Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may be embodied in many other forms than described herein and similarly modified by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, whereby the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a powertrain is provided that includes a crankcase 400 and a clutch cover 100, the clutch cover 100 being coupled to a side of the crankcase 400 remote from the water cooling system 300. In this way, the end of the crankshaft 500 remote from the water cooling system 300 can be sealed by connecting the clutch cover 100 and the crankcase 400 by welding, screwing, or the like.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in one embodiment, a clutch cover plate 100 is provided, which is disposed at a side of a crankshaft 500 remote from a water cooling system 300. Specifically, the clutch cover 100 includes a cover body 110 and a blocking member 200. Wherein, the cover body 110 is provided with an adjusting opening 111 corresponding to the crankshaft 500, the blocking piece 200 is used for blocking the adjusting opening 111, and the blocking piece 200 is detachably connected with the cover body 110.
In the clutch cover plate 100 of the above embodiment, the cover body 110 is detachably disposed on the side of the crankcase 400 away from the water cooling system 300 by welding or screwing, so that the end of the crankshaft 500 away from the water cooling system 300 is disposed corresponding to the adjustment opening 111 on the cover body 110, and the adjustment opening 111 is plugged by the plugging member 200. When the maintenance tasks such as valve clearance adjustment are needed and the crankshaft 500 is required to be rotated so that the piston of the engine is at the top dead center position, the plugging piece 200 is separated from the cover body 110 to open the adjusting port 111, so that the crankshaft 500 can be simply and conveniently rotated, the whole water cooling system 300 is not required to be dismantled, and the working time is saved.
The plugging member 200 may be in the form of a plugging cap or in the form of a plugging plug, and may be capable of plugging the adjustment port 111 to prevent foreign matters such as external dust from entering the crankcase 400 through the adjustment port 111 to affect the operation of the crankshaft 500, and being separated from the cap body 110 to facilitate rotation of the crankshaft 500 from the adjustment port 111. The cover body 110 may have a plate-shaped case structure.
The adjustment port 111 is disposed corresponding to the crankshaft 500, and the central axis of the adjustment port 111 may be coincident with or approximately coincident with the central axis of the crankshaft 500, which is only required to enable the crankshaft 500 to rotate by adjusting the crankshaft 500 through the adjustment port 111.
Wherein, the detachable connection of the blocking piece 200 and the cover body 110 means that the blocking piece 200 can block the adjusting opening 111, and the blocking piece 200 can also open the adjusting opening 111. The detachable connection mode can be a clamping mode, a plugging mode or a threaded fit mode, and the plugging piece 200 can be plugged by only being required to be separated from the cover body 110 conveniently. Of course, in other embodiments, in order to avoid the loss of the sealing member 200 after being separated from the cover body 110, the cover body 110 may be connected to the sealing member 200 by using a connecting element such as a pulling rope, and even if the sealing member 200 is pulled out from the adjusting opening 111 to open the adjusting opening 111, the connection between the cover body 110 and the sealing member 200 may be realized by using the connecting element such as the pulling rope, so as to avoid the loss of the sealing member 200.
In addition, in order to accurately adjust the piston to the top dead center position, a corresponding marking portion such as a marking point or a marking line may be provided at the position of the cover body 110 close to the adjustment opening 111, a marking portion such as a notch or a marking line may be provided on the crankshaft 500, and when the marking portion on the crankshaft 500 is aligned with the marking portion on the cover body 110 during rotation of the crankshaft 500, the adjustment of the piston to the top dead center position is indicated. Meanwhile, corresponding identification parts can be synchronously arranged on the cylinder head and the cam shaft, and when the identification parts on the cam shaft are aligned with the identification parts on the cylinder head, the piston is regulated to the upper dead center position.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the cap body 110 is optionally provided with a collision portion 112 for collision-fitting with the stopper 200, so that the stopper 200 has a tendency to move toward the direction approaching the cap body 110. Thus, when the plugging member 200 is connected with the cover body 110 to plug the adjustment opening 111, the abutting portion 112 on the cover body 110 is in abutting fit with the plugging member 200, so that the plugging member 200 moves towards the direction close to the cover body 110, and the plugging member 200 is combined with the cover body 110 more tightly, so that the plugging member 200 can better plug the adjustment opening 111, and the sealing performance is improved.
