The application provides an air purification method based on an air conditioner, wherein the air conditioner comprises a power supply, a control module and an exhaust module, and the method comprises the following steps: the control module detects the working state of the air conditioner, wherein the working state of the air conditioner comprises the working state of the power supply; the control module determines the working mode of the air conditioner according to the working state of the air conditioner, wherein the working mode of the air conditioner comprises a first working mode and a second working mode; when the air conditioner is in a first working mode, the control module detects air parameters in the air cavity and adjusts the working state of the exhaust module according to the air parameters in the air cavity; and when the air conditioner is in a second working mode, the control module directly adjusts the working state of the exhaust module. Through switching according to the operating condition of power in the air conditioner the mode of operation of air conditioner, this application can effectively eliminate the air conditioner and open the peculiar smell of scurrying after idle for a long time, promotes user experience, protects user's health, and is simple nimble.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an air conditioner-based air purification method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner comprises a power supply, a control module and an exhaust module, and the air purifying method based on the air conditioner comprises the following steps:
step S10: the control module detects the working state of the air conditioner, wherein the working state of the air conditioner comprises the working state of the power supply;
step S20: the control module determines the working mode of the air conditioner according to the working state of the air conditioner, wherein the working mode of the air conditioner comprises a first working mode and a second working mode;
step S30: when the air conditioner is in a first working mode, the control module detects air parameters in the air cavity and adjusts the working state of the exhaust module according to the air parameters in the air cavity; and when the air conditioner is in a second working mode, the control module directly adjusts the working state of the exhaust module.
Because the air conditioner is used in summer or winter mostly, and the rest of the time is in an idle state, the air conditioner is easy to generate sundries such as dust deposition and the like due to long-time idle. When the user opens the air conditioner after the air conditioner is idle for a long time, the air conditioner can play peculiar smell, the user experience is reduced, and the health of the user is influenced. This application is through switching according to the operating condition of power in the air conditioner the mode of operation of air conditioner can effectively eliminate the long idle back of air conditioner and open the peculiar smell of scurrying out, promotes user experience, protects user's health, and is simple nimble.
Further, the Air Conditioner may include a Window Air Conditioner (Window Air Conditioner). Based on the inventive concept of the present application, the present invention can also be applied to ceiling type air conditioners, central air conditioners, cabinet type air conditioners and other types of air conditioners, and is particularly suitable for the application environment in which all parts of the air conditioner are combined in one box body. It is to be understood that the present application is not limited to the type of air conditioner.
Further, the control module may be implemented using an embedded system. For example, the control module may include units such as an air sensor, a comparator, an amplifier, a processor, and an interface. The air sensor can detect the air parameters in the air cavity, the detection result is sent to the amplifier to be amplified, then the detection result is sent to the comparator to be compared with a preset air parameter threshold value, the comparison result is sent to the driving unit after being processed by the processor, and finally the driving unit drives the motor, the fan and the like in the air conditioner to execute actions, so that the air with peculiar smell in the air conditioner is discharged to the outside. It is to be understood that the present application is not limited to the specific implementation of the control module.
Further, the working state of the power supply comprises a first power-on state and a second power-on state, wherein the first power-on state is a state where the air conditioner is started for the Nth time within a first preset time, and N is more than or equal to 2; the second power-on state is a state where the air conditioner is powered on for the first time within a first preset time.
Wherein the first preset time may be preset. For example, the first preset time may be set to 30 days. The first power-on state may be a state in which the air conditioner is powered on 2 nd time within 30 days. Since N may be an integer greater than or equal to 2, the first power-on state indicates that the power supply of the air conditioner has been turned on within the first preset time. Correspondingly, the second power-on state represents a state that the air conditioner is powered on for the first time within a first preset time.
Further, the air conditioner may determine the first preset time according to information such as season, geography, and air conditioner type. The first preset time can be flexibly adjusted according to the season, the geography, the type of the air conditioner and the like because the information such as the season, the geography, the type of the air conditioner and the like can cause different sundries accumulation degrees caused by long-term idle of the air conditioner. For example, in an area where sand storms frequently occur, the first preset time may be appropriately shortened.
Further, the control module determines the working mode of the air conditioner according to the working state of the air conditioner, and the method comprises the following steps: when the state of the power supply is the first power-on state, the control module determines that the working mode of the air conditioner is a first working mode; and when the state of the power supply is the second power-on state, the control module determines that the working mode of the air conditioner is the second working mode. Of course, the first operating mode and the second operating mode may be replaced with each other according to different actual situations, that is, when the state of the power supply is the first power-on state, the control module determines that the operating mode of the air conditioner is the second operating mode; and when the state of the power supply is the second power-on state, the control module determines that the working mode of the air conditioner is the first working mode.
Furthermore, the control module can also detect a starting signal, and the starting signal can be sent out by a remote controller of the air conditioner. When the control module receives the starting signal, the specific receiving time point can be recorded, and when the starting signal is received next time, the currently recorded time point is compared with the previously recorded starting time point, so that whether the air conditioner works in the first working mode or the second working mode is determined. In contrast to the embodiment of the present application in which the operation mode of the air conditioner is determined by detecting the turn-on time of the power supply of the air conditioner, it is also a possible alternative to determine the operation mode of the air conditioner by using the reception time of the turn-on signal.
