according to the invention, through the arrangement of the two fixing frames, the fixing is carried out from two sides of the vamp, and meanwhile, when the top plate arranged on the front side of the matched forming plate is butted with the fixing frames, the reinforcing blocks extrude the fixing frames to fix the vamp from the upper side and the lower side, so that the fixing of the vamp is enhanced, and in the process of fixing the vamp by the fixing frames, the roller rolls along the edge of the vamp to level the edge of the vamp.

s1: the threaded rod 19 is driven to rotate by an external driving source, the forming plate 10 is driven to move towards the front side, meanwhile, the threaded rod 19 rotates to drive the turntable 20 to rotate, the limiting column 21 slides along a vertical groove of the T-shaped rod 22, the T-shaped rod 22 is pushed to reciprocate along the horizontal direction, and in the process of driving the T-shaped rod 22 to move towards the inner side, the fixing frame 25 is driven to move towards the vamp mounting seat 4 horizontally, and a vamp placed on the surface of the vamp mounting seat 4 is fixed;
s2: the vamp installation seat 4 is clamped from the left side surface and the right side surface through the two fixing frames 25, the clamping plates 26 extrude the vamps placed on the surface of the vamp installation seat 4 and transmit pressure to the contact 7 to drive the contact 7 to slide inwards along the inner wall of the avoiding groove 5, the first spring 6 is compressed to accumulate elastic potential energy, and the vamps placed on the surface of the vamp installation seat 4 are fixed from the side surfaces in multiple points through the elastic force of the first spring 6 and the pressure of the clamping plates 26;
