Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The method for sharing information in a video conference provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to the video conference, a first participant of the video conference transmits a file image to a video conference picture, and video conference pictures containing the file image are displayed on local video conference equipment of each participant, wherein the file image is an image of a local target file of the first participant, and the local target file of the first participant can be understood as a target file stored on the local video conference equipment of the first participant or a target file stored on electronic equipment connected with the local video conference equipment of the first participant. It can be understood that the video conference is an online conference established by the video conference system, the video conference system comprises video conference equipment and at least one video conference server which are arranged at the local part of each participant, in the video conference process, the video conference equipment at the local part of each participant faces each participant, data of each participant is collected and transmitted to the video conference server, the video conference server carries out service processing on the received data and generates video conference pictures, and the video conference pictures are sent to the video conference equipment of each participant, so that the video conference equipment can display the same video conference pictures. The number of video conferencing devices may be plural. Here, the parts of the video conference system may communicate with each other based on video networking or internet, for example, the video conference device may be a video networking terminal, the video conference server may be a video networking server, and the video networking terminal and the video networking server communicate with each other based on a video networking protocol. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the video conference system includes a first video network terminal, a video network server, and a second video network terminal, wherein the number of the video network terminals is not limited to two in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 illustrates a method for sharing information in a video conference, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes the following steps:
step 201: a first input of a file image displayed by the target video conference device by the second participant is received.
It should be noted that the second participant is any participant in the video conference except the first participant, and the target video conference device is a video conference device local to the second participant. That is, the target file indicated by the file image in the video conference screen is not stored locally in the second participant, but the second participant can see the file image of the target file through the target video conference device. It will be appreciated that the video conference device local to each participant may be an electronic device having a display screen such that video conference pictures are displayed via the display screen. Of course, the video conference device may also be an electronic device without a display screen, which may be connected to the display screen to display the video conference picture through the display screen connected to the video conference device. Here, the display screen for displaying the video conference screen is a touch screen, and the first input may be an input such as a click, a long press, or a slide performed on the display screen. When a user performs touch input on the display screen, the user will contact the display screen through the object. Wherein the item may be a stylus, a user's finger, or the like.
Step 202: and responding to the first input, and generating first track information according to the touch position of the second participant on the file image.
It should be noted that the touch position of the second participant on the file image is a position where the second participant touches the target video conference device displaying the file image when the second participant touches the file image. Preferably, the touch position may be expressed in the form of coordinates. Generally, when a user performs a touch input, a series of touch positions, i.e., a plurality of coordinates, are determined. The trajectory information may include all coordinates at the time of touch input. For example, a user makes a slide input on the target video conference device, the trajectory information includes coordinates of all or part of the position points on the slide trajectory. When the track information includes the coordinates of a part of the position points on the sliding track, the part of the position points may be position points obtained at intervals of a fixed number of position points in all the position points on the sliding track. Assuming that all the position points on the sliding track include the first position point, the tenth position point … …, and ten position points, the part of the position points included in the track information include the first position point, the third position point, the fifth position point, the seventh position point, and the ninth position point.
Step 203: and displaying a first target track indicated by the first track information in the file image displayed by the target video conference equipment, and sending the first track information to the participants except the second participant in the video conference, so that each participant receiving the first track information displays the first target track in the file image displayed by the respective local video conference equipment.
It should be noted that the first target track indicated by the first track information is a track to be formed by sequentially connecting the touch positions of the second participants on the target video conference device. Here, the target video conference device displays the document image while displaying the first target trajectory, which may be understood as a mark made by the user on the document image. After the first track information is generated, the first track information can be immediately sent to each participant while the first target track is locally displayed, so that the first target track is synchronously displayed in the video conference equipment local to each participant as much as possible. Here, transmitting the first trajectory information to each participant may be understood as being transmitted to a video conference device local to each participant.