The abutting portion 112 may press the blocking member 200 by an abutting manner, so that the blocking member 200 has a tendency to move toward a direction approaching the cap body 110, for example, when the abutting portion 112 is in the form of an abutting piece or an abutting bar, an abutting force is applied to the blocking member 200, so that the blocking member 200 is pressed against the cap body 110. The abutting portion 112 may also lift up the blocking member 200 in a lifting manner, so that the blocking member 200 has a tendency to move toward the direction approaching the cap body 110, for example, when the abutting portion 112 is in the form of a protrusion or boss 113, an abutting force is applied to the blocking member 200, so that the blocking member 200 is deformed to abut against the blocking member 200.
The abutting portion 112 may be integrally formed with the cover body 110, or may be assembled or assembled by screwing, welding, or the like after being formed separately.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the outer surface 114 of the cover body 110 is optionally provided with a boss 113 provided around the adjustment opening 111. The closure member 200 includes a closed end 210 located outside the adjustment port 111, the closed end 210 being provided with a slot 211 for mating with the boss 113. In this way, when the plugging member 200 is used to plug the adjustment opening 111, the boss 113 is inserted into the slot 211 of the closed end 210, so that the closed end 210 is assembled with the cover body 110, and the closed end 210 is covered on the adjustment opening 111 to seal the adjustment opening 111. In addition, the boss 113 is inserted into the slot 211, so that the outer side 2121 wall of the boss 113 and the inner side wall of the slot 211 are mutually attached, the contact area between the cover body 110 and the plugging piece 200 is increased, the adjusting port 111 can be effectively plugged, and the sealing performance is improved.
Wherein the closed end 210 may be a sheet or a disc, and the diameter of the closed end 210 may be larger than the diameter of the adjustment port 111, thereby effectively shielding the adjustment port 111.
The boss 113 is preferably closed around the circumference of the adjustment opening 111, so as to avoid a gap between the closed end 210 and the boss 113. The boss 113 is preferably integrally formed with the cover body 110, thereby saving production costs.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the closed end 210 includes a first resilient flange 212. The side of the boss 113 away from the adjustment opening 111 is provided with an abutting portion 112. The abutting portion 112 is in abutting fit with the inner side wall of the slot 211, so that the first elastic flange 212 deforms towards the direction away from the boss 113 and has a tendency to shrink towards the direction approaching the boss 113. In this way, after the boss 113 is inserted into the slot 211, the inner side wall of the slot 211 is abutted by the abutting portion 112, so that the outer side 2121 of the first elastic flange 212 is jacked up, the outer side 2121 of the first elastic flange 212 is deformed towards the direction away from the boss 113, and then the middle portion 2122 of the first elastic flange 212 is extruded, so that the middle portion 2122 of the first elastic flange 212 has a tendency of shrinking towards the direction close to the boss 113, and the middle portion 2122 of the first elastic flange 212 is tightly attached to the cover body 110 to better seal the adjusting opening 111. In addition, after the abutting portion 112 abuts against the inner side wall of the slot 211, the outer side 2121 of the first elastic flange 212 is deformed to slightly tilt relative to the cover body 110, so as to facilitate the holding and apply the force to separate the plugging member 200 from the cover body 110.
The abutting portion 112 is disposed on the top surface of the boss 113 and located on the outer side 2121 of the boss 113, and may be in a protruding form.
The first elastic flange 212 may be made of rubber or silicone, and may deform when the first elastic flange 212 is stressed.
The outer side 2121 of the first elastic flange 212 refers to an edge portion of the first elastic flange 212; the middle portion 2122 of the first elastic flange 212 refers to a middle region surrounded by an outer edge portion. Similarly, the outer side 2121 of the boss 113 refers to an edge portion of the boss 113.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the plug 200 further includes a plug end 220 that is plugged into the adjustment port 111, and a locking portion 221 that is locked into engagement with the inner surface 115 of the cap body 110 is provided on an outer wall 2121 of the plug end 220. In this way, after the plugging end 220 passes through the adjusting opening 111, the plugging portion 221 is matched with the inner surface 115 of the cover body 110 in a clamped manner, so that the plugging piece 200 and the cover body 110 are stably and reliably assembled and connected, and the falling off of the cover body 110 and the plugging piece 200 is avoided. Of course, when the plugging member 200 needs to be separated from the cover body 110, the plugging end 220 can be pulled out from the adjustment opening 111 simply and conveniently only by applying a force to separate the clamping portion 221 from the inner surface 115 of the cover body 110. The clamping portion 221 may be a hook or a latch.
