为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,该清眸抑菌眼液对缓解视力疲劳、眼干、眼涩等有着显著的功效,且对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌有者很好的抑制作用,同时在当归提取物的作用下能够有效的使其他的有效成分进入眼部基底,发挥其作用,安全性能高,且功效显著。
(二)技术方案
本发明提供了一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,所述清眸抑菌眼液包括由以下重量份的原料组成:桑叶提取物20-25份、甘菊花提取物15-20份、决明子提取物15-20份、谷精草提取物8-11份、蔓荆子提取物4-7份、密蒙花提取物4-6份、金银花提取物2-7份、当归提取物2-6份、甘草提取物2-7份、越桔果提取物3-7份、透明质酸钠1-2份、保湿剂1-3份。
优选的,所述桑叶提取物的制备方法如下:将桑叶进行阴干、粉碎、过筛,得到桑叶粉末,加入体积分数为90%乙醇,搅拌均匀,将液体放入超声发生器中,超声10-20min,得到所述桑叶提取物。
优选的,所述甘菊花提取物的制备方法如下:将甘菊花进行干燥、粉碎,加入2-4倍重量份的水和0.05-0.1倍重量份的防腐剂,搅拌均匀,之后水浴加热30-40min,水浴加热完成后进行过滤除杂,之后再用体积分数为75-85%的乙醇进行浓缩,干燥,得到所述甘菊花提取物。
优选的,所述决明子提取物的制备方法如下:将决明子进行干燥、粉碎、研磨,得到决明子粉末,之后加入水,放入超声搅拌器中,超声10-20min,超声完成后进行蒸馏,得到所述决明子提取物。
优选的,所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇中的一种或者两种组合。
优选的,所述水浴加热的温度为70-80℃,通过纱布进行过滤除杂。
优选的,所述决明子粉末和水的重量比1:2,所述蒸馏时间为15-20min。
优选的,S1:按照重量份计,取桑叶提取物20-25份、甘菊花提取物15-20 份、决明子提取物15-20份,依次加入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为20-30min,得到混合液体A;

具体制备方法如下:按照配比称取桑叶提取物25份、甘菊花提取物15份、决明子提取物20份、谷精草提取物8份、蔓荆子提取物5份、密蒙花提取物4 份、金银花提取物5份、当归提取物4份、甘草提取物5份、越桔果提取物4 份、透明质酸钠2份、保湿剂3份。
1)按照重量份计,取桑叶提取物25份、甘菊花提取物15份、决明子提取物20份,依次加入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为20-30min,得到混合液体 A3;
2)将混合溶液A、谷精草提取物8份、蔓荆子提取物5份、密蒙花提取物 4份、金银花提取物5份、当归提取物4份、甘草提取物5份、越桔果提取物4 份倒入烧杯中水浴加热30-45min,边加热边搅拌,得到混合液体B3;
3)将装有混合液体B的烧杯取出,将透明质酸钠2份、保湿剂3份加入烧杯中,放入超声发生器中,超声10-20min,得到清眸抑菌眼液试件C。
对上述实施例1、实施例2、实施例3所得的清眸抑菌眼液试件A、清眸抑菌眼液试件B、清眸抑菌眼液试件C进行缓解视疲劳效果检测和抑菌效果检测,检测方法如下:筛选100例长期用眼,视力易疲劳的志愿者,随机平均分成四组,第一组使用本发明实施例1提供的清眸抑菌眼液试件A,第二组使用本发明实施例2提供的清眸抑菌眼液试件B,第三组使用本发明实施例3提供的清眸抑菌眼液试件C,第四组不使用任何产品,为空白对照组。第一组、第二组和第三组每天使用一次,每次外服时间15-20min,连续使用10天。测定第二天、第四天、第六天、第八天、第十天明视持久度和对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率(见表一和表二)。

经实验测得,清眸抑菌眼液试件A、清眸抑菌眼液试件B、清眸抑菌眼液试件C与空白对照组对比,其缓解视疲劳的效果显著,且添加有当归提取物,能够有效的使其他的有效成分进入眼部基底,同时通过与空白对照组对比,可以得出对金黄色葡萄球菌有着显著的抑制作用的结论。

Claims (9)
1.一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述清眸抑菌眼液包括由以下重量份的原料组成:桑叶提取物20-25份、甘菊花提取物15-20份、决明子提取物15-20份、谷精草提取物8-11份、蔓荆子提取物4-7份、密蒙花提取物4-6份、金银花提取物2-7份、当归提取物2-6份、甘草提取物2-7份、越桔果提取物3-7份、透明质酸钠1-2份、保湿剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述桑叶提取物的制备方法如下:将桑叶进行阴干、粉碎、过筛,得到桑叶粉末,加入体积分数为90%乙醇,搅拌均匀,将液体放入超声发生器中,超声10-20min,得到所述桑叶提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述甘菊花提取物的制备方法如下:将甘菊花进行干燥、粉碎,加入2-4倍重量份的水和0.05-0.1倍重量份的防腐剂,搅拌均匀,之后水浴加热30-40min,水浴加热完成后进行过滤除杂,之后再用体积分数为75-85%的乙醇进行浓缩,干燥,得到所述甘菊花提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述决明子提取物的制备方法如下:将决明子进行干燥、粉碎、研磨,得到决明子粉末,之后加入水,放入超声搅拌器中,超声10-20min,超声完成后进行蒸馏,得到所述决明子提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇中的一种或者两种组合。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述水浴加热的温度为70-80℃,通过纱布进行过滤除杂。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述决明子粉末和水的重量比1:2,所述蒸馏时间为15-20min。
8.根据权利要求1-7所述的任一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:按照重量份计,取桑叶提取物10-25份、甘菊花提取物10-15份、决明子提取物10-20份,依次加入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为20-30min,得到混合液体A;
S2:将混合溶液A、谷精草提取物8-11份、蔓荆子提取物4-7份、密蒙花提取物4-6份、金银花提取物2-7份、当归提取物2-6份、甘草提取物2-7份、越桔果提取物3-7份倒入烧杯中水浴加热30-45min,边加热边搅拌,得到混合液体B;
S3:将装有混合液体B的烧杯取出,将透明质酸钠1-2份、保湿剂1-3份加入烧杯中,放入超声发生器中,超声10-20min,得到清眸抑菌眼液。
9.根据权利要求8所述的任一种清眸抑菌眼液及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述水浴加热的温度为55-65℃。
