[ embodiment ]
The structure of the washing machine 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1, washing machine 1 includes washing machine main body 100, washing treatment agent tank 110, input box 120, operation unit 22, and washing tank 150 (see fig. 3). The washing treatment tub 110 is provided at an upper portion of the washing machine main body 100. The input box 120 is disposed at the front of the washing machine main body 100. The operation unit 22 is provided on the front side of the upper surface of the washing machine main body 100. The washing tub 150 is housed inside the washing machine main body 100.
The washing machine main body 100 includes a door 130 provided at a front side and a water supply connection port 140, and the water supply connection port 140 is connected to a water supply source such as a waterway provided at a rear side of an upper surface.
The door 130 is openably and closably provided with respect to the washing machine main body 100. The water supply connection port 140 is connected to the washing tub 150 via a water supply valve and a water supply pipe, not shown.
In the present embodiment, the washing machine 1 includes two washing treatment agent tanks 110. When two washing treatment agent tanks 110 are distinguished, one is referred to as a washing tank 111 and the other is referred to as a softener tank 112. The washing tank 111 contains a detergent as a washing treatment agent. The softener tank 112 contains a softener as a washing treatment agent. The washing tank 111 has a volume for storing a detergent in an amount capable of performing washing a plurality of times. The softener tank 112 has a volume for storing a quantity of softener that can be washed a plurality of times. The washing tub 111 and the softener tub 112 are detachably mounted to the washing machine main body 100. An openable/closable lid 113 is provided on the upper surface of the washing treatment agent tank 110.
The input box 120 is provided to be drawable from the washing machine main body 100. The input box 120 has a box shape having an opening (not shown) at an upper portion thereof, and is configured such that a user supplies the detergent into the input box 120 through the opening.
As shown in fig. 2, the operation unit 22 includes a start/pause key 221, a program switching unit 22, a program display and selection unit 223, a detergent automatic/manual switching unit 224, an operation content switching unit 225, and an operation state display unit 226. Hereinafter, the "start/pause key 221" is also referred to as a "start key 221".
The program switching unit 222 includes a washing program switching key 221, a washing-to-drying program switching key 2222, and a drying program switching key 2223.
As shown in the course display and selection part 223, the washing machine 1 has six operation courses, that is, a standard course, a shortening course, a home cleaning course, a carpet course, a wrinkle suppression course, and a pre-washing course.
The automatic/manual detergent switching unit 224 includes an automatic detergent input switching key 2241, an automatic detergent input switching display unit 2242, and an automatic softener input switching display unit 2243.
The operation content switching unit 225 includes a washing switch key 2251, a rinsing switch key 2252, a spin-drying switch key 2253, and a drying switch key 2254.
The operation state display unit 226 displays the selected operation contents, the progress status during operation, and the like.
The program display and selection unit 223 is configured to display (light up) only the operation program corresponding to the program switching key selected by the program switching unit 222. For example, if the user touches the washing program switch 2221, the washing program switch 2221 is turned on, and a standard program, a shortened program, a home cleaning program, a carpet program, and a pre-washing program are displayed. At this time, the wrinkle suppression program is not displayed (extinguished) (the wrinkle suppression program is a program corresponding only to the drying operation and therefore is not displayed). Further, each touch on the washing program switching key 2221 causes the selected operation program to blink in sequence. When the user touches start key 221 in a state where the operation program to be executed blinks (a state where the operation program is selected), washing machine 1 starts the operation according to the blinked operation program.
The automatic/manual detergent switching unit 224 sets on/off of the automatic supply of the detergent in the selected operation program. Specifically, when the user touches the automatic input switching key 2241 once in a state where the operation program to be executed blinks, the detergent automatic input switching display unit 2242 is displayed (lit), and the softener automatic input switching display unit 2243 is set to a non-display (off state) (first state). That is, the automatic detergent supply is set to on, and the automatic softener supply is set to off. When the user touches (touches twice) automatic input switching key 2241 again, both of detergent automatic input switching display unit 2242 and softener automatic input switching display unit 2243 are displayed (second state). That is, the automatic input of both the detergent and the softener is set to on. When the user touches the automatic input switching key 2241 once again (three times), the detergent automatic input switching display unit 224 is not displayed, and the softener automatic input switching display unit 2243 is displayed (third state). That is, the automatic detergent supply is set to off, and the automatic softener supply is set to on. When the user touches the automatic input switching key 2241 once again (four times), both the detergent automatic input switching display unit 2242 and the softener automatic input switching display unit 2243 are not displayed (fourth state). That is, the automatic input of both the detergent and the softener is set to be off. In a state where the operation program to be executed is flashing, the user touches automatic input switching key 2241 as many times as necessary, and after the on/off of the automatic input of the washing treatment agent is set to a desired state, touch start key 221. Thereby, the washing machine 1 starts the operation according to the flashing operation program and the set on/off operation of the automatic input.
