7. The medical record OCR-based system for selecting and matching medical record video diagnosis and treatment schemes according to claim 1, wherein: the invention also provides a using method, which comprises the following steps:
s1, scanning the paper case report table to generate a case report table image, and sending the case report table image;
s2, receiving the image of the case report table, performing image and character recognition processing on the image of the case report table to obtain a first electronic case report table, and outputting the first electronic case report table;
s3, receiving the case report table image identified in the step S1, carrying out image and character identification processing on the case report table image by using a different identification algorithm to obtain a second electronic case report table, and outputting the second electronic case report table;
s4, receiving the first electronic case report table and the second electronic case report table, and comparing and checking the first electronic case report table and the second electronic case report table; if the contents of the first electronic case report table and the second electronic case report table are consistent, outputting the first electronic case report table or the second electronic case report table as a first transient electronic case report table; otherwise, marking inconsistent contents in the first electronic case report table and the second electronic case report table and outputting the marked contents;
s5, receiving the marked first electronic case report table and the marked second electronic case report table, performing manual check and correction on the marked inconsistent contents in the first electronic case report table and the second electronic case report table, and outputting the manually checked and corrected first electronic case report table or the manually checked and corrected second electronic case report table as a transient electronic case report table;
and S6, acquiring the treatment direction information in the transient electronic case report table, matching the treatment direction information with the treatment videos in the database, and playing the treatment videos through the video playing terminal.
