A method for separately removing bottled traditional Chinese medicines with super-defective products on line is characterized in that the bottled traditional Chinese medicines are sequentially weighed in the process of being conveyed to move forward, overweight bottled traditional Chinese medicines found in weighing are taken out of a conveying queue when continuing to move forward to a set position, the overweight bottled traditional Chinese medicines found in weighing are taken out of the conveying queue when continuing to move forward to another set position, and the bottled traditional Chinese medicines with the super-defective products are separately removed through a traditional Chinese medicine shunting and sorting type traditional Chinese medicine conveying mechanism; the shunting and sorting type traditional Chinese medicine conveying mechanism for bottled traditional Chinese medicines with super-defective products comprises a feeding conveying belt, an online weighing mechanism and a discharging conveying belt, wherein the online weighing mechanism and the discharging conveying belt are sequentially arranged from front to back along the conveying direction of the feeding conveying belt; the center of gravity of the bottled traditional Chinese medicine on the blanking conveying belt is projected towards the material pushing plate along the horizontal direction and is positioned on the material pushing plate, a piston rod of the inferior product pushing-away cylinder is sleeved with an elastically telescopic inflation sleeve, one end of the inflation sleeve is hermetically connected with the material pushing plate, the other end of the inflation sleeve is hermetically connected with the cylinder body of the inferior product pushing-away cylinder, the inflation sleeve and the material pushing plate define an air cavity, a piston is arranged in the cylinder body of the inferior product pushing-away cylinder, the piston divides the cylinder body of the inferior product pushing-away cylinder into a rod cavity and a rodless cavity, the piston rod of the inferior product pushing-away cylinder is connected with the piston and extends out through the rod cavity to be connected with the material pushing plate, the rod cavity is provided with a rod cavity part air hole, the rodless cavity is provided with a rodless cavity part air hole, and the rod cavity part air hole is provided with a one-way valve which is opened towards the interior of the rod cavity, the air cavity is communicated with the rod cavity through a control valve, the inflation sleeve is further provided with an exhaust mechanism which exhausts air in the inflation sleeve when the push-pull air cylinder contracts, the control valve is opened when the inferior product is pushed out of the air cylinder and is closed when the inferior product is pushed out of the air cylinder, the exhaust mechanism comprises a plurality of exhaust channels, inlets of the exhaust channels are arranged on the part, located in the air cavity, of the material pushing plate, outlets of the exhaust channels are located on the part, located outside the air cavity, of the material pushing plate, the piston rod seals the inlets of the exhaust channels when the piston rod outputs the material pushing plate, and the piston rod is disconnected with the inlets of the exhaust channels when the piston rod contracts to pull the material pushing plate; a gap is formed between the material pushing plate and the cylinder body of the inferior-quality product pushing cylinder, and the gap is filled with the air cavity.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the overweight bottled Chinese medicine and the deficient bottled Chinese medicine are returned to the same destination by a defective return conveyer.

The method according to claim 1, wherein a defective product processing table is further provided at a loading end of the loading conveyor, two defective product return conveyors are provided between the defective product processing table and the recycling table, one of the defective product return conveyors conveys the bottled Chinese medicine outputted from one of the defective product discharge channels to the defective product processing table, and the other of the defective product return conveyors conveys the bottled Chinese medicine outputted from the other of the defective product discharge channels to the defective product processing table.

The method for on-line separation and removal of bottled Chinese medicine with extra defective products according to claim 1, wherein the rear end of the material pushing plate along the conveying direction of the blanking conveyer belt is provided with an anti-toppling baffle bent toward the direction of the recycling workbench.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the defective unloading channel is defined by two opposite strips, the end of the strip facing the unloading conveyor belt is provided with an unloading end bending section bending towards the direction far away from the defective unloading channel, and an unloading guide port is formed between the unloading end bending sections of the two strips.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the ejector plate is provided with an air intake hole penetrating through the ejector plate in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the feeding conveyor belt, the outlet end of the exhaust channel is provided with an air outlet nozzle penetrating through the air intake hole, and the outlet of the air outlet nozzle faces the end of the air intake hole away from the recovery table.
