Abstract
The invention relates to a portable pit detection thin-wall soil sampling device and method, which are mainly suitable for obtaining an undisturbed sample of fine-grained soil in a field pit detection. The soil sampling device and the method comprise a handle, a hollow dowel bar, a sample cylinder cap, a sampling cylinder and a soil cutting ring cutter, wherein the sampling cylinder consists of a first half cylinder and a second half cylinder, and an assembly plane between the two half cylinders is in half-closed connection of a tongue-and-groove structure. The main parts of the device can be disassembled, and the device is connected by using threads, so that the device is simple to assemble and convenient to carry, and the working efficiency is improved; the two half cylinders are assembled through the tongue-and-groove structure, so that the sampling is convenient to disassemble after an original soil sample is obtained, the method is different from the traditional piston pushing or rotating pushing sample-removing mode, the secondary disturbance to the soil sample is reduced, and the accuracy of soil body parameters obtained in later indoor tests is ensured.

The upper end of the soil cutting ring cutter 5 is provided with an internal thread and is connected with the external thread of the lower end of the sampling tube 4 which is connected into a whole, and the lower end of the soil cutting ring cutter 5 is provided with an annular cutter head cutting edge 51. The cutting edge 51 of the annular cutter head is a single inclined edge, the conical inclined plane 511 of the cutting edge faces the outer side, and the inner side of the cutting edge 51 of the annular cutter head is a cylindrical surface 512 which has the same diameter with the inner wall of the sampling tube 4, so that when soil is sampled, soil outside the soil is extruded to obtain a soil sample, and the influence of external force on the soil sample is reduced.
The invention provides a pit detection thin-wall soil sampling method by utilizing the portable pit detection thin-wall soil sampling device, which comprises the following specific steps: selecting a sampling area in the pit, and removing soil above a sampling soil layer; the portable pit-exploring thin-wall soil sampling device is pressed into a soil layer to be sampled by using the handle until a soil sample is filled in the whole sampling cylinder, and in the process, the rubber plug is in a pulled-out state, so that the exhaust function is guaranteed; the portable pit-exploring thin-wall soil sampling device is taken out of a soil layer, and in the process, the rubber plug is in an inserted state, so that the air-tight function is guaranteed, and the sample is guaranteed not to fall off due to negative-pressure flexible adsorption; and (3) dismounting the sampling cylinder, dismounting the soil cutting ring, opening the sampling cylinder, and taking out the soil sample, so that the soil sample is not disturbed, and the original soil sample can be ensured to the maximum extent.