The positions of the first target tracks in the video conference pictures of all the video conference devices in the document images are the same. It is to be understood that the video conference devices local to the respective participants may be electronic devices having the same structure or different structures, and thus the sizes of the display areas of the respective video conference devices displaying the file images may be the same or different. In order to avoid that the first target track has different contents marked in the file images displayed by different video conference devices, here, the mapping relationship between each video conference device and other video conference devices, that is, the mapping relationship between the display areas displaying the file images in different video conference devices, may be stored in advance. The relative positions of the two position points having the mapping relation in the display areas to which the two position points belong are the same. For example, when an article is displayed in the video conference picture, the first target track is a line segment. If the line segment on the target video conference device is displayed at the position of the second sentence in the first paragraph of the article, after the first track information indicating the first target track is sent to the local video conference devices of all the participants, all the video conference devices convert the first track information according to the mapping relation between the video conference devices and the target video conference devices, and then display the line segment in the file image of the local video conference devices according to the converted track information, so that the line segment on the local video conference devices of all the participants is also displayed at the position of the second sentence in the first paragraph of the article.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to the video conference, the first participant of the video conference transmits the file image to the video conference picture, and the video conference picture containing the file image is displayed on the video conference equipment of the local participants, wherein the file image is the image of the local target file of the first participant. The first input of the file image displayed by the target video conference device by the second participant can be received, wherein the second participant is any participant except the first participant in the video conference, and the target video conference device is local video conference device of the second participant. The target video conference equipment for displaying the video conference picture is used for receiving the input of the user, so that the operation of the user can be facilitated. And responding to the first input, and generating first track information according to the touch position of the second participant on the file image. The method and the device have the advantage that the situation that the user marks in the first display screen in a track mode can be accurately indicated based on track information generated at the touch position on the target video conference device when the user performs the first input. And then displaying a first target track indicated by the first track information in a file image displayed by the target video conference device, so that the second participant can see the marking condition in the video conference picture, and sending the first track information to participants except the second participant in the video conference, so that each participant receiving the first track information can display the first target track in the file image displayed by the respective local video conference device, so that each participant referring to the video conference can see the marking condition in the video conference picture through the respective local video conference device, and thus, the sharing of information in the video conference can be realized, wherein the positions of the first target track in the file image in the video conference picture of each video conference device are the same. In the embodiment of the invention, any participant can mark the file image in the video conference picture by inputting the video conference equipment for locally displaying the video conference picture, so that all participants of the video conference can see the mark on the file image, and the sharing of information in the video conference is realized, thereby solving the problem that each participant in the video conference cannot freely mark the file image transmitted by other participants, and meeting more scene requirements.
Optionally, after the first track information is sent to the participants in the video conference except the second participant, the method further includes:
and receiving second track information sent by a third participant, wherein the second track information is track information generated by the video conference equipment local to the third participant according to the touch position of the third participant on the file image, and the third participant is any participant except the second participant in the video conference.
It can be understood that, in the video conference process, each participant can input the file image through the local video conference device, and send the track information during input to the local video conference devices of other participants, so that the file image of each video conference device displays the track indicated by the track information during input. The forming process of the second track information is similar to the forming process of the first track information, and the difference is that the two are track information generated by inputting in different video conference devices, and the description is omitted here.
And displaying a second target track indicated by the second track information in the file image displayed by the target video conference equipment.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the positions of the second target tracks in the video conference pictures of each video conference device are the same in the document image. The mapping relationship between each video conference device and other video conference devices, that is, the mapping relationship between the display areas for displaying the file images in different video conference devices, may be stored in advance. The relative positions of the two position points having the mapping relation in the display areas to which the two position points belong are the same. And after receiving the second track information, the target video conference equipment converts the second track information based on the mapping relation between the target video conference equipment and the local video conference equipment of the third participant, and then displays a second target track in the file image of the target video conference equipment according to the converted track information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second track information sent by other participants can be received, so that the second target track indicated by the second track information is displayed in the locally displayed file image, and the other participants share the information in the video conference process.
