s4: starting an extension motor (30) through a controller (16), so that a swing arm (36) rotates, and a spray head (37) is close to algae at the bottom of a river channel;
s5: the pesticide applying water pump (15) is started through the controller (16), and the algae is applied in a short distance through the spray head (37);
s6: when the liquid level of the algaecide in the medicament cavity (20) is lower than the third photoelectric liquid level sensor (25), the controller (16) sends out a warning signal to remind a worker to add the algaecide;
s7: the collecting motor (39) is started through the controller (16), and the floating garbage is collected to the collecting groove;
