Detailed Description
The doctor-patient relationship maintenance method, system, readable storage medium and computer program product according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the following detailed description. The advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are all used in a non-precise scale for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly aiding in the description of the embodiments of the present invention. To make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, reference is made to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the structures, ratios, sizes, and the like shown in the drawings and described in the specification are only used for matching with the disclosure of the specification, so as to be understood and read by those skilled in the art, and are not used to limit the implementation conditions of the present invention, so that the present invention has no technical significance, and any structural modification, ratio relationship change or size adjustment should still fall within the scope of the present invention without affecting the efficacy and the achievable purpose of the present invention.
It should be noted that the doctor-patient relationship maintenance method provided by the invention is applied to a medical service platform, the platform can be popularized to users in the forms of application programs, public numbers and applets, and the users of the platform can be classified into types of patients, doctors and the like, so that the platform can comprise a patient terminal facing a patient, a doctor terminal facing a doctor and a background facing platform managers.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 schematically shows a flow chart of a doctor-patient relationship maintenance method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the doctor-patient relationship maintenance method includes the following steps:
s1, receiving operation information, wherein the operation information comprises operation time, patient information, hospital information and doctor information;
s2, judging whether a patient and/or a doctor matched with the operation information exists or not; if so, go to S3;
and S3, establishing an association relationship between the operation information and at least two of the matched patients and/or doctors.
After the medical service platform receives a piece of operation information, the medical service platform can match the patient and/or doctor corresponding to the operation according to the operation time, the patient information, the hospital information and the doctor information contained in the operation information, and if the matched patient and doctor exist at the same time, the association relationship between the patient and the doctor can be established through the operation information.
If only matched patients exist, the incidence relation between the operation information and the matched patients is established, if only matched doctors exist, the incidence relation between the operation information and the matched doctors is established, and thus, when the matched doctors or patients are detected to exist subsequently, the incidence relation between doctors and patients can be further established.
Therefore, the medical service platform can be used for associating the patient with the doctor who performs the operation for the patient through the operation information, so that the matching degree between the patient and the doctor is improved, the patient and the doctor can more pertinently and effectively communicate the operation and the postoperative rehabilitation items in time through the medical service platform, the problems of difficult follow-up visit of the postoperative doctor and inconvenient medical examination of the patient are avoided, and a good doctor-patient relationship can be established.
In one implementation, please refer to fig. 2, which illustrates an embodiment of a doctor-patient relationship maintenance method, specifically including:
s1a, receiving the operation information input through the background of the medical service platform;
s2a, judging whether a patient and a doctor matched with the operation information exist at the same time; if yes, go to step S3 a;
s3a, establishing the association relationship between the doctor and the patient.
That is, the operation information may be input by the backend personnel of the medical service platform, including information of operation time, operation hospital, operation patient, and the like. If the operation is the operation of implanting medical instruments, the information such as the operation name and the name of the implanted medical instruments can be filled in. After receiving the operation information input by the background, the medical service platform can judge whether patients and doctors matched with the operation information exist.
When the patient registers on the medical service platform, the patient fills in own identity information (such as an identity card number, a mobile phone number and the like), so that the medical service platform can search and find whether a matched patient exists according to related information in the operation information filled in the background, for example, search and find whether a corresponding patient exists according to the identity card number, the mobile phone number and the like of the patient, and if so, the patient who receives the operation exists on the medical service platform. Similarly, when a doctor registers on the medical service platform, the doctor fills in information such as the hospital and the name of the doctor, so that the medical service platform can search and find whether a matched doctor exists according to related information in the operation information filled in the background, for example, search and find whether an operation hospital and an operation doctor included in the operation information exist, and if so, the medical service platform indicates that a doctor for performing the operation exists on the medical service platform. Thereby, an association of the patient with the doctor may be established.
If the medical service platform only searches a matched party, namely only searches a matched patient or only searches a matched doctor, the incidence relation between the operation information and the patient or the doctor is established first, and after the other party is registered, the incidence relation between the operation information and the other party is established, so that the incidence relation between the patient and the doctor is established.
And if the matched patient and doctor are not searched, storing the operation information, and establishing the association relationship between the patient and the doctor after the doctor and the patient pointed in the operation information to be detected are registered in the medical service platform.
The embodiment inputs the operation information through the background of the medical service platform, and then matches the operation information with the patient and the doctor in the system, so that the incidence relation between the patient and the doctor in the operation can be established according to the operation information, and convenience is provided for the establishment of the doctor-patient relation.
In this embodiment, the background staff may be a sales staff of the implanted medical device. The implanted medical devices include, for example, pacemakers, artificial blood vessels, artificial joints, etc., and in order to track and trace the implanted medical devices and ensure the safety of patients, it is necessary to register the flow direction of each sold set of devices, including information of hospitals, doctors, and corresponding patients. Therefore, the medical instrument salesman can actively maintain the relationship between the doctor and the patient in the operation according to the use condition of the medical instrument in the operation, thereby being convenient for establishing a communication and contact way for the patient and the doctor. Moreover, the implanted medical instruments can also establish corresponding incidence relation with patients and doctors, so that a set of complete link tracking can be formed for all the implanted medical instruments.