Fig. 2a illustrates a front view of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2b illustrates a sectional view of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2a and 2b, the air conditioner may be a window type air conditioner. Fig. 2a may be a front view of the air conditioner, and fig. 2b may be a sectional view taken along an inner position of the air conditioner. The window air conditioner 21 may represent a main body of the window air conditioner, the air outlet may be disposed at a side of the air conditioner facing outdoors, the air guide plate 25 may be disposed at an upper left side of the air conditioner, the fan 24 may be disposed at a middle portion of a cabinet of the air conditioner, the air cavity 23 may be respectively communicated with the air guide plate 25 and the fan 24, and the fan 24 may be communicated with the air outlet door 22.
Further, the exhaust module comprises an air cavity, a fan, an air deflector, an exhaust door, a fan and at least one motor, the exhaust module is used for exhausting the air in the air conditioner to the outside, when the exhaust module comprises one motor, the motor is used for driving the fan and the fan to operate simultaneously, and the rotating speed of the fan is related to the rotating speed of the fan; when the exhaust module comprises two motors, one of the two motors is used for driving the fan, and the other motor is used for driving the fan. For example, the fan may be a centrifugal fan and the fan may be an axial fan. The application is not limited as to the type of components in the exhaust module.
Furthermore, the air cavity can be located on one side of the air conditioner facing the indoor side, the air deflector can be arranged at an air outlet on the indoor side of the air conditioner, the exhaust door is arranged at an air outlet on the outdoor side of the air conditioner, and the exhaust module is used for exhausting the air in the air conditioner to the outdoor side through the exhaust door.
Furthermore, the exhaust module further comprises an evaporator, the air deflector is arranged at an air outlet of the indoor side, the exhaust door is arranged at an air outlet of the outdoor side, air in the air cavity is sucked in from the indoor side through the evaporator, guided by the fan and finally exhausted to the outdoor through the exhaust door.
In addition, the air conditioner can also comprise a condenser, a compressor and other components. It is understood that the internal structure of different types of air conditioners is also different. In practical application, the flow path of the odor-containing gas in the air conditioner can be adjusted according to actual needs. In this application embodiment, will the gas that has the peculiar smell in the air conditioner passes through the wind chamber and inhales through the evaporimeter from the indoor side, passes through again the fan wind-guiding passes through at last the air exit is arranged outdoors, has effectively utilized the structural feature of air conditioner integration, has protected that the user is healthy, simple and convenient.
Further, the exhaust module includes at least one electric machine. The at least one motor may be used to drive a fan or the like in the air conditioner.
Further, the exhaust module includes an electric motor. When the exhaust module comprises a motor, the motor is used for driving the fan and the fan to operate simultaneously, and the rotating speed of the fan is related to the rotating speed of the fan. In one example, the motor is provided with a rotating shaft, and drives the fan and the fan to operate. The rotational speed of the fan and the rotational speed of the fan may be the same.
Further, the exhaust module includes two electric machines. When the exhaust module comprises two motors, one of the two motors is used for driving the fan, and the other motor is used for driving the fan. Adopt two different motors to drive respectively the fan with the fan, regulation that can be more accurate the fan reaches the rotational speed of fan, the flexibility is stronger.
Further, when the air conditioner is in the first operating mode, the controlling module detects an air parameter in the air cavity and adjusts an operating state of the exhaust module according to the air parameter in the air cavity, including: when the air parameter in the air cavity is within a preset air parameter range, the control module controls the fan to operate at a first preset rotating speed, opens the air deflector and closes the exhaust door; when the air parameters in the air cavity are outside the preset air parameter range, the control module controls the fan to operate at a second preset rotating speed, closes the air deflector, opens the air exhaust door until the control module detects that the air parameters in the air cavity are within the preset air parameter range, and controls the fan to operate at a first preset rotating speed, opens the air deflector and closes the air exhaust door.
Further, the air parameters in the wind cavity may include air parameters of chemical substances, particulate matters and the like. The chemicals include, but are not limited to, ozone, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, formaldehyde, toluene, nitrogen dioxide, etc., and may be any harmful gas leaked from the air conditioner. The particulate matter may be fine particulate matter such as PM 2.5. The air parameters include chemical concentration, particle size, humidity and other parameters. It is to be understood that the present application is not limited to the parameters of the air within the wind cavity.
Further, when the air parameter in the air cavity is within a preset air parameter range, the control module controls the fan to operate at a first preset rotating speed, opens the air deflector and closes the exhaust door. Of course, an air parameter threshold may also be preset, and when the air parameter in the air cavity is below the preset air parameter threshold, the control module controls the fan to operate at a first preset rotation speed, and opens the air deflector and closes the exhaust door.
Wherein the first preset rotation speed may be preset. Preferably, the first preset rotation speed may be set as a rotation speed of the fan when the air conditioner performs normal cooling or heating. When the air parameter in the air cavity is within a preset air parameter range, the air quality in the air conditioner is normal, at the moment, the air deflector is opened, the exhaust door is closed, and the air conditioner performs cooling or heating according to preset logic work.
Further, when the air parameter in the air cavity is out of the preset air parameter range, the control module controls the fan to operate at a second preset rotating speed, closes the air deflector, opens the exhaust door until the control module detects that the air parameter in the air cavity is in the preset air parameter range, and controls the fan to operate at a first preset rotating speed, opens the air deflector and closes the exhaust door. Of course, an air parameter threshold may also be preset, when the air parameter in the air cavity is above the preset air parameter threshold, the control module controls the fan to operate at a second preset rotation speed, closes the air deflector, and opens the exhaust door until the control module detects that the air parameter in the air cavity is within the preset air parameter range, and the control module controls the fan to operate at a first preset rotation speed, opens the air deflector, and closes the exhaust door.
