Detailed Description
Embodiment 1 (Structure of refrigerator 10, FIGS. 1 and 2)
A refrigerator 10 according to embodiment 1 will be described with reference to the drawings. In fig. 1, doors for opening and closing the chambers in the refrigerator 10 are omitted. Note that, in fig. 1 and 2, not all the components of the refrigerator 10 are shown, and only main components (for example, the outer frame 20 and the like) described later are depicted.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a refrigerating chamber 12, a vegetable chamber 14, and a freezing chamber 16 are provided inside a refrigerator 10. Refrigerating room 12 and vegetable room 14 are storage rooms in a refrigerating temperature range, and freezing room 16 is a storage room in a freezing temperature range. In the drawings, XYZ coordinates are plotted, an X-axis direction indicates a left-right direction of the refrigerator 10, a Y-axis direction indicates a front-back direction of the refrigerator 10, and a Z-axis direction indicates a vertical direction of the refrigerator 10.
The refrigerating compartment 12 is disposed at the uppermost layer. The vegetable compartment 14 is provided at a lower layer of the refrigerating compartment 12. The freezing chamber 16 is provided at a lower layer of the vegetable chamber 14.
The refrigerator 10 includes: a metal outer frame 20; a resin inner frame 22 provided inside the outer frame 20; a resin rear member 30 provided on the inner surface of the rear portion of the inner frame 22; and a separator 24. A heat insulating material is filled between the outer frame 20 and the inner frame 22. The separator 24 is: a member for partitioning the refrigerating chamber 12 and the vegetable chamber 14. The refrigerating chamber 12 is formed by left and right inner surfaces and an upper inner surface of the inner frame 22, an upper surface of the partitioning member 24, and a front surface of the rear member 30. Note that, in fig. 2, the heat insulating material is not depicted in the cross section.
The space between the rear part 30 and the inner surface of the rear part of the inner frame 22 constitutes a duct 32 for supplying cold air to the refrigerator compartment 12. Air (i.e., cold air) cooled by a cooler (not shown) provided outside the inner frame 22 is supplied to the duct 32. Cold air in duct 32 is supplied into refrigerating room 12 from 4 air outlets 30a, 30b, 30c, and 30d formed in the front surface of rear member 30. The number of the air outlets is not limited to 4, and may be, for example, 5 or 2.
The refrigerating compartment 12 is provided therein with 4 shelves 40a, 40b, 40c, and 40d, a container 50, and an operating portion 60. The shelf 40a is provided at the uppermost layer, and the shelves 40b, 40c, and 40d are provided at the 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th layers, respectively. The container 50 is disposed between the shelf 40d of the 4 th layer and the partition 24. The shelf 40a is provided with: guide rails 22a are formed on the left and right inner surfaces of the inner frame 22. The shelf 40a is slidable on the guide rail 22a and is detachable. Like the shelf 40a, the shelves 40b to 40d are also provided with: guide rails 22b to 22d formed on the left and right inner surfaces of the inner frame 22. Note that, in fig. 1, only one of the left and right guide rails is denoted by a reference numeral, and the guide rail 22d of the shelf 40d is hidden from view by the container 50. In addition, in fig. 2, note that the container 50 is not depicted in cross section.
The operation unit 60 is attached to the rear member 30. The operation unit 60 is located leftward from the center in the left-right direction between the shelf 40c of the 3 rd tier and the shelf 40d of the 4 th tier. The operation unit 60 includes a plurality of buttons including a button 60a for adjusting the temperature in each of the chambers 12, 14, and 16.
(Structure of shelf, FIG. 3)
In fig. 3, a top view of shelf 40d is depicted. In addition, in fig. 3, the shelf 40d and the rear member 30 are depicted in cross section. In fig. 3, the shelf 40d and the rear member 30 are not shown. The other shelf boards 40a to 40c are also similar in structure to the shelf board 40 d. The number of shelves is not limited to 4, and may be, for example, 5 or 2.
The shelf 40d includes: a substantially rectangular flat plate 42 made of glass; and a border 44 for decorating the periphery of the plate 42 over the entire periphery. In a part of the left and right trims 44a, 44b over the entire circumference of the trim 44, there are formed: a claw 46 fitted in the guide rail 22d for installing the shelf 40 d. In fig. 3, only one of the left and right claws 46 is denoted by a reference numeral.
As shown in fig. 3, the width of the trim 44 is the same in the front, rear, left, and right directions, except for a portion where the claw 46 is formed. The width of the portion of the trim 44 where the claws 46 are formed is W2, and the width of the portion other than this portion is W1. Width W2 is greater than width W1. The width of the trim 44 is W1 for the entire sides of the front and rear trims 44c, 44d, and W1 for the portions of the left and right trims 44a, 44b other than the portion where the claws 46 are formed. That is, the width of the trim 44 is substantially the same in the front, rear, left, and right directions. The concept of "substantially the same" includes not only the complete identity but also the case where only a part (for example, a part of about 20% of the entire period) is larger (or smaller) than the other parts in the front, rear, left, and right. In addition, the concept of "substantially the same" includes not only the exact same but also a case where, for example, the width of the front portion is slightly larger (or smaller) than the width of the rear portion. The "slight" is, for example, a difference of about several%.
