本发明公开了一种具有多种无线通信方式的风电场电能质量监测装置,所述风电场电能质量监测装置包括10个模块:ARM处理器主控模块、电源模块、采集模块、信号处理模块、数模转换模块、4G无线通信模块、数据存储模块、人机交互模块、GPS对时模块和声光报警模块。本发明解决了目前风电机组电能质量监测难以监测到的缺点,降低了电能质量数据上传的难度,后期加装改造监测装置不需要工程施工铺设通信光纤或网线,给风电场的电能质量监测提供了更加有效的监控手段。

技术领域
本发明涉及风电电站和光伏电站中的监测装置,具体涉及监测装置中的电能质量监测装置。
背景技术
一个风电电站中具有多台风电机组,风电机组发的电通过箱式变压器升压到10KV或35KV,然后通过埋地电缆或架空线汇流到升压站,升压站再将电压升压到110KV或220KV并入电网。一个光伏电厂有多组光伏板,先将直流逆变成交流再通过升压,并入到电网。风电和光电能够顺利并入一个国家或地区电网,主要取决于电力装置对供电波动反应的能力。因为风和光的随机性,在运行时对无功的需要和无功只能就地平衡等原因导致电网电压造成一定的影响;风电机组和光伏板在连续运行或者是在进行切换操作的过程中可能引起的电压波动和闪变问题;因为采用了大功率的电力电子装置,在运行的过程中还将产生更高次的谐波并注入电网。
风力发电和光伏发电如果要并网,那么电能质量必须达标,所以要实时监测其电能质量情况。目前风电场使用的电能质量监测装置主要放置在升压站,可以测试频率偏差、电压偏差、电流电压三相不平衡等电能质量参数,并将监测到的电能质量数据通过网线传输到控制室的电脑上位机上,让值班人员可以去查看风电厂和光伏电厂的电能质量情况。但是由于只在升压站监测,所以只能监测升压站总的电能质量情况,对于每个风电机组和光伏逆变器的电能质量并没有监测到,所以如果发生电能质量事件,并不能做到有效的排查出是哪一台或几台风电机组和光伏逆变器运行不正常所导致的。所以有必要研制一套有效的具有多种无线通信方式的风电光伏电能质量监测装置,将整个风电场和光伏电厂的所有风电机组、逆变器、升压站一起监测起来。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有多种无线通信方式的风电场电能质量监测装置,解决了目前风电机组电能质量监测难以监测到的缺点,降低了电能质量数据上传的难度,后期加装改造监测装置不需要工程施工铺设通信光纤或网线,给风电场的电能质量监测提供了更加有效的监控手段。
本发明提供的技术方案是,一种具有多种无线通信方式的风电场电能质量监测装置,其特征是所述风电场电能质量监测装置包括10个模块:ARM处理器主控模块、电源模块、采集模块、信号处理模块、数模转换模块、4G无线通信模块、数据存储模块、人机交互模块、GPS对时模块和声光报警模块;
所述采集模块采集来自风力发电机箱变、光伏逆变器、升压站母线的三相电压、电流模拟信号;
所述信号处理模块对采集模块采集到的三相电压、电流模拟信号进行放大缩小;
所述数模转换模块将信号处理模块传输过来的三相电压、电流模拟信号转换成数字信号,并将转换后的数字信号传输给ARM处理器主控模块进行分析计算,判断电能质量是否达标,如果达标则通过公网利用4G无线通信模块将数据上传到后台;
所述ARM处理器主控模块监测到电能质量事件时,启动声光报警模块发出声光报警,便于巡检人员及时发现排查问题;
所述电源模块给其他模块提供电能;
所述数据存储模块存储电能质量数据和电能质量事件;