The plugging end 220 may be cylindrical or tubular, and the plugging end 220 may be assembled with the adjustment port 111 in an interference fit manner. The plugging end 220 is preferably integrally formed with the closed end 210, so that the production cost is saved. The plugging end 220 may also be made of elastic materials such as rubber or silica gel, so that the outer wall 2121 of the plugging end 220 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the adjustment opening 111.
In addition, the protrusion is in plug-in fit with the slot 211, and the joint part 221 is in joint fit with the inner surface 115 of the cover body 110, so that the assembly connection between the plugging member 200 and the cover body 110 is more stable.
The outer surface 114 of the cover body 110 refers to a surface of the cover body 110 away from the crankshaft 500; the inner surface 115 of the cover body 110 refers to the surface of the cover body 110 that is adjacent to the crankshaft 500.
As shown in fig. 7, the adjustment port 111 may alternatively have a first hole 1111 and a second hole 1112 communicating with each other, the diameter of the first hole 1111 being larger than the diameter of the second hole 1112. In this way, the adjusting opening 111 is in the form of a stepped hole, so that the contact area between the cover body 110 and the plugging piece 200 is increased, and the sealing performance is improved. Wherein, the inside wall of the second hole 1112 is provided with internal threads, the plugging member 200 comprises a cover 230 matched with the first hole 1111 and a connector 240 matched with the second hole 1112, and the outside 2121 wall of the connector 240 is provided with external threads in threaded connection with the internal threads. In this way, the connecting body 240 passes through the first hole 1111 and then extends into the second hole 1112, and the external thread of the connecting body 240 is matched with the internal thread of the second hole 1112, so that the connecting body 240 is screwed into the second hole 1112, and the cover body 230 is made to fill the first hole 1111, thereby realizing the blocking of the whole adjusting port 111.
It should be noted that, the cover 230 is matched with the first hole 1111, that is, the outline size or the shape size of the cover 230 is matched with the first hole 1111, so that the cover 230 can fill the first hole 1111, and the appearance quality of the clutch cover 100 is improved. The cover 230 may be disk-shaped or sheet-shaped. The connection body 240 may have a cylindrical shape or a cylindrical shape.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the bottom wall of the first hole 1111 is provided with a mounting groove 1113, the clutch cover 100 further includes a sealing member 600, the sealing member 600 is disposed in the mounting groove 1113, and the sealing member 600 is in sealing engagement with the cover 230. In this way, the cover 230 is filled in the first hole 1111 and then is in sealing engagement with the sealing member 600, thereby improving sealing performance. The combination of the internal threads and the external threads provides a tighter press fit of the cap 230 and the seal 600. Wherein the seal 600 may be in the form of a gasket or gasket.
As shown in fig. 7, further, the cover 230 includes a second elastic flange 231, and the sealing member 600 is disposed adjacent to the connection body 240. Also, the seal 600 protrudes from the mounting groove 1113 by a predetermined height to form the interference portion 112, deforming the second elastic flange 231 toward the protruding first hole 1111 and having a tendency to contract toward the bottom wall close to the first hole 1111. Thus, after the external threads of the connector 240 are in threaded engagement with the internal threads of the second hole 1112, the second elastic flange 231 is filled in the first hole 1111, and the second elastic flange 231 is abutted against the second elastic flange 231 by the abutting portion 112, so that the portion (corresponding portion for short) corresponding to the abutting portion 112 is lifted up, the corresponding portion of the second elastic flange 231 is deformed towards the direction protruding out of the first hole 1111, and both sides of the corresponding portion are pressed, so that both sides have a tendency of shrinking towards the bottom wall direction close to the first hole 1111, and thus both sides are tightly attached to the bottom wall of the first hole 1111 to better seal the adjustment opening 111.
In one embodiment, there is also provided a water-cooled motorcycle comprising the powertrain of any one of the embodiments described above.
In the water-cooled motorcycle of the above embodiment, when the maintenance tasks such as valve clearance adjustment are required and the crankshaft 500 is required to be rotated so that the piston of the engine is at the top dead center position, the plugging member 200 is separated from the cover body 110 to open the adjustment opening 111, so that the crankshaft 500 can be simply and conveniently rotated, the whole water-cooling system 300 is not required to be removed, and the working hours are saved.
