Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, in the embodiment, a method for detecting the travel safety of a wind turbine tower without climbing includes the following steps;
step S1: detecting a field environment facility, wherein the field environment meets the requirements of the working environment of the manned lifting device and the use environment of the instrument equipment, and monitoring the field environment through environment monitoring equipment; the operating environment requirements of the instruments and equipment refer to instrument and equipment operating procedures and specifications, and when the facility and the environmental conditions are found to endanger the inspection result or the safety of the personal equipment, the inspection is immediately stopped, and the equipment is treated to meet the operating requirements;
wherein, the field environmental conditions basically require: the power supply of the hoisting device is three-phase alternating current 380V or alternating current 220V, the frequency is 50Hz/60Hz, and the voltage fluctuation of the power supply system at the access position of the man-carrying hoisting device feeder line should not exceed +/-5% of the rated voltage;
climatic conditions examined by the manned lifting device: ambient temperature: -40 ℃ to +50 ℃, the average temperature not exceeding +35 ℃ over 24 hours; relative humidity at +25 ℃ is not more than 95%;
the environment monitoring equipment comprises a waterproof bottom plate 1, a protective side plate 2, an electric cylinder 3, a protective top plate 4, a lifting support 5, a monitoring assembly 6, an environment-friendly assembly 7 and a bearing support 8, wherein the protective side plate 2 is fixedly installed at the edge position of the top end face of the waterproof bottom plate 1, the electric cylinders 3 are fixedly installed on two sides of the top end face of the waterproof bottom plate 1 through screws, the lifting support 5 is installed at one end of the top of the electric cylinder 3 through a piston rod in a connected mode, the protective top plate 4 is fixedly installed at one end of the top of the lifting support 5, the environment-friendly assembly 7 is arranged on the top end face of the protective top plate 4, the monitoring assembly 6 is fixedly installed in the center of the top end face of the waterproof bottom plate 1, and the bearing support 8 is fixedly installed around the bottom end face of the waterproof bottom plate 1;

the climbing-free device comprises a tower ladder 01, a cross beam frame 02, a welding underframe 03, a transmission top wheel 04, a fixed seat 05, a transmission bottom wheel 06, a lifting steel cable 07, a lighting assembly 08 and a climbing-free assembly 09, wherein the cross beam frame 02 is fixedly installed on one side of the top end face and one side of the bottom end face of the tower ladder 01 through bolts respectively, the welding underframe 03 is fixedly installed on the outer side of the cross beam frame 02 on the top of the tower ladder 01 through bolts, the fixed seat 05 is fixedly installed at one end of the bottom of the tower ladder 01, transmission end covers are fixedly installed on one side of the cross beam frame 02, the transmission top wheel 04 is installed between the transmission end covers on one side of the top of the tower ladder 01, the transmission bottom wheel 06 is installed between the transmission end covers on one side of the bottom of the tower ladder 01, the lifting steel cable 07 is connected between the transmission bottom wheel 06 and the transmission top wheel 04, the climbing-free assembly 09 is arranged on the outer side of the lifting steel cable 07, the climbing-free assembly 09 is positioned on the outer side of the tower ladder 01, and the other side of the end face of the tower ladder 01 is provided with the lighting assembly 08;

when the device is used, the cross beam frame 02 and the welding underframe 03 on one side of the top of the tower ladder stand 01, the cross beam frame 02 and the fixing seat 05 on one side of the bottom of the tower ladder stand 01 can enable two ends of the tower ladder stand 01 to have stable connecting structures, so that the device has a stable structure in the lifting process; the safety during lifting is improved; in the lifting process, the climbing-free component 09 rubs with the lifting steel cable 07, so that the lifting effect is achieved, the lifting steel cable 07 is driven between the transmission top wheel 04 and the transmission bottom wheel 06, and in the lifting process of the climbing-free component 09, the lighting effect is improved through the lighting component 08; when the driving motor 095 on one side of the motor base 094 works in the driving shell 091, the driving wheel 096 is driven to rotate through the driving shaft, and under the action of the first tension wheel 097 and the second tension wheel 098, the driving motor 095 can rub with the lifting steel cable 07, so that the driving shell 091 and the climbing-free device body 092 can be lifted, when an operator stands on the weighing pedal 093, the weight can be weighed through the weight scale on the weighing pedal 093, and the overload condition is avoided; in the process of lifting the driving shell 091 and the climbing-free device body 092, the electric guide rail 081 and the guide slide block 082 work, the guide slide block 082 moves on the outer side of the electric guide rail 081, the guide slide block 082 drives the first lamp holder 084 to lift through the linkage rod 083, and the first illuminating lamp 085 arranged on one side of the first lamp holder 084 and the second illuminating lamp 087 arranged on one side of the second lamp holder 086 can illuminate, so that the lighting effect of an operator can be improved, and the operation is convenient;
