When in use, the limbs of the wounded pass through the first fixed disk 3a and the first rotating disk 3b, the first servo motor 3f drives the first rotating disk 3b to coaxially and stably rotate on the first fixed disk 3a, the second fixed pin 3d moves along the circumferential direction relative to the first fixed pin 3c, the elastic belt 3e has elasticity, and both ends of the elastic band 3e are respectively connected with the first fixing pin 3c and the elastic band 3e, so that the rotating second fixing pin 3d can wind the elastic band 3e at the upstream of the limb, thereby compressing the blood vessel of the limb and preventing the wound from continuously bleeding, and the distance between the connection points of the first fixing pin 3c and the second fixing pin 3d along the axial direction of the first fixing disc 3a is larger than the width of the elastic belt 3e, so that the second fixing pin 3d can drive the elastic belt 3e to wind a plurality of rings on the limb relative to the first fixing pin 3c, thereby effectively stopping bleeding.
As shown in fig. 5:
the number of the first fixing pins 3c, the number of the second fixing pins 3d, and the number of the elastic bands 3e are three, the first fixing pins 3c are evenly arranged on the first fixed disk 3a in the circumferential direction, and the second fixing pins 3d are evenly arranged on the first rotary disk 3b in the circumferential direction. When the limb passes through the three elastic belts 3e and the first rotating disk 3b rotates relative to the first fixed disk 3a, the three elastic belts 3e can uniformly press the upstream of the limb, so as to effectively stop bleeding.
As shown in fig. 6:
the tourniquet mechanism 3 further comprises a screw 3g, the connecting ends of the first fixing pin 3c and the second fixing pin 3d are respectively provided with a first opening groove 3c1 and a second opening groove 3d1 which extend along the axial direction, two ends of the elastic belt 3e are respectively clamped in the first opening groove 3c1 and the second opening groove 3d1, and the screw 3g radially penetrates through the first fixing pin 3c and the second fixing pin 3d and fixes the elastic belt 3e in the first opening groove 3c1 and the second opening groove 3d 1. When the elastic band 3e of a different specification needs to be replaced, the screws 3g are loosened so that both ends of the elastic band 3e can be withdrawn from the first opening groove 3c1 and the second opening groove 3d1, thereby replacing the elastic band 3 e.

