Abstract
The invention discloses a hydraulic torque wrench reaction force arm fulcrum positioning bracket, which comprises a positioning module and a filler strip, wherein the positioning module is arranged on a pole shoe plate, the positioning module consists of a main body module and side walls positioned at two sides of the main body module, the lower surface of the main body module is arc-shaped, the radius of the radian of the main body module is consistent with that of the pole shoe plate, the upper surface of the main body module is symmetrically provided with a step structure, the width of the main body module is matched with that of the pole shoe plate, a positioning groove and a positioning screw hole are formed in the side walls, and the shape of the filler strip is matched with that of the positioning groove; the positioning module can slide back and forth and is bridged on the pole shoe plate, the lateral displacement of the positioning module is limited by the side wall, and after the positioning position is selected, the filler strip is inserted into the positioning groove and fixed with the filler strip and the positioning module through bolts. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hydraulic torque wrench reaction force arm fulcrum positioning bracket used in the field of motor assembly.
Background
For a large synchronous salient pole shoe plate with the magnetic pole screw fastening moment of 6000Nm or so, a conventional torque wrench is adopted during fastening, and the problem of a reaction force arm fulcrum is avoided. For the salient pole shoe plate with the magnetic pole screw fastening force requirement reaching 12000Nm, the conventional torque wrench cannot meet the torque requirement, and the square drive hydraulic torque wrench is adopted for fastening the magnetic pole screw so as to meet the large pretightening force requirement. Referring to fig. 1, when the square drive hydraulic torque wrench 1 is in use, the whole wrench process is realized by utilizing the reaction force arm fulcrum 2.
Referring to fig. 2, according to the length of the arm of the square drive hydraulic torque wrench, when tightening the pole screws, the pole screws 3 of adjacent opposite angles which are not screwed to the bottom are used as fulcrums. There are some drawbacks to this approach. On one hand, when the magnetic pole screws are fastened according to the process requirements, the screws are required to be symmetrically wrenched from the middle to the two sides, and the like, so that the situation that the screws at the outermost sides of the two ends are not provided with available fulcrums as supports during fastening can occur; on the other hand, considering that the screw tightening pre-tightening force is larger, the magnetic pole screw used as a fulcrum is always influenced to some extent during the tightening operation, even if a fixture screw is used for replacing a product screw as a fulcrum, the influence on screw threads of a screw hole on a magnetic yoke cannot be eliminated, and meanwhile, the workload of screwing and dismantling the screw is increased; in addition, the square drive hydraulic torque wrench is poor in stability in operation, and an uncertainty factor exists for the torque input to the magnetic pole screw.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a reaction force arm fulcrum positioning bracket of a hydraulic torque wrench, which can provide a reaction force arm fulcrum for a square drive hydraulic torque wrench when carrying out large torque fastening operation.

Furthermore, the positioning groove is a T-shaped groove, the narrow head side of the positioning groove points to the pole shoe plate, and the filler strip is a T-shaped filler strip matched with the positioning groove.
