Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method for detecting the rotating speed of a fan of a non-network-management type switch. Especially, the non-network management type ethernet switch with high port density and POE power supply has larger system power consumption and power consumption, the reliability of the whole machine depends on the normal work of the cooling fan, but the switch does not have the management function and cannot detect and control the rotating speed of the fan.
Background
The managed switch is controlled by the CPU of the switch to detect and control the rotation speed of the fan by the Frequency Generator and PWM. However, a non-network management type ethernet switch does not have a CPU, cannot detect and control the rotating speed of a fan, and can only detect a pass in a production link, a more common scheme is to see whether the fan rotates or not by naked eyes, and the rotating speed of the fan is not checked, but often, the fan is abnormal in rotating speed or accidentally jammed and abnormal in sound due to factors such as fan monomer difference, complete machine assembly and the like, and cannot be effectively intercepted in a production line, and the problem is exposed when a terminal user uses the fan for a period of time, and the function is abnormal due to poor heat dissipation of a product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for detecting the rotating speed of a fan of a non-network-management type switch, which can detect the abnormity of the rotating speed of the fan on a production line, can effectively detect the rotating speed of the fan and avoid the fan which does not meet the rotating speed requirement from flowing into the market.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a method for detecting the rotating speed of a fan of a non-network-management type switch comprises the following steps:
s1, powering on the unmanaged exchanger, and starting to rotate the fan;
s2, detecting the sound of the corresponding frequency spectrum area emitted by the fan;
s3, screening the volume of the corresponding frequency spectrum area, and extracting the frequency F1 with the highest decibel value;
s4, converting the frequency of the highest decibel value into the rotating speed of the fan;
s5, comparing the fan rotating speed obtained in the step S4 with a preset fan rotating speed interval, and returning to the step S1 after maintenance is needed if the fan rotating speed obtained in the step S4 is not in the preset fan rotating speed interval; if the fan speed obtained in step S4 is within the preset fan speed range, the shipment requirement is satisfied.
Further technical solution is that in step S4, the calculation formula of the fan speed is:
wherein R is the rotating speed of the fan and the unit is rotation/minute; f1 is the frequency of the highest decibel value extracted in step S3; and X is the number of the fan blades of the fan.
The further technical solution is that the fan speed interval preset in step S5 is 7650 and 9350 revolutions per minute.
Adopt the produced beneficial effect of above-mentioned technical scheme to lie in: the invention can accurately detect the rotating speed of the fan of the non-network-management type switch, screens the fan with abnormal rotating speed and solves the problem of inaccurate observation by naked eyes.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for detecting the rotation speed of a fan of a non-network-management type switch includes the following steps:
and S1, powering on the unmanaged exchanger, starting to rotate the fan, wherein the rotation can generate sound corresponding to the frequency spectrum region, and the working frequency domain of the fan is 0Hz-10 KHz.
And S2, detecting the sound of the corresponding frequency spectrum area emitted by the fan.
S3, screening the volume (decibel value) of the corresponding frequency spectrum area, and extracting the frequency F1 with the highest decibel value. And sequencing the decibel values according to the height, wherein the highest sound is the sound of the rotation of the fan, and the sound of other fans belonging to the environmental noise or far away is recorded as F1 by the frequency point corresponding to the highest decibel value.
S4, converting the frequency of the highest decibel value into the rotating speed of the fan, wherein the calculation formula of the rotating speed of the fan is as follows:
wherein R is the rotating speed of the fan and the unit is rotation/minute; f1 is the frequency of the highest decibel value extracted in step S3; and X is the number of the fan blades of the fan.
The frequency F1 of the highest decibel value in this embodiment is 773 hertz. Because each blade generates an audio frequency, the common fans used in ethernet switches have 5 blades and 7 blades. Taking 5 blades as an example, 5 times of audio frequency, i.e. 5 times of rotation speed, is acquired, so that the fan rotation speed needs to be divided by 5 when calculating.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the method for calculating the fan rotation speed R includes: 773 divided by 5 equals 154.6 in revolutions per second, converted to revolutions per minute multiplied by 60 seconds, 9276 revolutions per minute.
The number of the fan blades is used as a coefficient, and the rotating speed detection of different fans can be realized by sleeving the method into the coefficient.
The preset fan speed interval is 7650 and 9350 revolutions per minute.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