the binding mechanism 5 comprises a second moving mechanism 5a, a third moving mechanism 5b, a second fixed disc 5c, a third fixed disc 5d, a second rotating disc 5e, an upper clamping piece 5f and a lower clamping piece 5 g; the second moving mechanism 5a is arranged on one side of the placing plate 1 along the length direction along the horizontal direction; the third moving mechanism 5b is arranged at the working end of the second moving mechanism 5a along the horizontal direction; the second fixed disk 5c is arranged at the fixed end of the third moving mechanism 5b through a first bracket; the third fixed disk 5d is coaxial with the second fixed disk 5c, and the third fixed disk 5d is arranged at the working end of the third moving mechanism 5b through a second bracket; the second rotating disk 5e is coaxially and rotatably arranged on the third fixed disk 5d, and the circumferential surface of the second rotating disk 5e is provided with a first extending lug 5e1 extending along the radial direction; the upper clamping piece 5f is fixedly arranged at one end of the second fixed disc 5c facing the third fixed disc 5d, a first cutting knife 5f1 extending along the length direction of the upper clamping piece 5f is arranged at one side of the upper clamping piece 5f deviating from the axis of the second fixed disc 5c along the radial direction, and the blade of the first cutting knife 5f1 faces outwards along the radial direction; one end of the lower clamping piece 5g is hinged with the upper clamping piece 5f along the vertical direction, one side of the lower clamping piece 5g, which faces the upper clamping piece 5f, is provided with a rubber strip 5g1 extending along the length direction of the upper clamping piece, one side of the rubber strip 5g1 is also provided with a second cutting knife 5g2 extending along the length direction of the rubber strip, and the second cutting knife 5g2 and the first cutting knife 5f1 are mutually staggered under the axial clamping state of the lower clamping piece 5g and the second fixing disc 5c along the second fixing disc 5 c;
the wrapping mechanism further comprises a fourth moving mechanism 5h, a connecting rod 5i, a damping roller 5j, a bandage coil 5k and a second servo motor 5 m;
the fourth moving mechanism 5h is fixedly arranged on the second fixed disk 5c in the radial direction, and the fourth moving mechanism 5h and the first clamping piece 5f are positioned on the same radial surface of the second fixed disk 5 c; two ends of the connecting rod 5i are respectively hinged with the working end of the fourth moving mechanism 5h and one side of the lower clamping piece 5g deviating from the upper clamping piece 5f along the vertical direction; the damping roller 5j and the second rotating disc 5e are coaxially arranged on the first extending lug 5e1, and the distance between the damping roller 5j and the axis of the third fixed disc 5d is greater than the distance between the upper clamping piece 5f and the axis of the third fixed disc 5 d; the bandage roll 5k is coaxially and rotatably arranged on the damping roller 5j, and the bandage roll 5k is in interference fit with the damping roller 5 j; and the second servo motor 5m is fixedly arranged on the third fixed disk 5d, and the output shaft of the second servo motor is in synchronous transmission connection with the second rotating disk 5e through a second synchronous belt.
After the wound is cleaned and disinfected, the second moving mechanism 5a is started to drive the third moving mechanism 5b to move, so that the second fixed disk 5c and the third fixed disk 5d are driven to move to one end of the wound, and the bandage head on the bandage roll 5k is abutted to the upper clamping piece 5f by the rubber strip 5g1 in advance; starting a third moving mechanism 5b and a second servo motor 5m, driving a second rotating disc 5e to rotate on a third fixing disc 5d by the second servo motor 5m through a second synchronous belt while the third fixing disc 5d moves in the length direction of the limb, and spirally moving a bandage roll 5k on the outer side of the wound along the axial direction to enable the bandage roll 5k to wind the bandage on the limb until the wound is completely covered, then resetting the working end of the third moving mechanism 5b, and continuously rotating the second rotating disc 5e, so that a layer of bandage is wound on the upstream of the wound bandage; starting the fourth moving mechanism 5h, enabling the working end of the fourth moving mechanism to drive the lower clamping piece 5g to be unfolded relative to the upper clamping piece 5f through the connecting rod 5i, so that the bandage head is loosened, when the bandage is wound on the upper clamping piece 5f again through the bandage roll 5k, the working end of the fourth moving mechanism 5h is reset, enabling the lower clamping piece 5g to do shearing action relative to the upper clamping piece 5f, the rubber strip 5g1 and the upper clamping piece 5f clamp the bandage before the first cutting knife 5f1 and the second cutting knife 5g2 shear the bandage, so that after the bandage is clamped, the first cutting knife 5f1 and the second cutting knife 5g2 shear the bandage, and further enabling a new bandage head to be clamped by the upper clamping piece 5f and the lower clamping piece 5g for subsequent bundling; the first extension ear 5e1 is used to position the damping roller 5j so that the bandage roll 5k can be rotated in a largely damped state at the damping roller 5j, so that the bandage can be wound on the limb.
As shown in fig. 10:
the binding mechanism 5 further comprises a tension spring 5n, a third sliding groove 5e2 extending along the radial direction of the second rotating disc 5e is arranged on the first extending lug 5e1, the damping roller 5j is arranged on the third sliding groove 5e2 in a sliding mode along the radial direction of the second rotating disc 5e, one end of the tension spring 5n is fixedly connected with one end of the damping roller 5j along the radial direction, and the other end of the tension spring 5n is fixedly connected with the outer side of the first extending lug 5e1 along the radial direction. The bandage roll 5k slides on the third sliding groove 5e2 along the radial direction, one end of the tension spring 5n is connected with the damping roller 5j, and the other end of the tension spring 5n is fixedly connected with the outer side of the first extending lug 5e1 along the radial direction, so that the damping roller 5j is pulled by the tension spring 5n to be arranged at one end of the third sliding groove 5e2 far away from the axis of the second rotating disc 5e, when the winding is large, the damping roller 5j can automatically adjust the position of the damping roller on the third sliding groove 5e2 according to the thickness of the limb, and the bandage can be wound on the limb with uniform tension.
The rubber strip 5g1 is uniformly provided with ribs extending along the length direction of the upper clamping piece 5f on the side facing the upper clamping piece 5f, and the bandage head can be stably clamped by the rubber strip 5g1 and the upper clamping piece 5f to prevent the bandage head from falling off.
As shown in fig. 8:
the disinfection mechanism 4 comprises a fifth moving mechanism 4a, a fourth fixed disc 4b, a third rotating disc 4c and a nozzle 4 d;
the fifth moving mechanism 4a is arranged on the other side of the placing plate 1 along the horizontal direction;
the fourth fixed disk 4b is arranged between the first fixed part and the second fixed part, and the fourth fixed disk 4b is fixedly connected with the working end of the fifth moving mechanism 4a through a third bracket;
the third rotating disc 4c is coaxially and rotatably arranged on the fourth fixed disc 4b, and one end of the third rotating disc 4c is provided with a second extending lug 4c1 extending along the axial direction of the third rotating disc;
the nozzle 4d is fixedly arranged on the 4d1 along the radial direction, and the output end of the nozzle 4d faces the axis of the fourth fixed disc 4 b;
the third servo motor 4e is fixedly arranged on the third support, and an output shaft of the third servo motor 4e is in synchronous transmission connection with the third rotating disc 4c through a third synchronous belt.
Disinfection mechanism still including the box that is used for storing the antiseptic solution and can take the antiseptic solution out from the box and through the outside pump that sprays of nozzle 4d, when the clearance disinfection wound, start fifth moving mechanism 4a and drive fourth fixed disk 4b and third rolling disc 4c and can follow the horizontal direction and remove, start third servo motor 4e axle and drive third rolling disc 4c through the third hold-in range and rotate on fourth fixed disk 4b, nozzle 4 d's spout is just to the wound, thereby start the antiseptic solution for the pump and wash and disinfect the wound.
The first moving mechanism 2f, the second moving mechanism 5a, the third moving mechanism 5b, the fourth moving mechanism 5h and the fifth moving mechanism 4a are all ball screw sliding tables.