In the selected operation program, when the on/off of the automatic supply of the washing treatment agent is previously set or preset, each operation program is selected, and the state is displayed in the automatic/manual switching unit 224 at first. In this case, the display is switched from the state of being initially displayed on the automatic/manual switching unit 224 by each user touching the automatic input switching key 2241. For example, when the state initially displayed on the automatic/manual switching unit 224 is the second state, the user touches the automatic input switching key 2241 once, and the display of the automatic/manual switching unit 224 is switched to the third state instead of the first state.
The operation content switching unit 225 is configured as follows: when the washing machine 1 performs the washing operation, the respective times or numbers of washing, rinsing, dehydrating, and drying can be switched in a state where the washing operation is suspended. Specifically, when the user touches the flush switch 2251, the rinse switch 2252, and the dry switch 2254 in a state where the operation is suspended by touching the start/pause key 221, the respective times of flushing, rinsing, and drying are switched. When the user touches spin-drying switching key 2253, the number of times of spin-drying is switched. The respective times and the number of times of switching are displayed on the operation state display unit 226.
In the washing machine 1, based on input information input by the user from the operation unit 22 configured as described above, the washing operation, the rinsing operation, the spin-drying operation, the drying operation, and the like are executed.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a configuration in which, in the internal configuration of washing machine 1, detergent (washing treatment agent) 30 is put into washing tub 150 from washing tub 111 (washing treatment agent tub 110) and input box 120. As described above, the washing machine 1 includes the two detergent treatment agent tanks 110, but in fig. 3, only the detergent tank 111 in which the detergent 30 is stored is shown among the two detergent treatment agent tanks 110. The structure of the softener tank 112 is the same as that of the washing tank 111, and therefore, illustration and description thereof are omitted. In fig. 3, the case where the detergent 30 is supplied to the input box 120 as the detergent treatment agent and the detergent 30 is input from the input box 120 to the washing tub 150 is shown as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the loading cassette 120 may be configured as follows: the detergent supply box 120 can be provided with a detergent supply position and a softener supply position, and the softener can be put into the washing tub 150 from the detergent supply box 120.
As shown in fig. 3, the washing tank 150 includes a first inlet 151 and a second inlet 152. A washing tank 111 is disposed above the first inlet 151. An input valve 21 is provided at a lower portion of the washing tank 111 so as to be positioned above the first input port 151, and the input valve 21 functions as an input unit 21 (see fig. 4) described later. The input valve (input unit) 21 is configured to be opened and closed under the control of the input control unit 11. The input controller 11 opens the input valve 21, and the detergent 30 in the washing tank 111 is input into the washing tank 150 through the first input port 151.
On the other hand, the input box 120 is provided above the second input port 152. The detergent 30 is supplied to the input box 120 by the user. In this way, the ready state in which the detergent 30 is supplied from the input box 120 to the washing tub 150 by the user so that the detergent 30 can be supplied from the input box 120 is also referred to as "setting of detergent (washing treatment agent) by the user". The input box 120 is configured to control whether or not the detergent 30 is supplied from the input box 120 to the washing tub 150 by the input controller 11. When the input control unit 11 closes the input valve 21, the detergent 30 is input from the input box 120 to the washing tank 150 through the second input port 152. Specifically, the washing machine 1 is configured as follows: for example, a part of the water supplied from the water supply source to the washing machine 1 via the water source connection port 140 (see fig. 1) is supplied into the input box 120, and the detergent 30 is supplied together with the water to the washing tub 150 via the second input port 152. When the input control unit 11 opens the input valve 21, water is not supplied into the input cartridge 120. The washing machine 1 further includes a detergent sensor 24, and the detergent sensor 24 detects whether or not the detergent 30 enters the input box 120.
The washing tank 111 contains a quantity of the detergent 30 that can be washed a plurality of times. The input control unit 11 opens the input valve 21 for a predetermined time, and supplies the amount of the detergent 30 necessary for one washing operation from the washing tank 111 to the washing tank 150. That is, for example, by the user temporarily supplying the detergent 30 in the volume amount of the washing tub 111 to the washing tub 111, the washing machine 1 can repeatedly perform the washing operation until there is no detergent 30 in the washing tub 111. On the other hand, the detergent 30 is supplied to the input box 120 in an amount necessary for one washing operation at a time according to the user's demand.
