The invention provides a scroll type flexible screen, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a scroll type flexible screen in a first embodiment of the application, and fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a part of a structure of the scroll type flexible screen in the first embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 1, the roll-to-roll flexible screen includes a first flexible curling assembly 100A and a second flexible curling assembly 100B that are connected opposite to each other, and the first flexible curling assembly 100A and the second flexible curling assembly 100B are fixedly connected by a fixing assembly 300.
The scroll-type flexible screen comprises a winding posture and a flat posture: the second ends of the first and second flexible crimping assemblies 100A and 100B can be gradually rolled toward the respective first ends to a wound position (as shown in fig. 1) and reverse rolled from the wound position to a flat position. The upper end of the first flexible curling element 100A and the upper end of the second flexible curling element 100B are fixedly connected, and the lower end of the first flexible curling element 100A and the lower end of the second flexible curling element 100B can be gradually curled toward the upper end, which means that, for the first flexible curling element 100A and the second flexible curling element 100B, as the lower end is partially curled, a curled structure formed by curling the lower end gradually becomes larger. And the lower end of the first flexible curling element 100A is curled to the left and the second flexible curling element 100B is curled to the right, with the opposite directions.
As shown in fig. 2, a surface of the second flexible rolling assembly 100B facing away from the first flexible rolling assembly 100A is provided with a flexible screen body 200, and with reference to fig. 1 and 2, in a rolling state of the second flexible rolling assembly 100B, the flexible screen body 200 is rolled inside, and after the first flexible rolling assembly 100A and the second rolling assembly 100B are released from the rolling posture to a flat posture, the flexible screen body 200 is completely exposed for display.
Further, in the flat position, the first flexible curling element 100A and the second flexible curling element 100B are magnetically attracted to each other along a plurality of positions in the first direction, as shown in fig. 1, the first direction is the up-down direction. It can be understood that as the first flexible curling component 100A and the second flexible curling component 100B gradually move upwards, the two components are magnetically connected more and more, and when the rolled flexible screen is in a flat posture, the first flexible curling component 100A and the second flexible curling component 100B are magnetically attracted to be in a flat plate structure along a plurality of positions in the first direction, and the flexible screen body 200 is exposed for display.
First flexible subassembly 100A and the flexible subassembly 100B that curls of second only need guarantee one-way intensity in the Z axle direction (thickness direction) to can be very thin with first flexible subassembly 100A and the flexible subassembly 100B that curls of second, both guarantee two to intensity after closing as an organic whole, be showing the in-process of flexible screen body 200 promptly, can guarantee the intensity of the part that flexible screen body 200 exposes.
Further, the first flexible curling member 100A and the second flexible curling member 100B have the same structure, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the first flexible curling member 100A of the roll-to-roll flexible screen according to the first embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the first flexible curling member 100A includes a rollable substrate 1 and a plurality of magnetic members 2.
The plurality of magnetic members 2 are sequentially disposed on the first surface of the rollable substrate 1 in a first direction. When the flexible curling assembly 100A is in a flat posture, the first surfaces of the curling base body 1 of the first flexible curling assembly 100A and the curling base body 1 of the second flexible curling assembly 100B are mutually opposite, and the magnetic parts 2 which are sequentially arranged on the first flexible curling assembly 100A along the X-axis direction are magnetically attracted along the Z-axis direction one-to-one correspondence to the magnetic parts 2 which are sequentially arranged on the second flexible curling assembly 100B along the X-axis direction.
It is noted that the first surface of the crimpable substrate 1 of the first flexible crimping assembly 100A is the surface facing the second flexible crimping assembly 100B in the flat position and the first surface of the crimpable substrate 1 of the second flexible crimping assembly 100A is the surface facing the first flexible crimping assembly 100A in the flat position. A flexible screen body 200 is disposed on a second surface of the second flexible crimp assembly 100B.