step S2: detecting the appearance of the equipment; checking whether the following data of the using units are complete or stored:
a. the quality of the whole machine product is proved to be qualified;
b. the quality of the part product is qualified;
c. the product type test proves;
d. installing a self-checking report;
checking whether the self-checking report and the use record are complete or not in the regular checking period of the use unit, and whether the self-checking report and the use record are filed and kept or not;
the climbing-free device is provided with a nameplate for marking the marks of manufacturers, rated load capacity, number of people and important technical parameters, and the nameplate is pasted on an obvious part; the space at the lower part of the climbing-free device is provided with a safety color mark, and people are prohibited from entering the climbing-free device when the climbing-free device is normally operated;
the bearing bracket of the climbing-free device has no obvious visible cracks, deformation and corrosion; the ladder beam and the foot bar of the ladder have no defects of obvious deformation, missing parts, damage and the like; the ladder stand is connected with the tower barrel without obvious defects of looseness, part missing, damage and the like;
wherein, when one of the following condition appears in wire rope, wire rope should be scrapped:
a. cage-like distortion, rope core extrusion, kinking, partial flattening, bending, strand breaking and the like occur;
b. more than 8 broken wires appear in the range of 30 times of the diameter of the steel wire rope;
c. the abrasion of the steel wire rope exceeds 7 percent of the nominal diameter of the steel wire rope;
and step S3: detecting main parts, including a driving device, a steel wire rope, a vehicle body, a guide rail and accessories thereof;
1) The driving device detects: the driving device is effectively fixed, and the fixing bolt is not loosened, lost or rusted; the driving device has no abnormal sound when working; the no-load current of the driving motor is in accordance with the specified limit value, the cooling fan of the driving motor is effective, and the speed reducer has no oil leakage; the brake is normally closed, the brake is stable and reliable, the brake clearance meets the specified limit value, and the thickness of the brake friction disc meets the specified limit value; the driving wheel is smoothly matched with the steel wire rope, the driving wheel does not slip when running, the diameter ratio of the driving wheel to the steel wire rope is not less than 20 times, the diameter ratio of the winding diameter of the guide wheel to the diameter of the steel wire rope is not less than 16 times, and the driving wheel and the guide wheel anti-groove-falling device work effectively;
2) And (3) steel wire rope detection: the newly replaced steel wire rope should be qualified, and the nominal diameters of the working steel wire rope and the safety steel wire rope should not be less than 6mm; the suspension of the working steel wire rope and the suspension of the safety steel wire rope are independent from each other, the steel wire rope is provided with a tensioning device, is reliably fixed and is in a tensioning state, the tail end of the steel wire rope is firmly and reliably connected and fixed, and the steel wire rope, a cable, a platform and the like do not have interference;
3) Vehicle body detection: the parts of the vehicle body are not loosened, deformed and damaged, the vehicle body operating handle, the emergency stop button and the change-over switch are normal, the vehicle body guide wheel is not abnormally abraded, the clamping stagnation phenomenon is avoided when the vehicle body runs along the guide rail, the permanent anti-falling device between the vehicle body and the guide rail is effective, and the vehicle body operator safety protection device is effective;
4) Detecting the guide rail and the accessory device thereof: each guide rail is provided with at least 2 pressing plates which are fixed on the crawling ladder bracket, the guide rails are connected by adopting the guide plates, the joint of the guide rails is not misplaced, the bolts of the pressing plates for connecting the guide rails and the crawling ladder bracket are not loosened, corroded or lost, and the guide rails are not abnormally abraded or broken; the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate are firmly installed, the upper buffering device and the lower buffering device are firmly fixed and are not damaged, the platform speed reducing device is correctly and firmly installed, the top wheel assembly is firmly fixed and is not damaged and replaced, and the fixed pressing plate and the bolts are not rusted;
