Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of display devices, and provides a display module and a display device, wherein the display module comprises a flexible display panel, a support assembly and a bendable back plate; the bendable back plate comprises a first sub back plate and a second sub back plate, and the first sub back plate is rotatably connected with the second sub back plate through a rigid rotating shaft; the flexible display panel is provided with at least one section of bendable flexible bending part and is arranged on the bendable back plate; the supporting component comprises a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate and an elastic connecting portion, wherein the elastic connecting portion is arranged at the position of the flexible bending portion and is of a rigid structure, and the elastic connecting portion can elastically bend under the action of external force. The invention can realize the bending of the large-size display device and is beneficial to multi-angle split-screen display.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of display, and particularly relates to a display module and a display device.
Background
At present, the size of a household television, namely a flat panel television, is getting bigger, and for a flat panel television, split screen display can be actually realized. For example, in a family, members may be interested in different tv programs, and therefore, it is necessary to realize simultaneous playing of multiple tv programs through split-screen display. However, usually based on the sofa layout or the living room layout, the positions of the family members have corners, which results in that the members in more biased positions cannot watch the program well, and at the same time, the sound propagation is in the same direction, which results in a larger sound influence between different programs.
The foldable display module can solve the problem of the viewing angle, but the foldable display module is mostly used on the mobile terminal at present, so that the purpose of folding the mobile terminal is achieved. In the case of a large display device, the conventional folding scheme is not suitable for the large display device because of its large weight.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a display module and a display device, and aims to solve the technical problems.
The invention is realized in such a way that the display module comprises a flexible display panel, a support assembly and a bendable back plate;
the bendable back plate comprises a first sub back plate and a second sub back plate, and the first sub back plate is rotatably connected with the second sub back plate through a rigid rotating shaft;
the flexible display panel is provided with at least one section of bendable flexible bending part and is arranged on the bendable back plate;
the supporting component comprises a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate and an elastic connecting portion, wherein the elastic connecting portion is arranged at the position of the flexible bending portion and is of a rigid structure, and the elastic connecting portion can elastically bend under the action of external force.
Preferably, a flexible filling layer is further arranged between the bendable back plate and the support assembly.
Preferably, the flexible filling layer is a heat insulating material.
Preferably, side walls used for wrapping the edges of the flexible display panel are arranged at two ends of the bendable back panel, and a gap is formed between the inner wall surface of each side wall and the edge of the flexible display panel.
Preferably, the elastic connecting part is of a rubber material structure, and is integrally formed between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate through injection molding, and the width of the elastic connecting part is larger than that of the flexible bending part.

the display module comprises a flexible display panel, a support assembly and a bendable back plate;