In another implementation, please refer to fig. 3, which shows another implementation of the doctor-patient relationship maintenance method, and the implementation specifically includes:
s1b, receiving the operation information input by the doctor terminal;
s2b, judging whether a patient matched with the operation information exists or not; if yes, go to step S3 b;
s3b, establishing the association relationship between the doctor and the patient.
That is, after the doctor registers and logs in the medical service platform, the medical service platform can guide the doctor to fill in the operation information of the doctor, including the operation time, the operation hospital, the operation patient and other information. If the operation is the operation of implanting medical instruments, the information such as the operation name and the name of the implanted medical instruments can be filled in. After receiving the operation information input by the doctor, the medical service platform can judge whether a patient matched with the operation information exists. When a patient registers on the medical service platform, the patient fills in own identity information (such as an identity card number, a mobile phone number and the like), so that the medical service platform can search and find whether a matched patient exists according to related information in the operation information filled by a doctor, for example, search and find whether a corresponding patient exists according to the identity card number, the mobile phone number and the like of the patient, if so, the patient who receives the operation of the doctor exists on the medical service platform, and therefore, the incidence relation between the doctor and the patient is established.
And if not, storing the operation information input by the doctor, and establishing the association relationship between the doctor and the patient after the patient pointed in the operation information is detected to be registered on the medical service platform.
In practical application, a doctor may firstly input information (such as an identification number, a mobile phone number, and the like) of a patient to be operated, at this time, the medical service platform may search and search according to the patient information input by the doctor, and if a matched patient is found, the medical service platform directly fills operation information in the matched patient, so that an association relationship between the doctor and the matched patient may be established. If the matched patient is not found, a new case ID is added, the operation information is filled in the case ID and the case ID is stored, and if the matched patient is detected subsequently, the matched patient is associated with the case ID, so that the patient and the doctor establish a management relationship.
In this embodiment, the doctor can enter the operation information of patient through the doctor terminal in advance, and then the patient passes through the two-dimensional code that the patient end scanned the doctor terminal, can establish with doctor's incidence relation, so be convenient for the doctor to carry out comprehensive management to the patient of oneself.
In another implementation, please refer to fig. 4, which shows another implementation of the doctor-patient relationship maintenance method, specifically including:
s1c, receiving the operation information input by the patient terminal;
s2c, judging whether a doctor matched with the operation information exists or not; if so, go to S3 c;
s3c, establishing the association relationship between the patient and the doctor.
That is, after the patient registers in the medical service platform, the medical service platform may direct the patient to fill in his/her own surgical information, including information about the surgical time, the surgical hospital, the surgeon, and the like. If the operation is the operation of implanting medical instruments, the information such as the operation name and the name of the implanted medical instruments can be filled in. After receiving the operation information input by the patient, the medical service platform can judge whether a doctor matched with the operation information exists. When a doctor registers on the medical service platform, the doctor fills in information such as a hospital and a doctor name, and therefore, the medical service platform can search and find whether matched doctors exist according to related information in operation information filled in by a patient, for example, whether a surgical hospital and a surgical doctor contained in the operation information exist is searched and found, and if yes, the doctor who performs an operation on the patient exists on the medical service platform, so that the incidence relation between the patient and the doctor is established.
And if not, storing the operation information input by the patient, and establishing the association relationship between the patient and the doctor after the doctor pointed in the operation information is detected to be registered on the medical service platform.
In this embodiment, the patient may be a patient who has undergone a medical instrument implantation surgery, and therefore the patient may register or log in the medical service platform by scanning an implantation card. The implanted card is an important link for contacting a patient, a medical institution, a supervision institution, a medical instrument manufacturer and other parties, can realize the tracking and tracing of the whole life cycle of the medical instrument and ensure the safety of the patient, is delivered to the patient along with the medical instrument, and can comprise the information of the implanted card, such as the name, the serial number, the batch number, the unique identifier (UDI), the model number of the instrument, the name, the address, the website and other identification information of the manufacturer. In other embodiments, the patient may also register or log in the medical service platform by scanning a two-dimensional code of a hospital or a doctor, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
After the incidence relation between a patient and a doctor is established through a piece of operation information, the doctor is directly connected with the patient, the doctor can pass through the doctor terminal is for the patient formulates the rehabilitation plan and forms postoperative rehabilitation information, and by the medical service platform directly pushes to the patient terminal of the patient has reduced the issue of the paper matter of patient's preoperative or postoperative notice. When the patient has problems and needs consultation, the doctor can be directly inquired through the patient terminal.
In addition, the medical service platform can also generate follow-up plan information for the doctor to carry out follow-up rehabilitation management on the patient, and the doctor can also add the patient into a personal patient library of the doctor so as to directly and effectively manage the patient.
Preferably, the medical service platform is established by taking an electronic medical record as a bottom-layer data structure, namely, the doctor terminal, the patient terminal and the background are all recorded by using a set of unified electronic medical record system. All user behaviors of doctors, patients and background maintenance electronic medical records are operated based on the same electronic medical record system, so that the integrity of the medical records can be ensured. In addition, the electronic medical record is used as a data structure of the bottom layer, and is very beneficial to the external extension of the docking function in the future.