and step S4: the detection of the safety protection and protection device comprises the detection of an anti-falling protection device, an overload protection device, a limit protection device, a profile limit device, an emergency stop switch, a deceleration alarm device, a manual slide-down device, a buffer and a protection cover;
1) The anti-falling protection device detects: the anti-falling protection device independent of the working rope system is arranged on the car body, a user is required to arrange the anti-falling protection device independent of the anti-falling protection of the car body, the anti-falling protection device is reliable in work and free from sliding after locking, the anti-falling protection device cannot automatically reset in a locking state and is required to be used within a calibrated effective period, the calibrated effective period is not more than 1 year, and when the anti-falling device adopts an anti-falling sliding block mode, the anti-falling sliding block is required to have an anti-mounting reverse design;
2) Detection of an overload protection device: the overload protection device sends out audible and visual alarm when the vehicle body is overloaded and prevents the climbing-free device from starting or lifting until the overload condition is relieved;
3) And (3) detecting a limiting protection device: the climbing-free device is provided with an upper limit device and a lower limit device, and the actions of the upper limit device and the lower limit device are accurate and reliable;
wherein, the in-process that limit protection device detected, when setting up limit switch, inspection limit switch should accord with following requirement:
a. a limit switch is arranged at the uppermost end of the travel, and the limit switch can cut off the power supply before the elevator car is contacted with other components, so that the elevator car stops;
b. the limit switch and the limit switch should not share one trigger element;
c. the limit switch should be triggered directly by movement of the car or its related components;
d. after the limit switch is triggered, the elevator must wait until manually released to resume operation.
4) Detection of a limit position protection device: the climbing-free device is provided with an upper travel limiting device and a lower travel limiting device, and the upper travel limiting device and the lower travel limiting device are accurate and reliable in action;
5) Detecting a contour limiting device: for the car body provided with the contour limiting device, when the platform cover plate is not opened or runs and meets obstacles, the car body stops running immediately; the bottom and the top of the lift car are provided with contour limiting devices, the bottom of the lift car is limited by a contour without a dead point, and the lift car stops running when a barrier in a running area of the elevator touches the contour limiting devices in the running process of the lift car;
6) Detection of an emergency stop switch: red emergency stop switches are arranged on a panel of the creeper-free vehicle body, a remote controller and an electric cabinet, have obvious stop marks and cannot be automatically reset after being pressed;
7) Detecting by a deceleration alarm device: when the car body passes through a tower flange and a platform cover plate, the car body should have the functions of automatic deceleration, automatic recovery of normal running speed after passing and matching with sound and light alarm;
8) Detecting a manual sliding device: the climbing-free device is provided with a manual sliding device which can enable the vehicle body to stably descend when power is cut off, and the action is reliable;
9) Buffer detection: the climbing-free device is provided with rigid limit buffer devices at the upper limit position and the lower limit position of the running of the vehicle body;
10 Protection cover detection: the exposed rotating part of the climbing-free device is provided with a protective cover;
step S5: detection of a control system; the method comprises the detection of a control mode, a control device and a remote controller;
1) And (3) detecting a control mode: the climbing-free device is provided with three control modes, namely a vehicle body, an electric cabinet and a handheld remote control, the vehicle body has priority control, the interlocking function is effective, the control mode is inching control, and the electric cabinet control has automatic control and forced return functions;
2) The control device detects: the control device should meet the following requirements:
a. an ascending switch and a descending switch are arranged on a vehicle body panel, a remote controller and an electric cabinet;
b. the control power supply of the control box and the remote control device is safe voltage, and the voltage is not more than 36V;
