Claims (9)

1. An injection molding device for an automobile instrument panel, comprising:
the device comprises a shell (1), wherein a first electric telescopic rod (5) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of one side of the shell (1), a first baffle (2) is fixedly connected to the extending end of the first electric telescopic rod (5), a plurality of groups of connecting rods (26) are fixedly connected to the outer portion of one side, away from the first electric telescopic rod (5), of the first baffle (2), a second baffle (3) is fixedly connected to the other end of each group of connecting rods (26), and a female die (6) and a male die (7) are installed between the first baffle (2) and the second baffle (3);
the temperature control mechanism comprises an air cooler (24) and a hot air blower (25), the air cooler (24) and the hot air blower (25) are both arranged at the top of the shell (1), connecting pipes (28) are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the air cooler (24) and the hot air blower (25), and the other ends of the groups of connecting pipes (28) extend into the shell (1);
the discharging mechanism comprises a discharging port (14), a spring hinge (16) and a discharging door (15), the discharging port (14) is formed in the bottom of the shell (1), the discharging port (14) is located right below the air cooler (24), and the discharging door (15) is installed at the bottom of the discharging port (14) through the spring hinge (16); and
storage tank (17), the inside at casing (1) is installed in storage tank (17), and the internally mounted of storage tank (17) has filter screen (29).

The injection molding device for the automobile instrument panel according to claim 1, wherein the male mold (7) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the second baffle plate (3), a feed pipe (23) is fixedly connected to the outer portion of the male mold (7), one end of the feed pipe (23) extends to the outer portion of one side, away from the first baffle plate (2), of the second baffle plate (3), a plurality of groups of second electric telescopic rods (8) are fixedly connected to the outer portion of one side, away from the second baffle plate (3), of the first baffle plate (2), and the extension ends of the plurality of groups of second electric telescopic rods (8) extend to the outer portion of the other side, away from the first baffle plate (2), of the first baffle plate and fixedly connected to the outer wall of the female mold (6).

The injection molding device for the automobile instrument panel according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of groups of the connecting rods (26) are horizontally arranged, the plurality of groups of the connecting rods (26) are respectively positioned at two sides of the female die (6), a guide ring (27) is movably sleeved outside the plurality of groups of the connecting rods (26), and the plurality of groups of the guide rings (27) are fixedly connected with the outer wall of the female die (6).

s1, adding plastic particle raw materials for injection molding into a storage tank (17) through a feeding hopper (20), driving a driving motor (19) to drive a stirring paddle (18) to rotate, heating the storage tank (17) to heat and melt the plastic particles, and filtering the melted plastic particles through a filter screen (29) and then dropping the plastic particles to the bottom of the inner side of the storage tank (17);
s2, moving the first baffle (2) and the second baffle (3) to the position below the hot air blower (25) to enable the male die (7) and the female die (6) to be located at the bottom of the connecting pipe (28) below the hot air blower (25), starting the hot air blower (25) to heat the male die (7) and the female die (6), enabling the male die (7) and the female die (6) to approach each other when the temperatures of the male die (7) and the female die (6) rise to 80 +/-5 ℃, and forming an injection molding die cavity between the male die (7) and the female die (6);
s3, starting the delivery pump (21), injecting the melted plastic in the storage tank (17) into the die cavity in the step S2 through the spring tube (22) until the pressure value in the die cavity is consistent with the output pressure of the delivery pump (21), and then keeping the stable pressure for 10 min;
s4, the first baffle (2) and the second baffle (3) move to the position below the air cooler (24), so that the female die (6) and the male die (7) are located at the bottom of the connecting pipe (28) below the air cooler (24), the air cooler (24) is started to cool the female die (6) and the male die (7), when the temperature between the female die (6) and the male die (7) is reduced to 40 +/-5 ℃, the female die (6) is separated from the male die (7), and an injection molding workpiece is separated from the interior of an injection molding die cavity to obtain the injection molding workpiece;
and (5) sliding the injection molding workpiece in the steps S5 and S4 out of the discharge port (14) along the discharge groove (30), detecting the injection molding workpiece, and obtaining an injection molding finished product after the detection is qualified.