In fig. 3, for the sake of simplicity of explanation, two inlets (a first inlet 151 and a second inlet 152) are provided in the washing tub 150, but the first inlet 151 and the second inlet 152 may be one inlet. That is, the following configuration is possible: the detergent from the washing tank 111 and the detergent from the input box 120 are supplied to the washing tank 150 through the same input port.
Next, the detailed structure of the washing machine 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with further reference to fig. 4 and 5.
Fig. 4 particularly shows components related to control of the operation of the washing machine 1. As shown in fig. 4, washing machine 1 includes washing control device 10, input unit 21 (see fig. 3), operation unit 22 (see fig. 1 and 2), water supply unit 23 for supplying water to washing tub 150, washing treatment agent sensor 24 (see fig. 3), notification unit 25, and capacity sensor 26.
Washing control device 10 includes input control unit 11, program setting unit 12, program determining unit 13, storage unit 14, water supply control unit 15, and notification control unit 16. The washing control device 10 is configured to control the input unit 21, the water supply unit 23, and the notification unit 25.
The input controller 11 controls on/off of the input unit 21, and the input unit 21 inputs the detergent (cleaning agent) 30 from the washing tank 111 (cleaning agent tank 110) to the washing tank 150. The on state of the input unit 21 means that the input unit 21 performs input of the detergent 30 from the washing tub 111 to the washing machine 150 (hereinafter, also referred to as "on state of automatic input", "on automatic input", and the like). The opening of the input unit 21 means that the input unit 21 does not perform the input of the detergent 30 from the washing tub 111 to the washing tub 150 (hereinafter, also referred to as "automatic input opening", and the like). In the present embodiment, the conduction of the input portion 21 means that the input control portion 11 opens the input valve (input portion) 21 shown in fig. 3. The disconnection of the input portion 21 means that the input control portion 11 closes the input valve (input portion) 21.
The program setting unit 12 is configured as follows: in the six operation courses described above, input information indicating on/off (on/off of automatic input) of the input unit 21 is independently associated with each of the five operation courses. Specifically, the program setting unit 12 relates the input information independently of the standard program, the shortening program, the home cleaning program, the carpet program, and the wrinkle suppression program. The program setting unit 12 stores each operation program and input information relating to each operation program in a table of the storage unit 14 shown in fig. 5. Fig. 5 shows each operation program at a certain time and the input information associated with each operation program. Note that the input information shown in fig. 5 shows on/off of the automatic input of the detergent, and for the sake of simplicity of explanation, the input information showing on/off of the automatic input of the softener is omitted in fig. 5. The pre-wash program is a program for washing only with water without using a detergent or a softener, and the input information cannot be correlated with the pre-wash program, that is, the input information cannot be set in the pre-wash program. That is, the program setting unit 12 is configured as follows: the investment information is associated with only a part of the six operating programs (five operating programs).
The program determining unit 13 sequentially switches one operation program to be determined for each switching key of the program switching unit 222 shown in fig. 2 in the operation unit 22 by the user operation. The operation program determined by the program determining unit 13 is displayed in the program display and selection unit 223 (see fig. 2).
Program setting unit 12 determines the operation program in program determining unit 13, and updates the corresponding input information in the table in storage unit 14 for each operation of automatic input switching key 2241 of washing treatment agent automatic/manual switching unit 224 shown in fig. 2 in operation unit 22 by the user. For example, when the operation program determined by the program determining unit 13 is the "home cleaning program", the program determining unit 12 updates the table of the storage unit 14 when the user operates the automatic input switching key 2241 to select the on state of the automatic input of the detergent. That is, the program setting unit 12 updates the input information corresponding to the "home cleaning program" in the table of the storage unit 14 from "off" (see fig. 5) to "on". In addition, when the automatic throw-in switching key 2241 is not operated, the program setting unit 12 does not update the throw-in information stored in the storage unit 14. In addition, when the operation program determined by the program determining unit 13 is the pre-wash program, that is, when the input information cannot be set, the program setting unit 12 does not update the input information in the table of the storage unit 14 even if the automatic input switching key 2241 is operated.
In the washing process automatic/manual switching unit 224, the detergent automatic input switching display unit 2242 and the softener automatic input switching display unit 2243 are respectively displayed or not displayed based on the input information stored in the storage unit 14 at the time.
