Abstract
A novel eye-moistening type LED lamp is composed of three blocks, namely a modified honeycomb-shaped combined optical lens, a modified flat plate radiator and shell and a light source part; the combined optical lens takes a PVC material with better light transmission performance as a carrier, an upper plane is pressed with a random groove, a side edge close to the plane is provided with a light guide groove with the depth of 0.5CM, a layer of light reflecting plate is arranged above the plane, and the lower side of the combined optical lens is made into an arc shape and is uniformly distributed with milky fog particle lenses with the thickness of 1-2 mm along the outermost direction. The basic principle is as follows: the LED is a point light source, light rays are transmitted in a straight line, and people feel dazzling if the LED is directly applied; the light rays are emitted into the lens from the light guide groove, and after reflection, scattering, refraction and diffuse reflection, light beams emitted by the point light source are changed into soft light rays which are uniformly projected into a space. The application comprises the following steps: the three components are closely matched and can be made into an LED bulb lamp, an LED desk lamp or other lighting equipment required by environments requiring soft light.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel eye-moistening type LED lamp, which generally requires soft light and low illuminance, so that the application range of the LED lamp is limited; and the existing LED lamp shows an opposite state in the softness and the illumination intensity of light. The novel eye-moistening type LED lamp is attractive in appearance, and the opposite state of softness and illumination intensity of light is well solved.
Background
The traditional LED lamp only considers the illumination intensity generally and does not meet the requirements of softness and illumination intensity of light, so that the LED lamp is difficult to popularize and use in families and office environments. With the development of LED application technology and the expansion of application environment, the light effect of a simple LED lamp is unsatisfactory, and the technical scheme adopted by the eye-moistening type LED fluorescent lamp is composed of three blocks, namely a modified honeycomb-shaped combined optical lens, a deformed flat plate type radiator and a shell, and through test comparison, the light effect of the structure is 2-3 times that of an ordinary LED lamp with a single structure and can be adjusted according to the requirement of an illumination environment. The novel eye-moistening type LED lamp has the characteristics of light weight, high light guide efficiency, soft light and flexible use and adjustment, and the main body structure of the LED lamp can be adjusted according to the illumination requirement, so that the production cost of the product is reduced.

The invention aims to provide a novel hole-moistening type LED lamp which is characterized by comprising three large blocks, namely a modified honeycomb type combined optical lens, a modified flat plate type radiator and a shell, wherein the modified honeycomb type combined optical lens comprises five parts, namely a side light guide groove, a random mesh type concave lens, a light reflecting plate, an insulating connector and a milky vaporific lens. The side light guide groove, the irregular net grain type concave lens and the milky white mist lens can be formed at one time by a die pressing technology, the reflector is horizontally placed above the irregular net grain type concave lens, and the light insulation connector is fixed above the reflector. The reflector is arranged above the irregular mesh type concave lens and is combined with the light-insulating connector. The deformed flat plate type radiator is in a circular lamp shade type structure, the lower edge of the deformed flat plate type radiator is vertically drooping with the width of 1CM, and the upper edge of the deformed flat plate type radiator is provided with an internal thread; is formed by pressing an aluminum alloy plate having a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2 mm. The straight drooping width of the lower edge of the deformed circular lamp shade structure of the flat plate type radiator can be adjusted along with the LED aluminum-based circuit board, and the internal thread of the upper edge can be adjusted along with the optical insulation connector. The inner diameter of the upper part of the circular lamp shade structure of the deformed flat plate type radiator can be adjusted according to the diameter of the optical connector, and the inner diameter of the lower part of the circular lamp shade structure of the deformed flat plate type radiator can be adjusted according to the diameter of the optical lens. The light guide groove is a rectangular groove formed around the lens material close to the plane, the inner diameter of the lower edge of the groove is larger than the inner diameter of the upper edge by 3mm, and light of the LED light source is guided in from the groove. The light emitting sources adopt 5730 type LED lamp beads which are transversely and vertically arranged on the aluminum-based circuit board, and the number of the used LED lamp beads can be adjusted according to different requirements of the illuminance of the lamp. The modified honeycomb concave lens is a random groove pressed by a mould on the upper plane of the flat lens material. The reflecting plate is made of glossy paper with good light reflection, and is horizontally placed on the position above the irregular mesh type concave lens and combined with the light insulation connector. The milky white fog lens is made of milky white transparent PV material and is pressed on the lower surface of the flat lens material, and the radian of the outward bulge can be adjusted according to different requirements. The optical isolator is made of black opaque PV material, has a conical shape with a large tip diameter equal to the upper diameter of the plate lens. The LED lamp beads are longitudinally arranged on the aluminum-based circuit board in parallel in series, and the two pole ends are provided with upward pins to be conveniently connected with a driving power socket.

