Abstract
The invention discloses a method for fixing and softening loose fibers, which comprises the following implementation steps: 1) placing loose fibers to be treated on a belt in a horizontal direction; 2) pumping the color fixing agent, the over-soft silicone oil and the auxiliary agent into an atomization device by using an atomization injector, and heating; 3) starting a belt to drive bulk fibers to be treated to enter a box body of the opener, and atomizing the color fixing agent, the over-soft silicone oil and the auxiliary agent by an atomizing device to ensure that the box body is filled with atomized particles; 4) under the action of the atomized airflow, the atomized particles and the loose fibers are fully and uniformly stirred and combined together, and the liquid carrying rate of the loose fibers is increased to 5% by controlling the time of the loose fibers in the box body; 5) the loose fibers are conveyed to a dryer to be dried under the action of the wood chain, so that the requirements of color fixation and over-softening of the loose fibers are met. The invention has strong practicability and functionality, and can be widely applied to the technical field of loose fiber color fixation.

Background
The traditional water-soluble color fixing agent, the over-softening silicone oil and the auxiliary agent have low effective absorption rate, so that a large amount of unabsorbed color fixing agent is caused, the over-softening silicone oil is discharged into sewage, the environment is polluted, and the cost is increased, thereby influencing the development of corresponding industries.
Therefore, a technology capable of improving the above-mentioned state of the art has yet to be proposed.

5) the loose fibers are conveyed to a dryer to be dried under the action of the wood chain, so that the requirements of color fixation and over-softening of the loose fibers are met.
Further, the atomization device sets a working condition package in the atomization process: the hydraulic pressure is 0.5-2Mpa, and the air pressure is 4-8 Mpa.
Further, the time of the loose fibers in the box body is 20-30 seconds.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the invention can effectively and uniformly combine the loose fibers, the color fixing agent, the over-softening silicone oil and the auxiliary agent together, further reduce the waste of the color fixing agent, the over-softening silicone oil and the auxiliary agent, reduce the sewage discharge and reduce the cost.

5) the loose fibers are conveyed to a dryer to be dried under the action of the wood chain, so that the requirements of color fixation and over-softening of the loose fibers are met.
