Abstract
The invention discloses a forming process of a yarn drum of a textile machine, which comprises the steps of firstly stretching an aluminum plate by using a stretching die to form a yarn drum body of the textile machine, wherein the yarn drum body is in a cylindrical barrel shape; on the basis of the first stretching, performing second stretching on the yarn cylinder, wherein the top ring of the yarn cylinder after the second stretching is in a cylindrical barrel shape; after the stretching is finished, punching a top ring of the bobbin; the punching device has the advantages that the whole yarn barrel is polished after punching is completed, so that the surface of the yarn barrel is integrally smooth, a welding process is not required to be added, the production cost of an enterprise is reduced, and meanwhile, the production efficiency of the yarn barrel can be improved.

The invention relates to the technical field of forming processes, in particular to a forming process of a yarn bobbin of a textile machine.
Background
In the textile industry, a yarn wrapping machine is a textile apparatus frequently used for wrapping the outer surface of a yarn, and each yarn wrapping machine uses a plurality of bobbins for winding the yarn. The structure of a common bobbin generally comprises a cylindrical inner tube clamped by two circular side discs, the bobbin can wind yarns in a circle or release the wound yarns in the rotating process, and the top of the bobbin is provided with a through hole groove, so that the yarns are placed in the bobbin to facilitate the rotation use of the subsequent yarns.

Preferably, the surface diameter of the top ring of the bobbin is smaller than the surface diameter of the bobbin body.
Preferably, the punched cutting groove of the bobbin top ring is square.
Preferably, the groove punched at the top of the top ring of the bobbin is symmetrical about a straight line where the center of the cross section of the bobbin body is located.
Preferably, the top of the top ring of the yarn drum is provided with a circular through hole, and a plurality of circular grooves are formed around the circular through hole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a forming process of a yarn bobbin of a textile machine, which has the following beneficial effects:

The surface diameter of the bobbin top ring 2 is smaller than that of the bobbin body 1.
The cutting groove 3 punched by the bobbin top ring 2 is square.
The groove punched at the top of the yarn drum top ring 2 is symmetrical about the straight line where the center of the cross section of the yarn drum body 1 is located.
The top of the yarn barrel top ring 2 is provided with a circular through hole 4, and a plurality of circular grooves 5 are arranged around the circular through hole 4.

s1: performing primary stretching on an aluminum plate by using a stretching die to form a yarn bobbin body of a textile machine,
the yarn drum body is in a cylindrical drum shape;
s2: on the basis of the first stretching, performing second stretching on the yarn cylinder, wherein the top ring of the yarn cylinder after the second stretching is in a cylindrical barrel shape;
s3: after the stretching is finished, punching a top ring of the bobbin;
s4: and polishing the whole yarn barrel after punching to ensure that the surface of the yarn barrel is wholly smooth.
2. A process for forming a bobbin for a textile machine according to claim 1, wherein the bobbin top ring has a surface diameter smaller than the surface diameter of the bobbin body.
3. A process for forming a textile machine bobbin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the slots cut in the top ring of the bobbin are square.
4. A process for forming a textile machine bobbin as claimed in claim 3, wherein the top of the bobbin top ring is punched with a groove which is symmetrical about a line which is centered in the cross-section of the bobbin body.
5. The process of claim 1, wherein said bobbin has a circular opening in the top ring and a plurality of circular grooves around said opening.