Wherein the light guide groove, the irregular net grain type concave lens and the milky white vaporific lens can be formed at one time by a die pressing technology, and the reflector is arranged above the irregular net grain type concave lens; the modified flat plate type heat radiator can be made into a cylinder type together with the modified honeycomb type combined optical lens, and the diameter of the combined optical lens can be determined according to the requirement of illumination intensity.
The technical scheme is as follows:
the light guide groove is a rectangular groove formed around the lens material close to the plane, light of the LED light source is guided in from the groove, and the lens material is PVC plastic with good light transmission performance.
The irregular net-grain type concave lens is an irregular net-grain type groove which is formed on the upper plane of a lens material by pressing through a die, and all the grooves are arranged irregularly.
The reflecting plate is made of oil-light paper with good light reflection, and is arranged above the irregular mesh type concave lens and combined with the light-insulating connector.
The milky white fog lens is made of milky white lens material and is pressed on the lower surface of the fully transparent PVC lens material.
The volume of the lens is as small as possible and the irregular reticulate pattern arrangement between the lenses is combined with the reflector to form total diffuse reflection.
The aluminum-based lamp strip is placed in an inward-folded side groove formed by the straight droop of the width of 1-5 CM of the lower edge of the circular lamp shade structure of the deformed flat plate type radiator, and the middle of the aluminum-based lamp strip is bonded by heat-conducting silicone grease. The light is reflected and refracted for many times by adopting the reflective aluminum-based circuit board and the milky white vaporous particle type lens.
The lower portion adopts a curved surface-shaped structure in accordance with the expansion characteristics of the convex lens made of the lens material.
The periphery of the lower part of the deformed flat plate type radiator is vertically folded downwards to form an inward folded edge groove.
The deformed flat plate type heat radiator and the deformed honeycomb type combined optical lens are connected by threads through an insulating connector.
The light-proof connector is made of black light-proof PV material, and is conical and hollow, and the diameter of the large head end is equal to the upper diameter of the flat lens.
The light source part adopts 5730 type LED lamp beads which are longitudinally and parallelly arranged on the aluminum base circuit board, and the quantity of the used LED lamp beads can be adjusted according to different requirements of the illumination intensity of the lamp.
The basic principle is as follows: the LED is a point light source, light rays are transmitted in a straight line, and people feel dazzling if the LED is directly applied; the light rays are emitted into the lens from the light guide groove, and after the light rays are reflected by the reflector, scattered by the irregular reticulate pattern lens and diffusely reflected by the milky white foggy granular lens, light beams emitted by the point light source are changed into soft light rays which are uniformly projected into a space. Therefore, the eyes of people can feel soft light, and the purpose of protecting the eyes is achieved.
The application comprises the following steps: the LED bulb lamp, the LED desk lamp or other lighting equipment required by the lighting environment requiring soft light can be formed by making the LED bulb lamp, the LED desk lamp or the other lighting equipment with different diameters and taking the deformed flat plate radiator as a shell.

The novel eye-moistening type LED lamp is characterized by comprising three large blocks, namely a deformed honeycomb type combined optical lens, a deformed flat plate type radiator and shell and a light source part, wherein the deformed honeycomb type combined optical lens consists of five parts, namely a side light guide groove, a random mesh type concave lens, a reflector, an insulating connector and a milky white mist lens. The side light guide groove, the irregular net grain type concave lens and the milky white mist lens can be formed at one time through a die pressing technology, and the reflector is horizontally placed above the irregular net grain type concave lens and combined with the light insulation connector.

The novel eye-moistening LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein the deformed flat plate type heat radiator is in a circular lamp shade type structure, the lower edge of the deformed flat plate type heat radiator is vertically downward and has a width of 1CM, and the upper edge of the deformed flat plate type heat radiator is internally threaded; is formed by pressing an aluminum alloy plate having a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2 mm.
