling operation of more functions through a limited number of physical keys.
In particular, the present invention provides an intelligent interactive control system for a motor vehicle, which is arranged in the interior of the vehicle and comprises:
-a main screen for displaying information related to the operation and/or handling of the various units of the vehicle; and
-a control key in signal connection with said main screen for reading and/or operating on said information;
wherein the function of the control key depends on the information currently displayed by the main screen, and the control key is constituted by physical keys.
In particular, the physical key may be integrated with a display device, for example on the rear or back side, for displaying the current function of the physical key.
The present invention expands the function of a single entity key by combining the function of the entity key with the content currently displayed on the main screen, thereby effectively reducing the number of the entity keys. Moreover, the present invention achieves a user-friendly effect by displaying its current function on the physical keys.
The invention also comprises the following advantageous technical features which can be applied individually or in any technically possible combination with each other:
-said physical key is integrated with a display device for displaying a current function of the physical key;
-the main screen is formed by a display screen provided at a dashboard or centre console of the vehicle;
-the main screen is formed by a heads-up display of a vehicle;
-the control keys comprise physical keys provided on a steering wheel of the vehicle;
-the control key is constituted by a plurality of physical keys; and
the function of the control key may be modified by a user of the vehicle.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention are further described in detail below by way of examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are intended to explain the general concepts of the present invention and should not be interpreted as limiting the invention.
The intelligent interactive control system of the invention can be placed in a conventional automobile with an internal combustion engine, and can also be placed in a new energy type automobile such as an electric automobile or a hybrid automobile.
Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent interactive control system of the present invention includes a home screen 1, which home screen 1 may be used to display information related to the operation and/or operation of various units of a vehicle. For example, the main screen 1 may display parameters related to the traveling of the vehicle, such as a current vehicle speed, an instantaneous or average fuel or electricity consumption amount, a remaining fuel or electricity amount, an in-vehicle and out-vehicle temperature, and the like, so that a vehicle user, particularly a driver, can know a current vehicle condition in real time. In particular, the main screen 1 may also display an operation menu related to an auxiliary function of the vehicle, such as an auxiliary driving menu, a multimedia play menu, a navigation menu, and the like, so that the vehicle user can perform operations of selecting the related function, adjusting or setting parameters of the related function, and the like.
According to a first embodiment shown in fig. 1, the main screen 1 may be constituted by a display screen arranged in front of the driver's seat of the vehicle, for example, by a display screen arranged at the dashboard or at the center console, and may be integrated or connected in a wired or wireless manner to a data processing unit or a control unit, thus forming an interactive control panel.
Still referring to fig. 1, the intelligent interactive control system of the present invention further comprises control keys 2, which control keys 2 can be in signal connection with the main screen 1 to enable a vehicle user to browse, operate or modify currently displayed content on the main screen 1, such as an operation interface or an operation menu, by means of said control keys 2. For example, the control keys 2 may communicate with the control unit of the main screen 1 in a wired or wireless manner. In this way, the vehicle user can select a desired function from an operation menu or a function list displayed on the main screen 1, for example, through the control keys 2, and adjust or set parameters related to the selected function.
According to the present invention, the control key 2 is constituted by a physical key, and the function of the control key 2 can be changed as the content displayed on the main screen 1 is changed. In particular, a plurality of physical keys may be provided as control keys in the vehicle interior, which physical keys may in particular be arranged in a position which is easily accessible to the vehicle user. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, two physical keys 2 may be provided on a steering wheel 3 of the vehicle to facilitate operation by a driver of the vehicle.
Particularly preferably, the control key 2 or physical key is integrated with a display device for displaying the current function of the control key 2 or physical key. For example, the physical keys may be made of a transparent material and have a display device such as an LED module or a display screen integrated or disposed thereunder. The display device may be in signal connection with the control unit of the main screen 1 so as to be controlled by the control unit to display operation options associated with the currently displayed content of the main screen 1 to the vehicle user.