the flexible display panel is provided with at least one section of bendable flexible bending part and is arranged on the bendable back plate;
the supporting component comprises a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate and an elastic connecting part arranged at a position corresponding to the flexible bending part, the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are rigid structures, and the elastic connecting part can be elastically bent under the action of external force;
the backshell subassembly includes first backshell, second backshell and central skeleton, first backshell with the second backshell is the plastic structure, central skeleton is rigid structure, first backshell, second backshell respectively through hinged joint in the both sides of central skeleton.
Preferably, the hinge is of a hinge structure, the first rear shell is connected with the central framework through a first hinge, the second rear shell is connected with the central framework through a second hinge, and the positions of the first hinge and the second hinge are staggered.
Preferably, dustproof baffles are respectively arranged at two ends of the central framework, and the side walls of the first rear shell and the second rear shell, which correspond to the dustproof baffles, are of oblique angle structures.
Preferably, the first rear shell and the second rear shell are provided with transverse reinforcing rib structures.
Preferably, the first rear shell is provided with a first support connecting part, the second rear shell is provided with a second support connecting part, and the first rear shell and the second rear shell can be respectively connected with independent support assemblies.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects: because the display module assembly backplate adopts the rigidity pivot as support and rotation, has higher structural strength, for the structure that current mobile terminal adopted like the cell-phone, this structure is more applicable to and has the display device of great size, like TV set, computer display etc.. Meanwhile, in one embodiment, the flexible filling layer is used for filling, so that a certain buffering effect is achieved, large impact between the display panel and the bendable back plate can be avoided, and the safety of the display module is further ensured. In one embodiment, the rear shell of the display device is also of a bendable structure, and the rigid central framework is hinged with the first rear shell and the second rear shell which are made of plastic, so that the bending and the strength of the rear shell are guaranteed. In one embodiment, the rear housing assembly and the bendable back plate are connected through a detachable connection structure, so that the rear housing is integrally fixed, and meanwhile, the integral structural strength is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, for the structure of the display module provided by the present invention, the display module can be bent at a certain angle, so as to achieve the purpose of watching different television programs from two angles, where the split-screen display belongs to a scheme that can be implemented by a person skilled in the art, and a repeated description is not repeated in this embodiment, and this embodiment describes the present invention in detail based on a scheme of implementing bending.
As shown in fig. 2, the display module 100 includes: a flexible display panel (a first display area 111 and a second display area 112), a support member 120, and a bendable back plate 130;
the bendable back plate comprises a first sub back plate 131 and a second sub back plate 132, wherein the first sub back plate 131 and the second sub back plate 132 are rotatably connected through a rigid rotating shaft 133;
the flexible display panel is provided with at least one section of bendable flexible bending part 113, and the flexible display panel is arranged on the bendable back plate 130;
the support assembly comprises a first support plate 121, a second support plate 122 and an elastic connecting part 123 corresponding to the position of the flexible bending part, the first support plate 121 and the second support plate 122 are rigid structures, and the elastic connecting part 123 can be elastically bent under the action of external force.
In this embodiment, a flexible filling layer 140 is further disposed between the bendable backplane 130 and the supporting component 120, and the flexible filling layer may be a thermal insulation material, and when the display panel is bent, the flexible filling layer has a certain buffering effect, so as to prevent the display panel and the bendable backplane 130 from generating a large impact, thereby ensuring the safety of the display module.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the bendable backplane 130 are provided with side walls 134 for wrapping the edges of the flexible display panel, a gap 135 is provided between the inner wall surface of the side walls 134 and the edges of the flexible display panel, and the gap 135 can provide a certain translation space when the display panel is bent, so that the phenomenon that the flexible bending portion bulges after the display panel is bent to be in a flat state is avoided.
In this embodiment, the elastic connection portion 123 is made of a rubber material and is integrally injection-molded with the first support plate 121 and the second support plate 122, wherein the width of the elastic connection portion is greater than the width of the flexible bending portion 113. The elastic connecting part 123 made of rubber materials has better filling performance and elastic supporting performance, and can better avoid gaps from being generated between the elastic connecting part and the flexible display panel during bending, so that good display performance can be kept.
As shown in fig. 3-5, based on the display module 100, the present invention further provides a display device 200, including: display module assembly and backshell subassembly.
Wherein, the display module 100 includes: a flexible display panel (a first display area 111 and a second display area 112), a support member 120, and a bendable back plate 130;
the bendable back plate comprises a first sub back plate 131 and a second sub back plate 132, wherein the first sub back plate 131 and the second sub back plate 132 are rotatably connected through a rigid rotating shaft 133;
the flexible display panel is provided with at least one section of bendable flexible bending part 113, and the flexible display panel is arranged on the bendable back plate 130;
the support assembly comprises a first support plate 121, a second support plate 122 and an elastic connecting part 123 arranged at a position corresponding to the flexible bending part, the first support plate 121 and the second support plate 122 are rigid structures, and the elastic connecting part 123 can be elastically bent under the action of external force;
the backshell subassembly includes first backshell 210, second backshell 220 and central skeleton 230, first backshell 210 with second backshell 220 is the plastic structure, central skeleton 230 is the rigid structure, first backshell 210, second backshell 220 respectively through hinged joint in the both sides of central skeleton 230.
In this embodiment, the hinge is a hinge structure, and the hinge structure is light and thin, has strong structural strength, and is suitable for connection of the housing. The first rear shell 210 is connected with the central framework 230 through a first hinge 231, the second rear shell 220 is connected with the central framework 230 through a second hinge 232, and the positions of the first hinge 231 and the second hinge 232 are staggered. The hinge hinges arranged in a staggered manner can avoid stress concentration at one point, and the structural reliability of the central framework 230 is improved.
In this embodiment, two ends of the central frame 230 are respectively provided with a dust-proof baffle 234, and the side walls of the first rear shell 210 and the second rear shell 220 corresponding to the dust-proof baffle 234 are of an oblique angle structure 235, so that the dust-proof baffle 234 can always cover the generated gap when bending.
In this embodiment, the first and second rear cases 210 and 220 are provided with a transverse rib structure 260, and the rib structure 260 is beneficial to improving the structural strength of the rear case assembly.
Further, the first rear case 210 is provided with a first support connecting portion 241, the second rear case 220 is provided with a second support connecting portion 242, and the first rear case 210 and the second rear case 220 can be respectively connected to independent support assemblies (not shown in the figures). The independently provided stand connection parts may allow the first and second rear cases 210 and 220 to be independently bent.
In this embodiment, the first rear case 210 is provided with a plurality of detachable connecting structures to connect with the first sub-back panel 131, and the second rear case 220 is also provided with a plurality of detachable connecting structures to connect with the second sub-back panel 132. Specifically, the detachable connection structure 250 may be a combination of a stud 250 disposed on the back plate and a screw hole 261 disposed on the rear housing assembly, and the screw hole 261 may be disposed on the reinforcing rib. After the rear shell assembly is connected with the bendable back plate 130 through screws, the overall structure strength is better, and the synchronism is better in the bending process.

