The form of the playing content corresponding to each target playing device can be determined according to the content format supported by each target playing device. For example, the reply message is a promo, the target playback device includes a transparent display screen without a speaker, and a broadcast device near the transparent display screen, and the server can send the video portion of the promo to the transparent display screen, send the audio portion to the broadcast device, and control the transparent display screen and the broadcast device to play the video portion and the audio portion synchronously to provide a better viewing experience for the user.
In practical application, the server can hit the reply information corresponding to the user input information from the pre-established database through the existing processing modes such as GRU classification, rule matching, similarity retrieval and the like. For each piece of reply information in the database, various formats matched with various types of playing equipment can be created in advance, such as audio formats, video formats and the like, and the server can conveniently push the content in the matched format according to the type of the target playing equipment. In addition, before pushing the playing content to the target playing device, the server performs compatibility processing on the playing content, filters out invalid control instructions, and ensures that the target playing device can normally play the received data.
Based on the position and the function of the playing equipment, a proper combination is screened out from the available playing equipment and is bound with the mobile terminal, so that the function that the plurality of playing equipment display the user in a collaborative mode is realized, the respective advantages of the plurality of traditional equipment are fully combined, and a more intelligent display mode is realized.
The upper limit of the binding quantity can be preset aiming at the condition of simultaneously binding a plurality of devices, when the quantity of the playing devices bound by the mobile terminal reaches the upper limit of the binding quantity, the mobile terminal can not bind new playing devices, and one mobile terminal is prevented from occupying a plurality of device resources for a long time.
In practical applications, the mobile terminal may also provide the user with a function of manually binding the playback device. If the server identifies that the target user does not need to obtain the service based on the information uploaded by the mobile terminal, the binding relationship between the mobile terminal and the target playing device is released, the target playing device is added into the unbound device list, and at the moment, the playing device can be bound with other mobile terminals.
And if the server identifies that the target user generates a new user intention based on the information uploaded by the mobile terminal, and the playing device matched with the new user intention is different from the previous target device, removing the binding relationship between the mobile terminal and the target playing device, adding the target playing device into the unbound device list, and establishing the binding relationship between the mobile terminal and the playing device matched with the new user intention.
In a possible implementation manner, the distributed intelligent interaction method according to the embodiment of the present application further includes the following steps: when the target playing device is in a public area, desensitizing the privacy information in the playing content, and controlling the target playing device to play the desensitized playing content.
The privacy information includes personal information of the target user, such as name, age, telephone, and the like. The desensitization process may be performed by hiding the private information in the played content, so as to protect the privacy of the user.
In practical application, whether the playing device is in a public area can be determined according to the position of the playing device, the surrounding environment and the function setting of the playing device. For example, the number calling screen and the advertisement display screen can be seen by everyone, so that the number calling screen and the advertisement display screen are in a public area; whereas transaction-operating devices are generally used by individuals and are located in non-public areas.
In another possible implementation manner, the distributed intelligent interaction method according to the embodiment of the present application further includes the following steps: when the target playing device is in a public area, if the playing content is identified to contain the privacy information, the playing content is output through the mobile terminal.
For example, for the pushed promo, map, navigation information can be played through the target playing device, and for the content containing the personal privacy information, the content can be played through the mobile terminal.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the distributed intelligent interaction method in the embodiment of the application further includes the following steps: acquiring a voice recognition result corresponding to an audio signal acquired by a mobile terminal; acquiring audio information which is newly sent to target playing equipment for playing; and if the similarity of the semantic recognition result and the text corresponding to the audio information exceeds a similarity threshold, ignoring the voice recognition result, otherwise, determining reply information corresponding to the semantic recognition result, and playing the reply information through the mobile terminal.
The audio signal can be converted into a corresponding voice recognition result through the existing semantic recognition technology, and a text corresponding to the audio information is obtained. The audio information which is sent to the target playing device for playing is the audio information which is played by the target playing device, if the similarity of the semantic recognition result and the text corresponding to the audio information exceeds the similarity threshold value, the audio signal acquired by the mobile terminal is played by the target playing device, and the voice recognition result can be ignored; and if the similarity of the semantic recognition result and the text corresponding to the audio information does not exceed the similarity threshold, indicating that the audio signal acquired by the mobile terminal is input by the target user, and feeding back the voice recognition result.
Based on the judgment process, the problem that the audio broadcasted by the target playing equipment is re-picked up by the mobile terminal can be avoided.