Specifically, a case is recorded in the background of the medical service platform, so as to perform after-sale service on the implantation instrument, and increase the chance that a doctor and a patient select the implantation instrument again in the future; a doctor enters a case, so that subsequent rehabilitation service is pushed to the patient, and other operation conditions of the patient can be checked; the patient enters the case in order to ask his or her own primary physician to obtain rehabilitation services. For the users at each end, the users tend to actively input cases so as to obtain subsequent services, the users at each end can input cases to obtain the final purpose of the users, and finally, the collection of medical records forms an autonomous positive cycle. When the data reaches a certain degree, a patient who has moved to perform an operation in a hospital can see the main doctor and the operation which has been performed by the patient in the past in the medical service platform. All the implantation instruments also have a complete link tracking, and the medical service platform can also acquire the diseased condition of the patient after the implantation instruments.
In summary, the doctor-patient relationship maintenance method provided by the embodiment of the invention can directly establish an association relationship with the operating doctor for the patient, and can establish a contact with each operating doctor if the patient performs multiple operations, so that the patient can directly communicate with the doctor for the doctor according to the condition of the patient.
For easy understanding, the technical solutions of the doctor-patient relationship maintenance method provided by the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 5 to 9.
Referring to fig. 5, a logic diagram of a medical service platform is schematically shown, in which a patient side, a doctor side, a promotion side (i.e. a terminal facing to instrument sale) and a PC management background are included, and a public number facing to a patient is further provided, and the patient can pay attention to the public number and log in the medical service platform through the public number. The patient side, the doctor side, the promotion side and the PC management background can collect cases to input case information of a patient, the medical service platform takes an electronic medical record as a bottom-layer data structure, the patient side, the doctor side, the promotion side and the PC management background can input the case information in the form of the electronic medical record, and the right side of the figure 5 schematically shows some data types contained in the electronic medical record.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a patient with an implanted card entering a small program at a patient end to fill in a patient case, a medical service platform guides a user to fill in patient information after scanning a card number of the implanted card, judges whether the implanted card is bound with the patient, guides the user to enter a small program at a client end to match with the patient information if the implanted card is bound, creates a new patient case if the patient information does not match with the patient information, and inputs the patient information if the patient information matches with the patient information, so that the patient can complete case input at the patient end. When patient information is automatically matched, the mobile phone numbers of the cases are matched through the mobile phone numbers of the patients related to the implanted cards, and when a plurality of cases exist in the same mobile phone number, the latest case data is taken for matching.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a flow of a common user entering a small procedure at a patient end to fill in a patient case, the user accesses the small procedure in a code scanning manner, if the user is a new user, the medical service platform guides the user to add new patient information and matches the new patient information with existing patient information in the system, if the system does not have the matched patient information, the user adds a new case, otherwise, whether newly entered operation information is present (whether the operation information exists is judged according to an operation name and operation time), if the operation information exists, the newly entered operation information and the existing operation information are combined into the same operation information, if the operation information does not exist, the patient is added with one operation information, and finally, the operation information enters a small procedure page at the patient end. After entering a small program page of a patient end, homepage information of the hospital/department/doctor scanned with the code for the last time is displayed above the page, then the latest operation rehabilitation plan information is displayed, and other operation rehabilitation plan information is arranged according to the ascending order of the difference value of the operation time and the current time. If the code-scanning user is a registered old user, the medical service platform guides the user to enter a small program page of the patient end, the user can add new patient cases in the small program page of the patient end, and information of a plurality of patients can be maintained under one user account, so that the user can add new cases to the existing patient and also can add new cases to the patient and then fill in the new cases of the added patient. The user needs to input the mobile phone number and the identity card number of the patient when a new case is added, so when the patient information is matched, if the input patient information is compared with a certain piece of patient information in the database, if the mobile phone number and the identity card number are the same, the input patient information is represented as the existing case, and if the mobile phone number is the same and the identity card number is different, or the identity card number is the same and the mobile phone number is different, the input patient information is newly built as the new case and is marked correspondingly.
Fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of a doctor or a new patient case for sale, the doctor or the new patient case for sale inputs patient information, the medical service platform matches the patient information according to the patient information, if no matched patient information exists, the patient case ID is newly created, and if matched patient information exists, the patient case ID is entered. The patient information can include a mobile phone number and an identification number, if the input patient information is compared with a certain piece of patient information in the database, if the mobile phone number and the identification number are the same, the input patient information is the existing case, if the mobile phone number and the identification number are the same, the identification number is different, or the identification number is the same and the mobile phone number is different, the input patient information is newly built into a new case and correspondingly marked.
Fig. 9 is a schematic flow chart of PC management background for a newly added case, where patient information (a mobile phone number and an identification number) is input, the medical service platform matches the patient information according to the patient information, if there is no matched patient information, the medical service platform creates a new patient case ID, if there is matched patient information in the database, the medical service platform prompts an existing account, name, and age, and then background personnel further confirm whether the patient information in the database is indeed the input patient information, if yes, the patient case is entered, otherwise, the medical service platform creates the new patient case ID.
