Thereby realized the accurate positioning and the installation of knob end cover, promoted the lid and decorated the positioning accuracy of piece, promoted the yields of knob end cover to, the installation step is simple, easily the operation.

In this embodiment, when the knob end cover is installed by using the tool, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first positioning portion and the third positioning portion are aligned, the cover is placed at the position limited by the first limiting portion, so that the first positioning portion and the third positioning portion are matched, and the cover is abutted against the supporting portion, thereby limiting five degrees of freedom of the cover, as shown in fig. 9, an adhesive layer is bonded to the surface where the decorative sheet is connected with the cover, the decorative sheet is placed at the position limited by the second limiting portion, at this time, the second positioning portion and the fourth positioning portion may not be aligned, therefore, as shown in fig. 10, the decorative sheet is rotated, so that the second positioning portion and the fourth positioning portion are matched, at this time, as shown in fig. 11, the decorative sheet is close to the cover, the cover and the decorative sheet are pressed, and thereby, the purpose of fixing the cover and the decorative sheet is achieved by using the adhesive layer.
Then, as shown in fig. 12, the sixth positioning portion and the fifth positioning portion are aligned, and the inspection assembly is mounted on the base, so that the scale corresponds to the pattern on the decorative sheet, and whether the pattern on the decorative sheet deflects can be visually observed through the scale, as shown in fig. 13, if the pattern deflects, the knob end cover is unqualified, as shown in fig. 14, and if the pattern does not deflect, the knob end cover is qualified. Therefore, whether the knob end cover is qualified or not is detected, the yield of the knob end cover can be further improved, and the detection steps are simple and easy to operate.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the cover and the decorative sheet are mounted by using a tool, and the cover and the device sheet are inspected by placing the cover and the device sheet between the base and the inspection assembly.
Example 18:
the control core of the cooking utensil 300 is on the control panel 310, the knob assembly 200 is arranged on the control panel 310, the knob assembly 200 has the functions of switching and triggering, in order to meet the prompting requirements of customers and make users clear at a glance, the knob assembly 200 comprises a decorative sheet 120, a font prompt is arranged on the decorative sheet 120, the font position is required to be kept in practice and is not deflected, therefore, the first positioning part 114 of the knob assembly 200, on which the cover body 110 is connected with the knob main body 210, can be arranged, the second positioning part 124 is arranged on the decorative sheet 120, the cover body 110 and the decorative sheet 120 are positioned by using the tool 400, and the cover body 110 and the decorative sheet 120 are bonded by double-sided adhesive.
The tool 400 mainly has two parts, a positioning part for positioning the cover body 110 and the decorative sheet 120, and an inspection unit 480 for inspecting whether the cover body 110 and the decorative sheet 120 are qualified after installation.
The checking member 480 includes a light-transmitting strip 484, a fixing member 482, and a sixth position fixing part 486.
Specifically, the installation process is as follows:
the first positioning portion 114 is disposed on one side of the cover 110 near the edge, and three fixing portions 116 are disposed symmetrically with respect to the first positioning portion 114, so that when the cover is mounted, the first positioning portion 114 is engaged with the third positioning portion 430 of the tool 400, and the whole cover 110 is engaged with the tool 400, thereby ensuring the position of the cover 110 relative to the tool 400 and preparing for mounting the cover 110 and the decorative sheet 120.
The decorative sheet 120 is bonded with the adhesive layer 130, the boss 126 is arranged at the edge of one surface of the decorative sheet 120, the accommodating groove surrounded by the boss 126 is matched with the cover body 110, the adhesive layer 130 is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove, two grooves are arranged on the boss 126 to form the second positioning part 124, the second positioning part 124 is matched with the fourth positioning part 440 of the tool 400, the fourth positioning part 440 of the tool 400 is longer, so that an operator can observe the positioning position conveniently, and the boss 126 abuts against the fourth positioning part 440. At this time, the adhesive layer 130 has a certain distance from the cover body 110, the knob decorative sheet 120 can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to rotate to the correct position, the two fourth positioning portions 440 of the tool 400 are matched with the two second positioning portions 124 of the decorative sheet 120 to complete positioning, and the decorative sheet 120 and the cover body 110 are compressed to bond the two decorative sheets together, wherein the two second positioning portions 124 have different sizes, the two fourth positioning portions 440 have different sizes, and thus the positioning error of the decorative sheet 120 is avoided.
After the installation is completed, with the test assembly 480, through sixth location portion 486 and the fifth location portion 470 of frock 400, for the precision fit, can adopt the fool-proof design, for example: the positioning columns and the positioning holes with directions are adopted, or the purpose of amplification is achieved through the arrangement sequence of the positioning columns and the positioning holes, or the positioning columns and the positioning holes are arranged at a certain inclination angle.

Specifically, the pattern 128 on the decoration sheet 120 may have a positioning line, and the scale 488 is a tolerance zone formed by two lines, and further, if the positioning line is located between the two lines, the positioning is qualified, and if the positioning line is at least partially located outside the two lines, the positioning is unqualified.

a decorative sheet including a second body connected with the first body and a second positioning portion,
the first positioning part is arranged on one side of the first main body, which is far away from the second main body, the second positioning part is arranged on one side of the second main body, which is far towards the first main body, and the second positioning part is positioned on the peripheral side of the first main body;
the adhesive layer is arranged between the cover body and the decorative sheet;
the first positioning part and the second positioning part face to the same side;
the fixing part is arranged on the first main body and is positioned on one side of the first main body, which deviates from the second main body.