Optionally, the second target track includes a plurality of adjacent or non-adjacent segmented tracks, and the second track information includes a plurality of segmented track information indicating the plurality of segmented tracks.
Displaying a second target track indicated by second track information in a file image displayed by the target video conference device, including:
and displaying each segmented track in a file image of the target video conference device according to a target time sequence, wherein the target time sequence is the sequence from the morning to the evening of the forming time of the segmented track indicated by the plurality of segmented track information.
It should be noted that, after the second track information is generated by the local video conference device of the third participant, the second target track may be segmented according to the preset time length or the preset length, so as to form a plurality of segmented tracks, and the length of each segmented track is short, where the preset time length and the preset length may be preset according to a requirement, for example, the preset time length may be 1 second, and the preset length may be 1 mm, but is not limited thereto. When the target video conference device displays the segmented tracks indicated by the plurality of segmented track information according to the target time sequence, the second participant can see the forming process of the second target track.
In the embodiment of the invention, the segmented track indicated by the segmented track information is sequentially displayed according to the target time sequence, so that the second party can see the forming process of the second target track, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the video conference device local to each participant transmits the image of each participant to the video conference screen, so that the video conference screen displays the image of each participant, wherein the target area of the video conference screen displays the image of the speaker in each participant.
It should be noted that the local video conference device of each participant can acquire the image of each participant and further transmit the acquired image of each participant to the video conference picture, so that the video conference picture can see not only the file image transmitted by the first participant but also the image of each participant. The images of the participants and the file images can be displayed in two display areas after being split, for example, the display screen displaying the video conference picture is divided into two display areas with equal or unequal areas, one display area is used for displaying the images of the participants, and the other display area is used for displaying the file images.
It will be appreciated that during the videoconference, the participants cannot speak at the same time, and only the participant having the speaker role can speak. Here, each participant can apply for the speaker role through the local video conference device, and then speak after obtaining the speaker role. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate other participants to distinguish the speakers, images of the speakers can be displayed in a target area of a video conference picture, the target area can be a predetermined area, and the position and the area of the target area can be predetermined according to requirements. Preferably, the area of the target region displaying the speaker image is larger than the area displaying any of the other participant images.
In the embodiment of the invention, the images of all the participants are transmitted to the video conference picture, so that the conference experience of the participants can be further improved, and the images of the speakers are displayed in the fixed area, so that the speakers in the video conference process can be distinguished conveniently, and all the participants can see the body language of the speakers.
Optionally, before receiving a first input of a file image displayed by the target video conference device by the second participant, the method further comprises:
a second input is received from a second party.
In this step, the second input may be a click, a slide, a long press, or the like. A second input is received by the target video conferencing device for a second participant.
And responding to the second input, transmitting a target control signal to the video conference so that the video conference picture displays the image of the second participant in the target area while displaying the file image.
In this step, the second participant triggers the speaker application role through the second input. The above steps 201 to 203 may be performed after the second participant has become the speaker role. Preferably, the participant having the speaker role can also upload the file image of the local file of the participant to replace the original file image in the video conference picture. Specifically, a button may be provided on the target video conference device, and when the button is pressed, the second participant performs the second input, and transmits the target control signal to the video conference, so that the video conference screen displays the file image and the image of the second participant in the target area. When the button is not pressed, the second participant performs a second input, and transmits a speech control signal to the video conference so that the video conference screen displays the image of the second participant in the target area and simultaneously displays the file image of the local file of the second participant. Here, displaying the file image of the local file of the second participant may be understood as transmitting the file image of the local file stored therein to the video conference screen through the target video conference device local to the second participant.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the participant with the speaker role changes, the file image in the video conference picture can be kept unchanged, so that the current participant with the speaker role can mark the file images transmitted by other participants.
Optionally, in response to the first input, generating first trajectory information according to a touch position of the second party on the file image, including:
and responding to the first input, and generating first track information every other target time length according to the touch position of the second participant on the file image in the target time length.