In a possible implementation manner, the distributed intelligent interaction method according to the embodiment of the present application further includes the following steps:
acquiring a voice recognition result corresponding to an audio signal acquired by a mobile terminal;
acquiring audio information which is newly sent to target playing equipment for playing;
if the similarity of the semantic recognition result and the text corresponding to the audio information exceeds the similarity threshold, judging whether the mobile terminal receives the semantic recognition result of which the similarity with the audio information exceeds the similarity threshold for the first time, if so, ignoring the voice recognition result, if not, determining reply information corresponding to the semantic recognition result, and playing the reply information through the mobile terminal;
and if the similarity of the semantic recognition result and the text corresponding to the audio information does not exceed the similarity threshold, determining reply information corresponding to the semantic recognition result, and playing the reply information through the mobile terminal.
By judging whether the semantic recognition result with higher similarity to the audio information is received for the first time, the problem that the robot ignores the audio information which is provided by the target user and is similar to the currently output audio information can be avoided.
In one possible implementation mode, the server identifies the shopping intention of a target user through the user data collected in a mobile mode, and binds the mobile terminal with the surrounding marketing screen; the mobile terminal collects personal information of a target user, such as face data, age, gender and the like, recommends related products for the user by combining the user portrait of the target user, sends product information to the bound marketing screen, and displays the product information through the marketing screen. The marketing screen can show the product of propelling movement one by one, and when the user wants to purchase the product of marketing screen present show, can be to mobile terminal's microphone input representation this product of wanting to purchase pronunciation, and mobile terminal sends the pronunciation of gathering to the server. In a possible implementation manner, when the server recognizes that the target user has multiple user intentions, an inquiry statement for inquiring an execution sequence of the multiple user intentions may be generated, the inquiry statement is sent to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal inquires the target user, the execution sequence of the multiple user intentions is determined according to a reply of the target user to the inquiry statement, then target playing devices corresponding to the user intentions are bound in sequence according to the execution sequence, that is, a target playing device corresponding to a first user intention is bound first, after the first user intention is completed, a target playing device corresponding to a second user intention is bound, and so on.
In one possible implementation manner, a plurality of visiting routes may be preset, and when the server recognizes that the user intention of the target user is visiting, an appropriate visiting route may be recommended to the user according to the user personal information, and the target user may be guided to visit according to the visiting route. In the visiting process of a target user, the mobile terminal reports the position in real time, the server searches whether available playing equipment exists in a nearby distance threshold value according to the position information of the mobile terminal, a binding relation between the mobile terminal and the available playing equipment is established, and the content needing to be shown to the target user is played through the playing equipment. When the target user leaves the range covered by the playing device, the binding relationship between the mobile terminal and the playing device can be released, the available playing device within the nearby distance threshold value can be searched, and the binding relationship between the mobile terminal and the available playing device can be established.
As shown in fig. 4, based on the same inventive concept as the distributed intelligent interaction method, the embodiment of the present application further provides a distributed intelligent interaction apparatus 40, including:
a receiving module 401, configured to receive user data of a target user, which is acquired by a mobile terminal in a specified area;
an intent recognition module 402 to determine a user intent based on the user data;
a matching module 403, configured to determine, based on function settings corresponding to the playback devices in the designated area, a target playback device that matches the user intention;
a positioning module 404, configured to obtain position information of the mobile terminal and the target playback device, and determine a position relationship between the mobile terminal and the target playback device;
a binding module 405, configured to establish a binding relationship between the mobile terminal and the target playback device when the position relationship between the mobile terminal and the target playback device meets a preset condition, so that the mobile terminal plays corresponding information to the target user through the target playback device.
Optionally, the distributed intelligent interaction apparatus 40 further includes a moving module, configured to control the mobile terminal to guide the target user to move to the location of the target playing device if the position relationship between the mobile terminal and the target playing device does not satisfy a preset condition.
Optionally, the distributed intelligent interaction apparatus 40 further includes a reply module;
the receiving module 401 is further configured to: when the mobile terminal is bound with a plurality of target playing devices at the same time, acquiring input information of the target user, which is acquired by the mobile terminal;
the reply module is used for: determining corresponding reply information according to the input information; respectively determining playing contents corresponding to each target playing device according to the reply information and the function setting of each target playing device; and controlling the target playing devices to cooperatively play the corresponding playing contents.
Optionally, the matching module 403 is specifically configured to: acquiring an unbound equipment list corresponding to the designated area; selecting a target playing device matched with the user intention from the unbound device list based on the function setting corresponding to each playing device; and deleting the target playing device from the unbound device list.
Optionally, the distributed intelligent interaction apparatus 40 further comprises a release module for: when the position relation between the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment does not meet the preset condition, removing the binding relation between the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment; adding the target playback device to the unbound device list.
Optionally, the preset condition comprises at least one of: the distance between the mobile terminal and the target playing device is not greater than a distance threshold value, and the mobile terminal and the target playing device are in the same space; wherein the designated area is partitioned into a plurality of spaces.