c. the vehicle body is required to be operated by pressing the fingers of two hands, and the vehicle body can only operate when the fingers of two hands press the operating buttons simultaneously;
d. the button of the button plate has reliable action and clear and accurate identification;
3) Detecting by a remote controller: the remote controller works normally, the battery has sufficient electric quantity, the battery of the remote controller has the functions of voltage signal display and voltage low alarm, the remote controller can be directly charged on the control box, and the wireless signal of the remote controller is a special wireless signal;
step S6: detection of an electrical system; the method comprises the detection of grounding, electrical insulation, a main power supply contactor, short-circuit protection and leakage protection;
1) And (3) grounding detection: the electric leakage protection device is arranged on the TT system, the grounding resistance is not more than 4 omega, exposed conductive parts of all electrical equipment, wire tubes and wire grooves are reliably connected with the protection line PE except for safe voltage of the electrical system;
2) And (3) electrical insulation detection: the insulation resistance of the power circuit, lighting circuit and electrical safety device circuit should be no less than 2 Μ Ω;
3) Detecting a main power supply contactor: the power supply source should be provided with a main power supply contactor which should reliably cut off the power supply of the climbing-free device;
4) Short-circuit protection detection: at least one level of short-circuit protection, automatic circuit breaker or fuse is required to be arranged;
5) And (3) leakage protection detection: a leakage protection device is required to be arranged, and the residual action current and the action time of the leakage protection device meet the relevant requirements;
step S7: detecting noise; when the engine runs under rated load, abnormal vibration and sound are avoided, and the passing noise value in normal operation and running is not larger than 79dB;
step S8: detecting a running test; the vehicle body runs up and down at a normal running speed, and the operation mechanism, the control system, the safety protection device and the brake act reliably and accurately without interference with other structures; each mechanism has stable action, normal operation and no abnormal sound, and can realize the specified function;
step S9: the new installation periodically checks for additional tests for the first time; the method comprises the following steps: detecting a static load test, a dynamic load test, a braking performance test, a falling test and a performance test;
1) And (3) static load test detection: 125% rated load capacity is uniformly distributed on the vehicle body, and whether the following requirements are met is checked:
a. the main stressed component has no obvious cracks, permanent deformation and paint peeling; the connection looseness or damage does not occur at the connection part of the main components;
b. no other damage affecting performance and safety;
c. standing for 10min under the action state of the anti-falling device, wherein the downward sliding amount is less than or equal to 10mm;
2) And (3) dynamic load test detection: the vehicle body is uniformly distributed with 110 percent rated load capacity, and whether the following requirements are met or not is checked:
a. all mechanisms, parts and the like work normally;
b. the mechanisms and the structural parts are not damaged, and the joints are not loosened;
3) Testing and detecting the braking performance: when the vehicle body is uniformly distributed with 150% of rated load capacity, the brake acts for 15min, the sliding distance is not more than 10mm, and when the vehicle body is loaded with 125% of rated load capacity, the braking distance is not more than 100mm;
4) Drop test detection: the vehicle body falling test is carried out according to corresponding requirements, the newly-installed climbing-free device is randomly checked at a ratio of not less than 5 percent, and at least not less than 1 device, and whether the following requirements are met or not is checked:
a. the anti-falling protection device is reliable in work and free of slippage after being locked;
b. the lock cannot be automatically reset in the locked state;
c. the locking distance of the anti-falling protection device is less than or equal to 200mm;
wherein the performance test comprises a running test and a lifting force test;
1) The running test comprises the following steps: the climbing assistor is used for running in the whole up-and-down process, the operation mechanism and the safety protection device are reliable and accurate in action, the mechanism is stable in action and normal in running, the specified functions can be realized, and main parts are not damaged and the joints are not loosened;
2) When the lifting force test is carried out, the power-assisted gears are respectively selected, and the lifting force of the climbing assistor is tested within the range of +/-10% of the corresponding gears.