Further, the magnetic attraction surfaces of the magnetic members 2 of the first flexible rolling assembly 100A and the second flexible rolling assembly 100B may be made to have different magnetic properties, or the magnetic members 2 of the first flexible rolling assembly 100A may be made to be iron and the magnetic members 2 of the second flexible rolling assembly 100B may be made to be magnets. The present embodiment is not limited thereto.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the first flexible curling assembly 100A further includes a cover 3 and a plurality of elastic members 4, the cover 3 is disposed on the first surface of the curlable base 1 and can bend with the curlable base 1, and the plurality of magnetic members 2 and the plurality of elastic members 4 are disposed between the curlable base 1 and the cover 3 along the curlable base 1 along the X-axis direction. The elastic piece 4 can elastically deform along the Z-axis direction, that is, after the cladding body 3 is pressed down, the elastic piece 4 can elastically compress.
First flexible subassembly 100A that curls and the flexible in-process that curls of second 100B along Z axle direction magnetism are inhaled, and magnetic part 2 inter attraction, after cladding body 3 contacts each other, elastic part 4 receives pressure thereupon, and elastic part 4 takes place elastic deformation and then slows down the laminating process after the magnetism is inhaled, reduces the sound when first flexible subassembly 100A that curls and the flexible subassembly 100B that curls of second magnetism are inhaled, improves product use comfort.
It should be noted that the crimpable base 1 serves as an outer layer and has a hardness greater than that of the covering 3. In the embodiment of the present application, the rollable base 1 is made of leather or rubber, the covering body 3 is made of a cloth material having a certain micro elasticity, and the covering body 3 can be sewn to the rollable base 1 and sewn to the outer periphery of the magnetic member 2 and the outer periphery of the elastic member 4, thereby fixing the magnetic member 2 and the elastic member 4 to the rollable base 1.
Further, the elastic part 4 is provided with an arc-shaped structure, the edge of the arc-shaped structure is connected with the base body 1 in an abutting mode, and the arc top of the arc-shaped structure is connected with the coating body 3 in an abutting mode. That is, after the elastic member 4 is pressed in the Z-axis direction, the curvature of the elastic member 4 is increased, and both ends of the elastic member 4 move outward, thereby realizing pressure dispersion.
Further, the elastic member 4 and the magnetic member 2 each extend in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction. It is to be understood that if the X-axis direction in the figure is the length direction of the crimpable substrate 1, the third direction is the width direction of the crimpable substrate 1, and the magnetic member 2 and the elastic member 4 are both in the shape of a bar, preferably, the length direction of the magnetic member 2 and the elastic member 4 coincides with the width direction of the crimpable substrate 1, and the width direction of the magnetic member 2 and the elastic member 4 coincides with the length direction of the crimpable substrate 1.
And the narrower the widths of the magnetic member 2 and the elastic member 4 are, the closer the surface of the rollable substrate 1 is to a smooth arc surface when being rolled, in the embodiment of the present application, the widths of the magnetic member 2 and the elastic member 4 are set according to actual requirements.
Further, the sewing direction of the cover 3 is along a third direction perpendicular to the first direction, and openings are formed at both ends of the crimpable base 1 in the width direction of the crimpable base 1, thereby facilitating the insertion of the magnetic member 2 and the elastic member 4 described below.
Further, the elastic member 4 and the magnetic member 2 are sequentially arranged at an interval in the first direction. That is, one elastic member 4 is disposed between two adjacent magnetic members 2, and one magnetic member 2 is disposed between two adjacent elastic members 4. When curling, the magnetic parts 2 attract each other, the elastic parts 4 are uniformly dispersed along the X-axis direction to generate pressure from the Z-axis direction, so that when any group of magnetic parts 2 attract each other, one side of the magnetic parts 2 can be subjected to the elastic buffer action of the elastic parts 4, and the noise generated when attracting each other is reduced.
In the embodiment of the present application, the elastic member 4 is configured as a steel sheet, but the elastic member 4 may alternatively be a plastic sheet, a copper sheet, or the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, in the flat posture, the elastic member 4 between any two adjacent magnetic members 2 in the first flexible curling assembly 100A and the elastic member 4 between two magnetic members 2 magnetically attracted to each other in the second flexible curling assembly 100B are disposed in a staggered manner along the left-right direction, and the elastic member 4 disposed in a staggered manner is shown in fig. 4.
The elastic part 4 arranged in a staggered manner can ensure that the thickness is smaller when the posture is flat, and the light and thin design is easy to realize.
