The other mode is as follows: the platform end is in butt joint with a delivery party, specifically, a second medicine receiving verification code and a medicine taking verification code are generated, the second medicine receiving verification code is sent to a target user client, a delivery order carrying the second medicine receiving verification code, the medicine taking verification code and express delivery address information is sent to the delivery party terminal, and a medicine purchasing order carrying the medicine taking verification code and a prescription medicine is sent to a target pharmacy terminal. Medicine delivery is achieved between the delivery party and the target pharmacy through the medicine taking verification code, and after the delivery party delivers the medicine to the express delivery address, medicine delivery is achieved between the delivery party and the target user through the second medicine receiving verification code. In this embodiment of the application, optionally, when the medicine purchasing mode is the express medicine delivery mode, the medicine purchasing data further includes a target user medical insurance certificate, and the medicine purchasing order further includes the target user medical insurance certificate; and after receiving the medicine purchasing order, the target pharmacy terminal verifies the medical insurance certificate of the target user, and after the verification is passed, performs medical insurance settlement on the medicine purchasing order.
In the embodiment, in the express medicine delivery mode, the platform can provide a medical insurance payment function, in a specific application scenario, a user can bind a medical insurance card, register an electronic medical insurance certificate and the like on the platform, for medicines supporting medical insurance payment, the user can select medical insurance payment in the client side, when the platform side sends a medicine purchase order to the target pharmacy terminal, the target user medical insurance certificate is sent together, and the target pharmacy terminal can verify the medical insurance certificate of the target user through a payment channel between the target pharmacy terminal and the medical insurance system and realize medical insurance card payment. Step 102 further comprises determining whether the prescription drug supports the medical insurance payment, and sending information on whether the medical insurance payment is supported to the target user client together with the candidate pharmacy and the drug price, wherein if the electronic prescription comprises a plurality of drugs, it is verified whether each drug supports the medical insurance payment.
In addition, in the embodiments of the present application, in addition to the above-described medicine purchasing method for specifying a target pharmacy online, a medicine purchasing method for not specifying a target pharmacy online and a medicine purchasing method for going to a pharmacy offline are provided. Optionally, the medicine purchasing request comprises a first medicine purchasing appointment request, a second medicine purchasing appointment request or a direct medicine purchasing request; the first purchase appointment request comprises the target user and the electronic prescription data; the second medicine purchasing appointment request comprises the target user, the electronic prescription data and an express medicine delivery mode; the direct drug purchase request includes the target user and the electronic prescription data.
The target user realizes the medicine purchasing mode of the on-line appointed target pharmacy by sending the first medicine purchasing appointment request, and the platform side executes the step 102 after receiving the first medicine purchasing appointment request.
Optionally, the method further comprises: step 104, if the medicine purchasing request is the second medicine purchasing reservation request, determining candidate drug stores capable of providing the prescription medicines, screening the target drug stores in the candidate drug stores according to the distance between each candidate drug store and the express address of the target user, the score of each candidate drug store, the price of the prescription medicines corresponding to each candidate drug store and the historical medicine purchasing information of the target user, generating medicine purchasing orders and sending the medicine purchasing orders to a target drug store terminal, wherein the medicine purchasing orders comprise the prescription medicines and the express address information of the target user.
In the above embodiment, the express delivery mode may also support that a target pharmacy is not selected, and the target pharmacy is directly allocated by the platform, in the target patient client, the medicine taking method of the express delivery mode may be selected first, after the selection, the client outputs pharmacy selection information to ask whether the patient selects the target pharmacy, if the target user confirms that the target pharmacy is to be selected, a candidate pharmacy list is displayed for the user to select, and after the target pharmacy is selected, a first medicine purchasing reservation request is generated, and the process proceeds to step 102; if the target user confirms that the target pharmacy is not selected, step 104 is entered. After receiving the second medicine ordering appointment request, the platform screens candidate drugstores which can provide prescription medicines and meet the delivery range requirement according to prescription medicines corresponding to the electronic prescription data and express address information of a target user, further selects a drugstore which is closest in distance, optimal in price or best in evaluation as the target drugstore, or can match the prescription medicines and the target drugstore for the target user based on the selection condition of the prescription medicines in historical big data when the prescription medicines are a class of medicines (such as hypnotic medicines) and do not limit specific manufacturers, names and the like of the medicines, generates a payment order and sends the payment order to a client of the target user, after the user confirms payment, the electronic prescription data of the target user is sent to the target drugstore, the target drugstore terminal generates a delivery order of the prescription medicines according to the electronic prescription data, and the delivery order can be directly sent to a platform contractor terminal, or the order can be sent to the platform end and distributed to the distributor by the platform end, and the distribution order can be transmitted back to the target user client by the platform end. The platform is combined with the patient condition to distribute drugstores and medicines for the patients, the operation is simpler, the operation cost is low, and the platform is more friendly to patients who are not experienced in using mobile phones.
Optionally, the method further comprises: step 105, if the medicine purchasing request is the direct-fetching medicine purchasing request, generating a direct-fetching verification certificate corresponding to the direct-fetching medicine purchasing request, and sending the direct-fetching verification certificate to a target user client so as to identify the direct-fetching verification certificate through a terminal of a drugstore; after the direct-taking verification certificate sent by the terminal of the pharmacy to store is verified, the prescription medicine is sent to the terminal of the pharmacy to store for delivery of the prescription medicine between the pharmacy to store and the target user.
In the above embodiment, a mode of directly going to a store for transaction without selecting a target pharmacy may be supported, in the target patient client, a self-service medicine taking method may be selected, after the selection, the client outputs pharmacy selection information to ask whether the patient selects the target pharmacy, if the target patient confirms that the target pharmacy is to be selected, a candidate pharmacy list is displayed for the patient to select, and the process proceeds to step 102 after the target pharmacy is selected; if the target patient confirms that the target pharmacy is not selected, then step 105 is entered. After receiving a direct-taking medicine purchasing request sent by a target user terminal, a platform generates a direct-taking verification certificate and sends the direct-taking verification certificate to a target user client, after a user arrives at a store, the certificate is displayed, a pharmacy terminal can identify the certificate and forwards the direct-taking verification certificate to a platform side, and after the platform side verifies that the certificate is correct, prescription medicines corresponding to the target user are sent to the target pharmacy terminal, so that medicine delivery is achieved between the target pharmacy and the target user. The mode is simple to operate, low in operation cost and friendly to patients who are not skilled in using mobile phones.
In this embodiment of the application, optionally, the first medicine purchasing appointment request and/or the second medicine purchasing appointment request originate from the target user client or a hospital terminal; when the first medicine purchasing appointment request and/or the second medicine purchasing appointment request are/is originated from the hospital terminal, the first medicine purchasing appointment request and/or the second medicine purchasing appointment request further comprise target user authorization information; after receiving the purchase request, the method further comprises: and verifying the target user authorization information.
In the above embodiment, the electronic prescription data received by the platform terminal may be sent by the hospital terminal under the consent of the target user, or may be sent by the target user actively. Aiming at special group patients such as the old, the hospital side can send the data of the electronic department and the delivery address of the patient under the conditions of patient service, signature authentication and video authentication, and the platform side directly distributes the data and the delivery address to the door after verifying the signature authentication information and the video authentication information of the patient. In addition, the platform side also provides a paper prescription identification function, a user shoots and uploads a paper prescription, and the platform side can verify the effectiveness of the paper prescription, identify the content in the paper prescription and convert the paper prescription into an electronic prescription.
Optionally, the platform end is provided with an auditing function of a medical pharmacist at the dispensing end, received electronic prescription data is audited, advance supervision is achieved, a pharmacy is helped to control the reasonability of the prescription, besides, all prescriptions are opened according to requirements of a medical insurance department and health care committee, prescription information uploading interfaces are opened, and the supervision ends are uploaded regularly.

Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the implementation scenarios of the present application.

Through the description of the above embodiment, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the present application can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and also can determine a candidate pharmacy capable of providing a corresponding prescription drug according to electronic prescription data in a drug purchasing request after receiving the drug purchasing request through a hardware-implemented prescription sharing platform, and push the candidate pharmacy to a target user client, so that a target user can select a target pharmacy expected to purchase a drug, so that after receiving the drug purchasing data fed back by the target user client, the platform sends a drug purchasing order carrying a drug purchasing voucher and prescription drug information to a target pharmacy terminal, so that the target pharmacy can deliver the prescription drug after verifying the identity of a drug purchasing user according to the drug purchasing voucher. Compared with the mode that the medicine is purchased in a pharmacy by means of the paper prescription in the prior art, the on-line circulation of the data of the electronic prescription is realized, so that a user does not need to carry the paper prescription to purchase the medicine under the line, and great convenience is brought to the user to purchase the medicine.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the figures are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the blocks or flow diagrams in the figures are not necessarily required to practice the present application. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. receiving a purchase request, wherein the purchase request comprises a target user and electronic prescription data of the target user;
determining candidate drug stores which can provide prescription drugs in the electronic prescription data, and pushing candidate drug store information to a target user client so that the target user client orders drug data according to the target drug stores selected by the target user in the candidate drug stores;
and receiving the medicine purchasing data fed back by the target user client, and sending a medicine purchasing order to a target pharmacy terminal, wherein the medicine purchasing order comprises the prescription medicine and a medicine purchasing voucher, and the medicine purchasing voucher is used for representing the identity of the target user.

The method of claim 1, wherein the candidate pharmacy information further comprises a medicine purchasing mode supported by the candidate pharmacy, wherein the medicine purchasing mode comprises a to-store medicine purchasing mode and/or an express medicine delivery mode; the medicine purchasing data further comprises a target medicine purchasing mode selected by the target user; sending a medicine purchase order to the target pharmacy terminal specifically comprises:
when the medicine purchasing mode is the arrival store medicine purchasing mode, generating an arrival store verification certificate, and sending the arrival store verification certificate to the target user client, wherein the medicine purchasing certificate comprises the arrival store verification certificate;