It should be noted that the target time length may be set according to the requirement, and may be, for example, 100 milliseconds, but is not limited thereto. It will be appreciated that step 203 is performed once each time the first track information is generated, so that the first target track may be displayed as synchronously as possible in the video conferencing devices local to the participants. Taking the target duration as 100 milliseconds as an example, in the process of generating a segment by sliding the document image at a constant speed within one second of the second party, one tenth of the segment is formed every 100 milliseconds. After the first 100 milliseconds, one tenth of the line segment formed in the first 100 milliseconds is displayed on the file image of the local video conferencing equipment of each participant. After the second 100 milliseconds, one tenth of the line segment formed in the second 100 milliseconds is displayed on the file image of the local video conference equipment of each participant, and so on, each participant can see the forming process of the line segment within 1 second, and the time for displaying the line segment in the target video conference equipment is basically consistent with that in the local video conference equipment of other participants, which can be regarded as synchronous display. Specifically, a target frequency is set based on the target duration, the target frequency can be understood as the refresh frequency of a display screen in the target video conference device, the first track information formed from the last refresh to the current refresh is recorded once every refresh, then the newly recorded first track information is sent to each participant, and the first target track indicated by the first track information is locally displayed. The target frequency may be determined by itself according to the requirement, and may be, for example, 60 hz, but is not limited thereto.
With reference to fig. 1, when the video conference system is a conference system built based on a plurality of video networking devices, the input port of the first video networking terminal is connected to a notebook computer, and here, the connection between the first video networking terminal and the notebook computer may be implemented through a High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) line, but is not limited thereto. The output port of the first video network terminal is connected with a touch screen. The video conference system is at least connected with a second video network terminal in the same connection mode, and the second video network terminal is also connected with a notebook computer and a touch screen. After the video conference is started, the second video networking terminal is used as a speaker role in the video conference and has a speaking right. And the notebook computer connected with the second video network terminal can transmit the file image of the local file to the video conference picture, so that each participant can see the file image on the touch screen connected with the local video network terminal of the participant. Of course, each video network terminal is also connected with a camera, so that personnel pictures of participants at the video network terminal can be collected and transmitted to the video conference pictures. Here, the touch screen may display the document image and the person screen simultaneously in a split screen mode, for example, the left display area of the touch screen displays the document image, and the right display area displays the person screen, but is not limited thereto. In order to distinguish the speaker role, a person screen of a participant having the speaker role is displayed in a target area of a video conference screen.
Under the above situation, if the participant at the first video network terminal side wants to mark the file image, the speaking application can be sent to the video network server through the first video network terminal, and the video network server switches the first video network terminal into the speaker role. At this time, the file image in the video conference picture is kept unchanged, but the personnel picture displayed in the target area of the video conference picture is changed into the personnel picture acquired by the camera connected with the first video network terminal. A user performs touch input on a touch screen connected with a first video network terminal to realize marking of file images in a current video conference picture. Specifically, when a user touches the touch screen, in a touch pressing event, a position point of the touch screen is set as a starting point of a track (here, the position point can be understood as a coordinate point) by using a moveTo () method, so that a track of a curve is set in the touch moving event, where the starting point is a position point touched last time, and the end point is a position point touched this time. One curve segment resulting from each move is recorded using the quadTo method and then all curve segments are plotted as target traces in the touch screen connected to the first video network terminal, which will invoke the reset () method to reset the curve trace if the touch is lifted. Preferably, the refresh frequency of the touch screen may be set to 60 hz, but is not limited thereto. If the android system is installed on the video networking terminal, the java layer of the android system acquires track information indicating a target track, the track information is forwarded to the video networking server through the native layer, and the video networking server acquires the track information and issues the track information to all participants in the video conference, namely all video networking terminals in the video conference system. In this way, each video network terminal can display the target track indicated by the track information on the local touch screen.