one end of the second clamping piece (5g) is hinged to the joint of the first clamping piece (5f) and the second fixing disc (5c) along the vertical direction, a rubber strip (5g1) extending along the length direction of the second clamping piece (5g) is arranged on one side, facing the first clamping piece (5f), of the second clamping piece (5g1), a second cutter (5g2) extending along the length direction of the second clamping piece is further arranged on one side of the rubber strip (5g1), the second clamping piece (5g) and the second fixing disc (5c) are in an axial clamping state along the second fixing disc (5c), and the second cutter (5g2) and the first cutter (5f1) are staggered with each other.

the damping roller (5j) and the second rotating disc (5e) are coaxially arranged on the first extending lug (5e1), and the distance between the damping roller (5j) and the axis of the third fixed disc (5d) is greater than the distance between the first clamping piece (5f) and the axis of the third fixed disc (5 d); the damping roller (5j) is provided with a bandage coil (5 k).

The hemostatic dressing device for medical care according to claim 2, wherein the dressing mechanism (5) further comprises a tension spring (5n), the first extending lug (5e1) is provided with a third sliding groove (5e2) extending along the radial direction of the second rotating disk (5e), the damping roller (5j) is arranged in the third sliding groove (5e2) in a sliding manner along the radial direction of the second rotating disk (5e), one end of the tension spring (5n) is fixedly connected with one end of the damping roller (5j) along the radial direction, and the other end of the tension spring (5n) is fixedly connected with the outer side of the first extending lug (5e1) along the radial direction.

the first fixing pins (3c) are fixedly arranged on the first fixing disc (3 a); the number of the second fixing pins (3d) is the same as that of the first fixing pins (3c), and the second fixing pins are fixedly arranged on the first rotating disc (3 b); the first fixing pin (3c) and the second fixing pin (3d) are positioned on the same side of the first fixing disc (3a), and the distance between the first fixing pin (3c) and the axis of the first fixing disc (3a) is greater than the distance between the second fixing pin (3d) and the axis of the first fixing disc (3 a);
the two ends of the elastic belt (3e) are respectively connected with the first fixing pin (3c) and the second fixing pin (3d), and the axial distance between the connection points of the first fixing pin (3c) and the second fixing pin (3d) along the first fixing disc (3a) is larger than the width of the elastic belt (3 e).

A medical care haemostatic dressing according to claims 1-4, wherein there are three first fixation pins (3c), three second fixation pins (3d) and three elastic bands (3e), the first fixation pins (3c) being evenly circumferentially arranged on the first fixed disc (3a) and the second fixation pins (3d) being evenly circumferentially arranged on the first rotatable disc (3 b).

A medical nursing haemostatic bandaging device according to claims 1-5, characterised in that the tourniquet mechanism (3) further comprises a screw (3g), the connecting ends of the first fixing pin (3c) and the second fixing pin (3d) are respectively provided with a first open slot (3c1) and a second open slot (3d1) extending in the axial direction, the two ends of the elastic band (3e) are respectively clamped in the first open slot (3c1) and the second open slot (3d1), and the screw (3g) radially penetrates through the first fixing pin (3c) and the second fixing pin (3d) and fixes the elastic band (3e) in the first open slot (3c1) and the second open slot (3d 1).