Claims (10)
1. A display module, comprising: the flexible display panel, the support assembly and the bendable back plate;
the bendable back plate comprises a first sub back plate and a second sub back plate, and the first sub back plate is rotatably connected with the second sub back plate through a rigid rotating shaft;
the flexible display panel is provided with at least one section of bendable flexible bending part and is arranged on the bendable back plate;
the supporting component comprises a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate and an elastic connecting portion, wherein the elastic connecting portion is arranged at the position of the flexible bending portion and is of a rigid structure, and the elastic connecting portion can elastically bend under the action of external force.
2. The display module of claim 1, wherein a flexible filler layer is disposed between the flexible backplane and the support assembly.
3. The display module of claim 2, wherein the flexible filler layer is a thermally insulating material.
4. The display module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two ends of the bendable back plate are provided with side walls for wrapping the edges of the flexible display panel, and a gap is provided between the inner wall surfaces of the side walls and the edges of the flexible display panel.
5. The display module according to claim 1, wherein the elastic connection portion is made of a rubber material and is integrally injection-molded with the first support plate and the second support plate, and a width of the elastic connection portion is greater than a width of the flexible bending portion.
6. A display device, comprising: a display module and a rear shell component;
the display module comprises a flexible display panel, a support assembly and a bendable back plate;
the bendable back plate comprises a first sub back plate and a second sub back plate, and the first sub back plate is rotatably connected with the second sub back plate through a rigid rotating shaft;
the flexible display panel is provided with at least one section of bendable flexible bending part and is arranged on the bendable back plate;
the supporting component comprises a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate and an elastic connecting part arranged at a position corresponding to the flexible bending part, the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are rigid structures, and the elastic connecting part can be elastically bent under the action of external force;
the backshell subassembly includes first backshell, second backshell and central skeleton, first backshell with the second backshell is the plastic structure, central skeleton is rigid structure, first backshell, second backshell respectively through hinged joint in the both sides of central skeleton.

The display device according to claim 6, wherein the hinge is a hinge structure, the first rear case is connected to the center frame by a first hinge, the second rear case is connected to the center frame by a second hinge, and the first hinge and the second hinge are arranged to be offset from each other.
8. The display device according to claim 6, wherein dust-proof baffles are respectively disposed at two ends of the central frame, and the side walls of the first rear case and the second rear case corresponding to the dust-proof baffles are of an oblique structure.

The display apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first and second rear housings are provided with a lateral rib structure; the first rear shell is provided with a first support connecting part, the second rear shell is provided with a second support connecting part, and the first rear shell and the second rear shell can be respectively connected with independent support assemblies.
