if a fourth proportion smaller than or equal to a preset third proportion threshold exists in a preset second number of second proportions in the direction of deviating from the second proportion by the third proportion farthest from the second proportion before and/or after the second proportion, determining a third malicious value corresponding to the fourth proportion based on a preset third malicious value library;
summarizing the first malicious value, the second malicious value and the third malicious value to obtain a malicious value sum;
determining the malicious value and a corresponding first descending amplitude based on a preset first descending amplitude library, and descending a first guarantee value of the guarantor based on the first descending amplitude;
and determining the malicious value and a corresponding second downward adjustment amplitude based on a preset second downward adjustment amplitude library, and downward adjusting a second guarantee value of the guarantee mechanism based on the second downward adjustment amplitude.