Optionally, the distributed intelligent interaction apparatus 40 further includes a privacy processing module, configured to: when the target playing device is in a public area, desensitizing the privacy information in the playing content, and controlling the target playing device to play the desensitized playing content, or if the playing content is identified to contain the privacy information, playing the playing content through the mobile terminal.
Optionally, the distributed intelligent interaction apparatus 40 further includes:
the voice recognition module is used for acquiring a voice recognition result corresponding to the audio signal acquired by the mobile terminal;
the pickup conflict processing module is used for acquiring the latest audio information sent to the target playing equipment for playing; and if the similarity of the semantic recognition result and the text corresponding to the audio information exceeds a similarity threshold, ignoring the voice recognition result, otherwise, determining reply information corresponding to the semantic recognition result, and playing the reply information through the mobile terminal.

acquiring the latest audio information sent to the target playing device for playing; if the similarity of the semantic recognition result and the text corresponding to the audio information exceeds a similarity threshold, judging whether the mobile terminal receives the semantic recognition result of which the similarity with the audio information exceeds the similarity threshold for the first time, if so, ignoring the voice recognition result, otherwise, determining reply information corresponding to the semantic recognition result, and playing the reply information through the mobile terminal; if the mobile terminal does not receive the semantic recognition result of which the similarity with the audio information exceeds the similarity threshold for the first time, determining reply information corresponding to the semantic recognition result, and playing the reply information through the mobile terminal.
The distributed intelligent interaction device and the distributed intelligent interaction method provided by the embodiment of the application adopt the same inventive concept, can obtain the same beneficial effects, and are not repeated herein.
Based on the same inventive concept as the distributed intelligent interaction method, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, which may specifically be a control device or a control system inside a robot, or an external device communicating with an intelligent device, such as a desktop computer, a portable computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a server, and the like. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 50 may include a processor 501 and a memory 502.
The Processor 501 may be a general-purpose Processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or a discrete hardware component, which may implement or execute the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present Application. determining a target playing device matched with the user intention based on the function setting corresponding to each playing device in the designated area;
respectively acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment, and determining the position relation between the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment;
and when the position relation between the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment meets a preset condition, establishing a binding relation between the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment, so that the mobile terminal plays corresponding information to the target user through the target playing equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the position relation between the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment does not meet the preset condition, controlling the mobile terminal to guide the target user to move to the position of the target playing equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein when the mobile terminal is bound with a plurality of target playback devices simultaneously, the method further comprises:
acquiring input information of the target user, which is acquired by the mobile terminal;
determining corresponding reply information according to the input information;
respectively determining playing contents corresponding to each target playing device according to the reply information and the function setting of each target playing device;
and controlling the target playing devices to cooperatively play the corresponding playing contents.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a target playback device matching the user's intention based on the function setting corresponding to each playback device in the designated area comprises:
acquiring an unbound equipment list corresponding to the designated area;
selecting a target playing device matched with the user intention from the unbound device list based on the function setting corresponding to each playing device;
and deleting the target playing device from the unbound device list.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
when the position relation between the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment does not meet the preset condition, removing the binding relation between the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment;
adding the target playback device to the unbound device list.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
acquiring a voice recognition result corresponding to the audio signal acquired by the mobile terminal;
acquiring the latest audio information sent to the target playing device for playing;
and if the similarity of the semantic recognition result and the text corresponding to the audio information exceeds a similarity threshold, ignoring the voice recognition result, otherwise, determining reply information corresponding to the semantic recognition result, and playing the reply information through the mobile terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein before ignoring the speech recognition result, the method comprises: determining that the mobile terminal receives a semantic recognition result with the similarity exceeding a similarity threshold for the first time;
the method further comprises the following steps: if the mobile terminal does not receive the semantic recognition result of which the similarity with the audio information exceeds the similarity threshold for the first time, determining reply information corresponding to the semantic recognition result, and playing the reply information through the mobile terminal.
8. A distributed intelligent interaction device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving user data of a target user, which is acquired by a mobile terminal in a designated area;
an intent recognition module to determine a user intent based on the user data;
the matching module is used for determining target playing equipment matched with the user intention based on the function setting corresponding to each playing equipment in the specified area;
the positioning module is used for respectively acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment and determining the position relation between the mobile terminal and the target playing equipment;
and the binding module is used for establishing a binding relationship between the mobile terminal and the target playing device when the position relationship between the mobile terminal and the target playing device meets a preset condition, so that the mobile terminal plays corresponding information to the target user through the target playing device.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