As shown in fig. 2, as an example, two physical keys may be provided on the steering wheel 3 as the control keys 2. When the content displayed on the main screen 1 is a multimedia playing interface, the control keys 2 may have functions of adjusting a playing speed and selecting a song to be played accordingly. Here, the physical key or control key 2 on the left side may correspond to a speed adjustment function displayed on the main screen 1, and the physical key or control key 2 on the right side may correspond to a track selection function displayed on the main screen 1. At this time, "speed +/-" or the like icon or character may be displayed on the left control key 2 through its own display device, and "skip/select" or the like icon or character may be displayed on the right control key 2 through its own display device. The playing speed of the playing song can be adjusted by pressing the left control key 2; pressing the right control 2 skips the current track and selects the track to play.
Alternatively or additionally to the example shown in fig. 2, when a multimedia play interface or a volume adjustment interface is displayed on the home screen 1, the left control key 2 may correspond to a function of increasing the volume, and may display "volume +" or a similar icon or character through its display device. The right control 2 may correspond to a function of reducing volume, and may display "volume-" or a similar icon or character through its display device.
Thus, the vehicle user can clearly know the current functions of the respective physical keys, and access and operate the corresponding contents, such as the operation interface or the operation menu, displayed on the main screen 1 using the physical keys.
Preferably, the function of the control key 2 in the form of physical keys can be modified by the vehicle user. Specifically, the vehicle user can change the operation menu or the operation interface displayed on the main screen 1, thereby changing the function of the corresponding control key 2. For example, an icon for changing the current operation menu or function option may be displayed on the home screen 1, and the vehicle user may access and operate the icon to change the display content of the home screen 1, thereby changing the function of the control key 2 accordingly.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 in which the control key 2 is provided on the steering wheel 3, the control key 2 may be configured such that, when the user exits the use of the vehicle (e.g., turns off the engine) and the shift position of the vehicle is placed in the parking position (P position), the control key 2 may display "engine off" through its display device, and the display device may be turned off after being continuously lit for a predetermined period of time; whereas the display means of the control key 2 may light up and display "engine start" when the user enters the vehicle, for example when the user has unlocked the vehicle with a vehicle key.
Referring now to fig. 3, according to a second embodiment of the invention, the main screen 1' may be constituted by a heads-up display, which refers to a virtual or digitized screen projected on the windshield of the vehicle. The control keys 2' are then still constituted by physical keys, which may be arranged, for example, below the dashboard or centre console of the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 4, as an example, when the content currently displayed on the main screen 1 ' is an operation interface or an operation menu related to a navigation function, control keys 2 ' (three are shown in the drawing) in the form of physical keys may be used to set a home address, a work address, and a waypoint, respectively, and similar icons or characters such as "home", "company", and "add waypoint" are displayed through their display devices, respectively, so that the vehicle user can understand and use the current functions of the respective control keys 2 '.
It should be noted that the arrangement of the main screen 1, 1 'and the control keys 2, 2' is not limited to the embodiments described hereinbefore. For example, it is also conceivable to provide a physical key on the door inner frame on the side of the vehicle driver's seat, or to modify a key normally provided at this position, for example, for controlling the window, into a physical key suitable for the present invention.
It should also be noted that the technical features of the first and second embodiments described above may be combined with or substituted for each other. For example, the main screen may be constituted by a heads-up display, and the control keys may be constituted by physical keys provided on the steering wheel, or by both physical keys provided on the steering wheel and physical keys provided below the dashboard or center console.
Although the present general inventive concept has been described in conjunction with the embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the general inventive concept.
Claims (7)
1. An intelligent interactive control system for a motor vehicle, the intelligent interactive control system being disposed in an interior of the vehicle and comprising:
-a main screen for displaying information related to the operation and/or handling of the various units of the vehicle; and
-a control key in signal connection with said main screen for reading and/or operating on said information;
wherein the function of the control key depends on the information currently displayed by the main screen, and the control key is constituted by physical keys.
2. The intelligent interactive system, as set forth in claim 1, wherein the physical keys are integrated with a display device for displaying their current function.
3. The intelligent interactive system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the main screen is formed by a display screen provided at a dashboard or center console of a vehicle.
4. The intelligent interactive system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the home screen is formed by a heads-up display of a vehicle.
5. The intelligent interactive system, as recited in any of the preceding claims, wherein the control keys comprise physical keys provided on a steering wheel of the vehicle.
6. The intelligent interactive system, as set forth in any of the preceding claims, wherein the control key comprises a plurality of physical keys.
7. The intelligent interactive system, as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the function of the control keys can be modified by a user of the vehicle.