The shelf 40d is formed of the transparent flat plate 42 made of glass, so that the appearance of the interior of the refrigerator compartment 12 can be improved. However, if the widths of the trim of the shelf panel are largely different in the front, rear, left, and right directions and the trim has a convex and concave shape, the impression of the appearance may be adversely affected by the user. In the present embodiment, since the width of the trim 44 is substantially the same in the front, rear, left, and right directions, a simple impression can be given to the user, and a refrigerator having an interior with a good appearance can be realized. That is, it is possible to suppress a problem of giving a user an adverse effect on the impression of the appearance.
As shown in fig. 3, a rear trim 44d of the trim 44 has a linear shape. As shown in the cross section of the rear member 30 in fig. 3, the surface of the rear member 30 facing the trim 44d of the rear part of the shelf 40d is flat in the left-right direction. Since the trim 44d and the rear surface member 30 of the rear portion that face each other are both linearly opposed, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of an unnecessary gap (for example, a gap between a curved surface and a straight line, a gap caused by irregularities) between the trim 44d and the rear surface member 30. Further, the refrigerator can give a simple impression to a user by facing the refrigerator linearly, and can realize an interior having a good appearance.
In the present embodiment, not only the rear trim 44d but also the left and right trims 44a, 44b and the front trim 44c are linear. Here, in the left and right trims 44a and 44b, a part of the claw 46 is formed so as to protrude inward of the shelf 40d and not protrude outward of the shelf 40 d. That is, the outer edges of the left and right trims 44a, 44b are straight lines. Therefore, the trims 44 are linear without irregularities at the front, rear, left, and right outer edges. The edge trim 44 has a straight shape as a whole, and can give a simple impression to a user, thereby realizing a refrigerator having an interior with a good appearance.
(relationship of shelf 40d and operation part 60; FIG. 4)
As shown in fig. 4, the button 60a of the operation unit 60 protrudes forward. On the other hand, the flat plate 42 and the edging 44 constitute a step 48. As shown in fig. 3, the tip of the operation unit 60 is located: and is located further rearward than the front end (i.e., step 48) of the rear trim 44 d. In other words, the steps 48 of the rear trim 44d are located: is located forward of the front end of the operation unit 60 by a distance D1. According to this structure, even if the user presses an object (e.g., food) on the shelf 40d backward, the object is blocked by the steps 48. The tip of the operation unit 60 (i.e., the button 60a) is located at: the position behind the step 48 can suppress an erroneous operation of the button 60a caused by the pressing of a rear object.
As shown in fig. 4, the operation portion 60 is embedded in the rear member 30. Specifically, a recess 30e is formed in the front surface of the rear member 30, and the operation portion 60 is housed in the recess 30 a. This can reduce the amount of protrusion of the distal end of the operation unit 60 (i.e., the push button 60a) toward the front. By reducing the amount of protrusion of the front end of the operation unit 60 toward the front, it is possible to further suppress erroneous operation of the button 60a by an object on the shelf 40 d.
In addition, the width W1 of the trim 44 is: the plate thickness T1 of the flat plate 42 is between 1.5 and 2.5 times. In the present embodiment, the width W1 is 2 times the plate thickness T1. By setting the width W1 of the trim 44 to about 2 times the plate thickness T1, the width of the trim 44 can be suppressed from becoming too large relative to the plate thickness of the flat plate 42. Since the width of the trim 44 is not excessively large with respect to the thickness of the flat plate 42, a simple impression can be given to a user, and a refrigerator having an interior with a good appearance can be realized.
Next, modifications of the above embodiments will be described.
The "flat plate" is not limited to glass, and may be made of other transparent material (for example, acryl).
In the above embodiment, the entire periphery of the trim 44 has a linear shape. Alternatively, the left and right trims 44a, 44b of the trim 44 may have a curved shape. In addition, the front trim 44c of the trim 44 may have a curved shape. According to this modification, at least the rear portion of the trim may have a straight shape.
The trim 44d at the rear of the trim 44 may not have a straight shape, and may have a curved shape, for example. For example, the flat plate of the shelf 40d may also be oval.
In the above embodiment, the surface of the rear member 30 facing the trim 44d of the rear portion of the shelf 40d is flat in the left-right direction (see fig. 3). Alternatively, the opposing surface may be uneven, for example, may be a curved surface.
The operation portion 60 may not be mounted on the rear member 30. For example, the operation unit 60 may be attached to a door on the front surface of the refrigerator 10, or may be attached to any one of the left and right inner surfaces of the inner frame 22.
The operation portion 60 may not be embedded in the rear member 30, and may be attached to the front surface of the rear member 30, for example.
The tip of the operation portion 60 may be located at: and is positioned further forward than the front end (i.e., step 48) of the rear trim 44 d.
The width W1 of edging 44 may not be: the plate 42 may have a thickness T1 that is 1.5 to 2.5 times, for example, 1.2 times the plate thickness T1, or 3 times the plate thickness T1. The value between 1.5 times and 2.5 times is set to satisfy 2 conditions of the manufacturing limit of the trim 44 and the appearance of the shelf (e.g., 40d) at the same time.
Although several embodiments of the present invention have been described, these embodiments are presented by way of example only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. These embodiments may be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. These embodiments and modifications are included in the scope and spirit of the present invention, and are also included in the invention described in the claims and equivalents thereof.
