A bayonet 16 is formed between the bottom supporting strip part flanging strip and the bottom supporting strip part clamping strip. The plug is fixedly connected with one end of the push rod 49, and the other end of the push rod is slidably connected in the chute. The opening area of the outer section is larger than the opening area of the inner section. The plunger is capable of passing through the outer section into the inner section. The side wall of the chute is provided with a clamping groove 50. The push rod is provided with a hook head which is hooked in the clamping groove. When the plug moves outwards to pull out the hooking hole, the plug is hooked on the clamping groove through the groove head to pull the push plug together to pull out the hooking hole. An avoiding gap 51 for the push rod to move when the plug is pushed inwards to enable the plug to be embedded in the outer section is arranged between the push rod and the side wall of the inner section, which is far away from the back plate of the wrapping part.