将所述风电场电能质量监测装置加装在每台风力发电机箱变和光伏逆变器上,在距离近的风力发电机或分布式光伏发电厂,直接通过LoRa模块把电能质量数据传输到LoRa网关并集合到电脑的上位机软件;在距离远的风力发电机或分布式光伏发电厂,增加一个LoRa中继器以扩大数据传输距离,然后通过LoRa模块把电能质量数据传输到LoRa网关并集合到电脑的上位机软件,实现统一监控管理每台风力发电机箱变和光伏逆变器运作的详细电能质量数据。
本发明具有以下优点:
1.每个风电机组和光伏逆变器和升压站的电能质量数据都能监测到,且数据管理简单方便;
2.每个风电机组和光伏逆变器的电能质量数据都可以通过无线方式上传到后台,可以不需要网线或者光纤才能传输数据;
3.可以减少装置安装时的施工量,不需要铺设通信线缆,降低了成本;
4.可以通过4G网络,通过公网将数据上传;也可以用Lora无线通信的方式将数据上传,不需要将数据通过公网上传,这样保证了数据安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种具有多种无线通信方式的风电场电能质量监测装置,包括10个模块:ARM处理器主控模块、电源模块、采集模块、信号处理模块、数模转换模块、4G无线通信模块、数据存储模块、人机交互模块、GPS对时模块和声光报警模块。
ARM处理主控模块:整个设备的核心控制模块,能够与其他模块进行交互;
电源模块:给其他模块提供电能;
采集模块:对来自自风力发电机箱变、光伏逆变器、升压站母线电压电流信号进行采集的模块;
信号处理模块:对电压电流信号进行放大缩小;
数模转换模块:可以将信号处理模块传输过来的模拟信号转换成数字信号,并将转换后的数字信号传输给ARM处理器主控模块进行计算计算出频率、电压、电流等常规数据,通过对电压电流波形进行FFT分析计算得到谐波等数据,再通过与国标或者行标规定值进行对比从而判断电能质量是否达标;
4G无线通信模块:使用4G无线标准进行数据通信,当设备可以通过公网将数据上传到后台时,装置可以直接通过4G通信将数据上传到后台;
数据存储模块:存储采集到的电能质量数据和电能质量事件等;
人机交互模块:主要由按键和液晶屏组成,按键用于输入参数和设置功能;液晶屏主要用来显示数据等;
GPS对时模块:使用该模块与GPS、北斗卫星对时,保证了时间误差很小;
声光报警模块:监测到电能质量事件时会发出声光报警,便于巡检人员及时发现排查问题。
如图2所示,在现有的风力发电机箱变、光伏逆变器、升压站母线上加装本实施例一种具有多种无线通信方式的风电场电能质量监测装置,对整个风力发电厂和光伏发电厂的风力发电机和光伏逆变器电能质量进行监测控制。
每台风力发电机箱变和光伏逆变器都距离较远,通过LoRa无线通信模块进行数据传输,其优势在于可以实现较远距离通信且不用通过公网,保证了数据安全。若在距离更远的风力发电机或分布式光伏发电厂,可以增加一个LoRa中继器以扩大数据传输距离,为此可以减少大量布置通信电缆的材料成本和施工成本。
每台风力发电机箱变和光伏逆变器的监测装置都可以通过LoRa模块把电能质量数据传输到LoRa网关并集合到电脑的上位机软件,实现统一监控管理每台风力发电机和光伏逆变器运作的详细电能质量数据。

Claims (1)

1.一种具有多种无线通信方式的风电场电能质量监测装置,其特征是所述风电场电能质量监测装置包括10个模块:ARM处理器主控模块、电源模块、采集模块、信号处理模块、数模转换模块、4G无线通信模块、数据存储模块、人机交互模块、GPS对时模块和声光报警模块;
所述采集模块采集来自风力发电机箱变、光伏逆变器、升压站母线的三相电压、电流模拟信号;
所述信号处理模块对采集模块采集到的三相电压、电流模拟信号进行放大缩小;
所述数模转换模块将信号处理模块传输过来的三相电压、电流模拟信号转换成数字信号,并将转换后的数字信号传输给ARM处理器主控模块进行分析计算,判断电能质量是否达标,如果达标则通过公网利用4G无线通信模块将数据上传到后台;
所述ARM处理器主控模块监测到电能质量事件时,启动声光报警模块发出声光报警,便于巡检人员及时发现排查问题;
所述电源模块给其他模块提供电能;
所述数据存储模块存储电能质量数据和电能质量事件;
所述人机交互模块包括按键和液晶屏,按键用于输入参数和设置功能,液晶屏用来显示数据;
所述风电场电能质量监测装置使用GPS对时模块与GPS、北斗卫星对时;
将所述风电场电能质量监测装置加装在每台风力发电机箱变和光伏逆变器上,在距离近的风力发电机或分布式光伏发电厂,直接通过LoRa模块把电能质量数据传输到LoRa网关并集合到电脑的上位机软件;
在距离远的风力发电机或分布式光伏发电厂,增加一个LoRa中继器以扩大数据传输距离,然后通过LoRa模块把电能质量数据传输到LoRa网关并集合到电脑的上位机软件,实现统一监控管理每台风力发电机箱变和光伏逆变器运作的详细电能质量数据。
