Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health management, in particular to a sports health management method.
Background
Statistically, the population of China who meets the health definition of the world health organization accounts for only 15% of the population, while 15% of people are in a disease state and the remaining 70% are in a sub-health state. Scientific studies have shown that lack of exercise is one of the main causes of sub-health of the body, and active physical activity and scientific exercise are effective strategies to reduce the cost of chronic non-infectious diseases, playing an important role in preventing, delaying, reversing and treating chronic diseases.
Physical inactivity and sitting and moving are common life styles at present, and people in all fields pay attention to health problems caused by the physical inactivity.
Under the environment of advocating sports fitness, the exercise is not negligible, the exercise lacks guidance and planning, certain exercise risks are often caused by blindly performing the exercise and adopting wrong exercise modes, and certain exercise risks are also caused by performing high-intensity exercise on part of people (such as heart disease people) who are not suitable for exercise. In the situation that improper sports category and improper sports amount may have certain negative impact on human body, how to do scientific and effective sports becomes a very important issue.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sports health management method and a sports health management system.
In a first aspect, an exercise health management method includes the steps of: s1: collecting user data; s2: processing the collected user data, and performing pre-exercise health screening, pre-exercise evaluation and health related fitness evaluation; s3: forming index information according to the pre-exercise health screening result, the pre-exercise evaluation result and the health related fitness evaluation result, and transmitting the index information to an exercise health management platform; s4: the exercise health management platform takes the index information as reference and pushes an exercise prescription to the user in a targeted manner; s5: periodically monitoring the effect of the exercise prescription, and feeding monitoring information back to the exercise health management platform; s6: the exercise health management platform updates the index information and repeats the step S4. Therefore, before the user exercises, the user data are collected and analyzed, a targeted exercise suggestion is provided, the exercise can be adjusted according to the actual exercise condition, the exercise recommendation more suitable for the self condition can be obtained by the user, and the health is facilitated.
With reference to the first aspect, in a first possible embodiment of the first aspect, in step S4, according to the evaluation result, before some users push the exercise prescription, an exercise test is performed, and then the exercise prescription is pushed specifically according to the exercise test result. In this embodiment, some users, such as new users, users who do not exercise for a long time, users whose body state changes significantly, or users who lack knowledge of their own body, often cannot obtain some information in the initial information collection process, and at this time, exercise testing is performed first to obtain user data, which may be more beneficial to recommending scientific exercise prescriptions.
With reference to the first aspect, in a second possible embodiment of the first aspect, the performing information feedback according to the monitoring result specifically includes tracking a motion situation of the user and providing a personalized motion course. In the embodiment, the movement condition of the user is monitored, and the movement of the user can be adjusted in time.
In a third possible embodiment of the first aspect in combination with the first aspect, the pre-exercise health screening is evaluated based on the current exercise level of the individual, the certainty of cardiovascular or metabolic diseases or renal diseases and whether the individual possesses symptoms or signs of these diseases, the expected exercise intensity. In the embodiment, three aspects of the pre-exercise health screening comprehensive evaluation of important risk factors of cardiovascular events related to exercise can screen users who are likely to have cardiovascular events in time, so that the risk of exercise is reduced.
With reference to the third embodiment of the first aspect, in a fourth possible embodiment of the first aspect, the pre-exercise assessment is based on medical history information, cardiovascular disease risk factor information, self-assessment information. In this embodiment, pre-exercise health screening and pre-exercise assessment are combined to screen most of the population that is temporarily not suitable for exercise, and the collected medical history information provides a basis for exercise prescriptions.
With reference to the first aspect, in a fifth possible embodiment of the first aspect, the health-related fitness evaluation is evaluated according to the index measurement information and the body composition information in a resting state. In this embodiment, data such as measurement information of the individual indexes and body composition information in a quiet state can be compared as indexes before and after the middle period of exercise training, and the feedback system adjusts the training plan.
With reference to the fifth embodiment of the first aspect, in a sixth possible embodiment of the first aspect, the measurement information of each index and the body composition information in a quiet state are obtained by measuring through the internet of things technology. In the embodiment, the information can be timely and accurately acquired through the internet of things technology, and recording loss of a user due to forgetting recording and the like is prevented.
With reference to the first embodiment of the first aspect, in a seventh possible embodiment of the first aspect, the exercise test comprises a lung endurance test, a muscle endurance test, a pliability test. In this embodiment, through the exercise test, different levels of fitness of the user can be obtained, and basis is provided for exercise training content.
With reference to the first aspect, in an eighth possible embodiment of the first aspect, the exercise prescription includes an exercise intensity plan, and the exercise intensity plan is generated according to the acquired user information. In the embodiment, the exercise intensity is planned through the user information, and an exercise intensity reference is provided for solving a plurality of adverse factors generated by living modes of sedentary, little movement and insufficient physical activity.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an exercise health management method.
Detailed Description
Specific embodiments will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flow chart of an exercise health management method.
The exercise health management method shown in fig. 1 includes the steps of:
s1: collecting user data;
s2: processing the collected user data, and performing pre-exercise health screening, pre-exercise evaluation and health related fitness evaluation;
s3: forming index information according to the pre-exercise health screening result, the pre-exercise evaluation result and the health related fitness evaluation result, and transmitting the index information to an exercise health management platform; pre-exercise health screening is evaluated based on the current exercise level of the individual, the certainty of cardiovascular or metabolic disease or renal disease and whether the individual possesses symptoms or signs of the disease, the expected exercise intensity; the assessment before exercise is carried out according to the medical history information, the cardiovascular disease risk factor information and the self-evaluation information; the health related fitness evaluation is carried out according to the measurement information of each index and the body composition information in a quiet state; and measuring the measurement information of each index and the body composition information in a quiet state by using the Internet of things technology.
S4: the exercise health management platform takes the index information as reference and pushes an exercise prescription to the user in a targeted manner; according to the evaluation result, part of users need to perform exercise test before pushing the exercise prescription, and then push the exercise prescription in a targeted manner according to the exercise test result; exercise tests include the pulmonary endurance test, the muscular endurance test, the flexibility test. The exercise prescription includes an exercise intensity plan, which is generated based on the collected user information.
S5: periodically monitoring the effect of the exercise prescription, and feeding monitoring information back to the exercise health management platform; the information feedback according to the monitoring result specifically means tracking the motion condition of the user and providing a personalized motion course.
S6: the exercise health management platform updates the index information and repeats the step S4.
In the embodiment, the pre-exercise health screening result, the pre-exercise evaluation result and the health related fitness evaluation are all designed according to medical foundation and clinical experience, have certain scientificity, and have more systematicness and scientificity compared with the past simple individual experience control. Meanwhile, the exercise health management method has personalized exercise feedback intervention at the later stage, and can adjust the exercise according to the exercise condition of the user.
