The traditional cover plate structure pole adopts a copper-aluminum friction welding technology, the fixed cover plate and the pole are molded in the PPS material mold, the risk that the copper-aluminum joint surface of the pole is broken and the pole and the cover plate fall off exists, and the safety in the use process of the new energy battery is reduced.

Furthermore, a plurality of studs are uniformly distributed on the second lower boss along the circumferential direction and are correspondingly embedded with the embedding holes formed in the second groove.
Furthermore, a raised mark is arranged at the top of the second upper boss and used for marking the anode or the cathode.
Further, the bottom edge of the second lower boss is chamfered, and the bottom chamfered inner corner inside the second groove is matched with the second lower boss.
Furthermore, the edge of the first through hole is provided with a convex ring, and the middle part of the sealing element is provided with a notch which is clamped with the convex ring.
Furthermore, the outer diameter of the first lower boss is smaller than that of the first through hole, and the bottom end of the first lower boss does not exceed the first through hole; the top of the first upper boss exceeds the top of the plastic fixing piece.
