Detailed Description
The invention aims to provide a method for classifying a shoe tree of a woman leather shoe, which has clear and concise logic.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a shoe tree classification table for the women leather shoes, which is classified and coded according to the type, the type and the specification, and generates a bar code of a shoe tree product.
Step 1, taking the last surface and sole dimension of the lady leather shoe tree as a primary classification standard.
The shoe tree of the commercial women's shoes and the Chinese national standard GB/T3293-2017 Chinese shoe tree series are taken as references, and the size specifications of the shoe tree surface and the sole of the shoe tree of the women's shoes are taken as a primary classification standard.
The shoe last surface mainly refers to a curved surface corresponding to the back of the shoe last and the instep, and is specifically divided into a bar shoe last, a shallow shoe last, a full shoe last and a boot shoe last. Wherein, the full upper shoe tree is subdivided into a full upper tongue type shoe tree and a full upper lacing shoe tree. The above classifications correspond to a full-air sandal last, a shallow mouth last, a tongue type last, a lacing last and a high upper last in the Chinese national standard GB/T3293-2017 Chinese shoe last series, respectively.
The size specification of the sole mainly refers to the height of a heel at the bottom of the sole, and the sole is specifically divided into four types, namely a flat bottom, a low heel, a middle heel and a high heel.
And 2, taking the toe cap shape and the heel height specification of the shoe tree of the leather shoes for women as a secondary classification standard.
Each under last is divided into four toe shapes, which are a tip, a round head, a square head and a special-shaped toe.
The heel height specification is further divided into four grades according to the size to correspond to the sole size specification in the first-grade classification standard, and the specifications are respectively 0-10, 10-40, 40-70 and 70-90, and the unit is millimeter (mm).
And 3, formulating type coding rules according to the primary and secondary classification standards, and coding the shoe tree type according to a format of 'last type and toe shape-heel type-heel height size'.
The code is named by XXX-X-XX three-section numbers (as figure 1), and the three-section numbers from left to right represent the last type, the toe cap shape, the heel type and the heel height.
The first section shows the last type and toe shape. The coding represents the characteristic category by three digits of decimal system, and hundred and ten represent the type of the last surface. The large class of shoe lasts is represented by hundreds, and the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively correspond to four classes of strip shoe lasts, shallow shoe lasts, full shoe lasts and boot lasts. Because the lower part of the full upper shoe last is divided into the tongue type shoe last and the lacing shoe last, the ten positions are distinguished by adopting the numbers 1 and 2, the numbers 1 and 2 respectively correspond to the full upper tongue type shoe last and the full upper lacing shoe last, and other categories are not further subdivided and are indicated by 0. In summary, the last type codes are indicated by numerals 10, 20, 31, 32, 40 for a bar last, a shallow last, a lasting last, and a bootie last, respectively.
The unit represents the shape of the toe cap, and the codes are numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 which respectively correspond to a sharp head, a round head, a square head and a special-shaped toe cap.
The second part represents the heel type. The codes are respectively corresponding to a flat bottom, a low heel, a middle heel and a high heel by numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4.
The third part represents the shoe last heel height size, which is coded by a number from 00-90. The heel specifications at the junction of the two gears are uniformly classified into the previous gear. For example, a heel height of 10mm would pertain to a flat shoe, and a heel height of 40mm would pertain to a low-heel shoe.
The coding is exemplified as follows: the code of the shoe tree with the strip tip and the height of 8mm is as follows: 101-1-08.
And 4, manufacturing a bar code of a shoe tree product through a development tool control in Microsoft Office Excel software according to the code, wherein the specific content is described by taking a bar tip and a shoe tree with the height of 8mm as an example.
First, open Microsoft Office Excel, create a two column table in the workbook, type "code" in cell A1, "bar code" in cell B1, and type the example code "101-1-08" in the A2 cell.
The barcode drawing process is as follows: clicking on the custom function area in the file-more-option, clicks on the development tool (see fig. 2), at which point the development tool tab appears in the toolbar panel above the interface.
Click the insert-other Control button under the development tool tab, select Microsoft BarCode Control (see fig. 3), click [ ok ], at which point the cursor becomes cross-shaped and can begin to draw barcodes.
And pressing the mouse to draw a bar code at any position of the workbook, wherein the bar code is not associated with any cell, messy codes are displayed, and further operation and setting are needed.
Clicking the bar Code at right key, selecting Microsoft Barcode Control-attribute, and adjusting the bar Code style (as shown in figure 4) in the style bar, wherein the common style is 7-Code-128, and the style can be adjusted by clicking (application) and (determination); and clicking the bar code by right click, selecting the setting control format, and setting the height and width of the bar code.
And right clicking the bar code again, selecting [ attribute ], clicking a blank box on the right side of the LinkedCell in the popped attribute box, inputting 'A2' (shown in figure 5), associating the bar code with the A2 cell, displaying the code numbers '101-1-08' in the lower row of the bar code according to the code change in the A2 cell, and finishing drawing the bar code (shown in figure 6).
And 5, establishing a shoe tree classification system.
The last classification system is presented in tabular form.
The table is specifically constructed as follows: the first horizontal row of the table is composed of the sole size specification in the first-level classification standard and is divided into a flat bottom, a low heel, a middle heel and a high heel.
The first column of the table is formed by the last surface in the first-class classification standard and is divided into a strip shoe last, a shallow shoe last, a full-upper tongue type shoe last, a full-upper lacing shoe last and a boot shoe last.
The second horizontal row of the table is composed of heel height specifications in the second-level classification standard, and is divided into 0-10, 10-40, 40-70 and 70-90, and the unit is millimeter (mm).
The second column of the table is formed by the shapes of the toe caps in the secondary classification standard, and the lower part of each last is divided into a tip, a round head, a square head and a special-shaped toe cap.
In summary, the last classification system table is shown in fig. 7.