The input control unit 11 obtains input information associated with the operation program determined by the program determining unit 13 from the storage unit 14. The input control unit 11 determines on/off of the input unit 21 based on the input information obtained from the storage unit 14. For example, when the operation program determined by the program determining unit 13 is the "shortened program", the input control unit 11 obtains the input information "on" associated with the "shortened program" from the storage unit 14 (see fig. 5), and determines the on of the input unit 21.
In this way, the input control unit 11 controls the input unit 21, i.e., on/off automatic input, based on the input information obtained from the storage unit 14. Specifically, when the input information indicates the conduction of the input unit 21, the input control unit 11 conducts the input unit 21. That is, the input control unit 11 opens the input valve 21, and as shown in fig. 3, the detergent 30 in the washing tank 111 is input into the washing tank 150 through the first input port 151. On the other hand, when the input information shows that the input unit 21 is turned off, the input control unit 11 turns off the input unit 21. That is, the input controller 11 closes the input valve 21 and controls the input box 120 to input the detergent 30 from the input box 120 to the washing tub 150.
The washing treatment agent sensor 24 detects whether or not the washing agent 30 enters the input box 120 (see fig. 3). As the washing processor sensor 24, for example, a weight sensor that detects the weight of the input cartridge 120 can be used. The water supply control unit 15 obtains a detection result from the washing treatment agent sensor 23. The water supply control unit 15 obtains input information associated with the operation program determined by the program determination unit 13 from the storage unit 14. The detection result from the detergent sensor 24 shows that the setting of the detergent 30 by the user to the input box 120 is not completed, and when the input information shows that the input part 21 is disconnected, the water supply control part 15 controls the water supply part to control the water supply part 23 to stop the water supply to the washing tub 150.
The notification control unit 16 obtains the detection result from the washing treatment agent sensor 24. The notification control unit 16 obtains, from the storage unit 14, input information associated with the operation program determined by the program determination unit 13. The detection result from the detergent sensor 24 shows that the setting of the detergent 30 by the user to the input box 120 is not completed, and in the case where the input information shows the disconnection of the input part 21, the notification control part 16 controls the notification part 25 to notify the setting instruction of the detergent 30. At this time, as described above, water supply to washing tub 150 is stopped by water supply unit 23. Therefore, the notification by the notification unit 25 is performed before the start of the water supply unit 23. Thus, water supply from water supply unit 23 is not started until the user sets detergent 30 to be put into cartridge 120. Therefore, the washing operation can be prevented from being started without the detergent 30 being put into the washing tub 150. As a method of notification, for example, the notification unit 25 may generate a sound as a setting instruction or a notification signal to the mobile terminal as a setting instruction.
The volume sensor 26 detects the volume of laundry in the washing tub 150 (volume sensing). The input control unit 11 obtains a detection result from the capacity sensor 26. When the input information obtained from the storage unit 14 indicates that the input unit 21 is on, the input control unit 11 inputs the detergent 30 in the washing tank 150 in a required amount for a required time to turn on the input unit 21 based on the detection result from the capacity sensor 26. The detection result from the capacity sensor 26 is also obtained by the notification control unit 16. Based on this, notification control unit 16 causes notification unit 25 to notify setting instructions of detergent 30 after capacity sensor 26 detects the capacity of clothes to be washed in washing tub 150.
Based on the setting instruction from notification unit 25 or before the setting instruction is generated, the user finds that the setting is forgotten, and after the setting of detergent 30 in input cartridge 120 is completed, water supply control unit 13 causes water supply unit 23 to start water supply by touching start key 221 (see fig. 2).
Next, the flow of the washing operation in the washing machine 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 6.
First, the power of the washing machine 1 is turned on (step S1).
When the user operates the operation unit 22, the operation unit 22 outputs input information corresponding to the operation content. The program determining section 13 obtains input information from the operating section 22 (step S2). Based on the input information, the program determining unit 13 determines one operation program among the six operation programs. The program setting unit 12 updates the input information corresponding to the determined operation program in the table of the storage unit 14, based on the input information. Further, according to the content of the input information, as described above, the program setting unit 12 does not update the input information of the table of the storage unit 14.
When operation unit 22 outputs input information corresponding to the touch (on) of start key 221 (step S3), washing machine 1 starts the operation corresponding to the operation program determined by program determination unit 13.
When the operation is started, the displacement sensor 26 senses the displacement of the laundry in the washing tub 150 (step S4).
The water supply control unit 15 and the input control unit 11 refer to the storage unit 14 and determine whether or not the input information corresponding to the operation program determined by the program determination unit 13 is "on" (step S5).
If the input information is "on" (YES in step S5), water supply controller 15 controls water supply unit 23 to start water supply to washing tub 150 (step S6).
Next, the input controller 11 controls the input unit 21 to input the washing treatment agent (detergent) 39 from the washing treatment agent tank 110 (washing tank 111) to the washing tank 150 (step S7).
On the other hand, if the input information is "off" (step S5: NO), the input controller 11 determines whether or not the detergent 30 is set in the input box 120 based on the detection result from the detergent sensor 24 (step S8).
If the washing treatment agent 30 is not set (NO in step S8), the water supply controller 15 controls the water supply unit 23 to stop the water supply to the washing tub 150 (step S9). Further, the notification control unit 16 causes the notification unit 25 to notify the setting instruction (step S10).
On the other hand, when washing treatment agent 30 is set (YES in step S8), water supply controller 15 controls water supply unit 23 to start water supply to washing tub 150 (step S11).
Next, the input controller 11 controls the input box 120 to input the washing treatment agent 30 from the input box 120 into the washing tub 150 (step S12).
The input controller 11 causes the washing machine 1 to start the washing operation corresponding to the operation program determined by the program unit determining unit 13 (step S13) after the washing treatment agent 30 is input from the washing treatment agent tank 110 to the washing tank 150 (step S7) or after the washing treatment agent 30 is input from the input box 120 to the washing tank 150 (step S12). The washing operation includes flushing, rinsing, and dewatering operations. Then, the washing machine 1 ends the washing operation (step S14).
As described above, according to the washing machine 1, convenience related to automatic input of a detergent treatment agent such as a detergent for a plurality of operation courses can be improved. That is, the automatic supply of the washing treatment agent is not set to be on/off in a lump for a plurality of operation courses, but can be set to be "on" or "off" for each of a plurality of operation courses. Therefore, by setting the automatic input to "off" as required, a different type of detergent (softener) from the detergent (or softener) contained in the washing treatment agent 110 can be used. In addition, the program setting unit 12 stores the operation program and the input information related thereto in the storage unit 14 in advance, in an operation program in which information (input information) on/off of automatic input of the detergent treatment agent is set once. Accordingly, when the program determining unit 13 determines the same operation program next, it is not necessary to set the input information again. Therefore, the input information can be omitted for each setting. Of course, the input information can be changed when it is to be changed.
[ modified examples ]
Next, a modified example of the washing machine 1 of the present embodiment will be described. The modifications described below can be applied by appropriately combining the configurations of the above-described embodiment and other modifications.
(modification 1)
As shown in fig. 4, the washing machine 1 may be provided with a water sensor 27.
The transparency of the water supplied into washing tub 150 is detected by water sensor 27, and the presence of detergent 30 in input box 120 is detected (see fig. 3). Specifically, when a predetermined amount of water is supplied into washing tub 150, water supply control unit 15 stops water supply from water supply unit 23, and water sensor 27 detects the transparency of the water in washing tub 150 to which the water is supplied. When the transparency of the water supplied into the washing tub 150 is higher than a predetermined transparency, the water sensor 27 outputs a detection result showing that the setting of the detergent 30 into the input box 120 by the user has not been completed. When the transparency of the water supplied into the washing tub 150 is equal to or less than a predetermined transparency, the water sensor 27 outputs a detection result indicating that the setting of the detergent 30 into the input box 120 by the user is completed.
The notification control section 16 obtains the detection result from the water sensor 27. The notification control unit 16 obtains, from the storage unit 14, input information associated with the operation program determined by the program determination unit 13. When the detection result from the water sensor 27 shows that the setting of the detergent 30 by the user to the input box 120 is not completed and the input information shows that the input unit 21 is turned off, the notification unit 25 is controlled to notify the setting instruction of the detergent 30. Based on the setting instruction from notification unit 25 or before the setting instruction is generated, water supply control unit 15 causes water supply unit 23 to restart water supply when the user finds that the setting is forgotten and the setting of detergent 30 to loading tray 120 is completed and touches start key 221 (see fig. 2). With this configuration, the washing operation can be prevented from being started in a state where detergent 30 is not supplied into washing tub 150. In the case of modification 1, notification is performed by the notification unit 25 after the start of water supply to the washing tub 150 and before the completion of water supply.
(modification two)
In the above embodiment, the washing machine 1 itself is provided with the washing control device 10 as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the following may be configured: the washing control device 10 is set in a server, and controls the input unit 21, the water supply unit 23, and the notification unit 25 of the washing machine 1 via a communication line.