step S1: detecting a field environment facility, wherein the field environment meets the requirements of the working environment of the manned lifting device and the use environment of the instrument equipment, and monitoring the field environment through environment monitoring equipment; the operating environment requirements of the instruments and equipment refer to instrument and equipment operating procedures and specifications, and when the facility and the environmental conditions are found to endanger the inspection result or the safety of the personal equipment, the inspection is immediately stopped, and the equipment is treated to meet the operating requirements;
the environment monitoring equipment comprises a waterproof bottom plate (1), a protective side plate (2), an electric cylinder (3), a protective top plate (4), a lifting support (5), a monitoring component (6), an environment-friendly component (7) and a bearing support (8), wherein the protective side plate (2) is fixedly mounted at the edge position of the top end face of the waterproof bottom plate (1), the electric cylinder (3) is fixedly mounted on two sides of the top end face of the waterproof bottom plate (1) through screws, the lifting support (5) is connected and mounted at one end of the top of the electric cylinder (3) through a piston rod, the protective top plate (4) is fixedly mounted at one end of the top of the lifting support (5), the environment-friendly component (7) is arranged on the top end face of the protective top plate (4), the monitoring component (6) is fixedly mounted in the center of the top end face of the waterproof bottom plate (1), and the bearing support (8) is fixedly mounted around the bottom end face of the waterproof bottom plate (1);

checking whether the self-checking report and the use record are complete or not in the regular checking period of the use unit, and whether the self-checking report and the use record are filed and kept or not;
the climbing-free device is provided with a nameplate for marking the marks of manufacturers, rated load capacity, number of people and important technical parameters, and the nameplate is pasted on an obvious part; the space at the lower part of the climbing-free device is provided with a safety color mark, and people are prohibited from entering the climbing-free device when the climbing-free device is normally operated;
the bearing bracket of the climbing-free device has no obvious visible cracks, deformation and corrosion; the ladder beam and the foot stick of the ladder are free from defects; the ladder stand is connected with the tower barrel without defects;

6) Detection of an emergency stop switch: red emergency stop switches are arranged on a panel of the creeper-free vehicle body, a remote controller and an electric cabinet, have obvious stop marks and cannot be automatically reset after being pressed;
7) Detecting a deceleration alarm device: when the vehicle body passes through a tower drum flange and a platform cover plate, the vehicle body should have the functions of automatic speed reduction, automatic normal running speed recovery after passing and sound and light alarm;
8) Detecting a manual sliding device: the climbing-free device is provided with a manual sliding device which can enable the vehicle body to stably descend when power is cut off, and the action is reliable;
9) Buffer detection: the climbing-free device is provided with rigid limit buffer devices at the upper limit position and the lower limit position of the running of the vehicle body;
10 Protection cover detection: the exposed rotating part of the climbing-free device is provided with a protective cover;
step S5: detection of a control system; detection of a control mode, a control device and a remote controller is included;
1) And (3) detecting a control mode: the climbing-free device is provided with three control modes, namely a vehicle body, an electric cabinet and a handheld remote control, the vehicle body has priority control, the interlocking function is effective, the control mode is inching control, and the electric cabinet control has automatic control and forced return functions;
2) The control device detects: the control device should meet the following requirements:
a. an ascending switch and a descending switch are arranged on a vehicle body panel, a remote controller and an electric cabinet;
b. the control power supply of the control box and the remote control device is safe voltage, and the voltage is not more than 36V;
c. the vehicle body is required to be operated by pressing the fingers of two hands, and the vehicle body can only operate when the fingers of two hands press the operating buttons simultaneously;
d. the button of the button plate has reliable action and clear and accurate identification;
3) Detecting by a remote controller: the remote controller works normally, the battery has sufficient electric quantity, the battery of the remote controller has the functions of voltage signal display and voltage low alarm, the remote controller can be directly charged on the control box, and the wireless signal of the remote controller is a special wireless signal;
step S6: detection of an electrical system; the method comprises the detection of grounding, electrical insulation, a main power supply contactor, short-circuit protection and leakage protection;
1) And (3) grounding detection: the electric leakage protection device is arranged on the TT system, the grounding resistance is not more than 4 omega, exposed conductive parts of all electrical equipment, wire pipes and wire grooves are reliably connected with the protection line PE except for safe voltage of the electrical system;
2) And (3) electrical insulation detection: the insulation resistance of the power circuit, lighting circuit and electrical safety device circuit should be no less than 2 Μ Ω;
3) Detecting a main power supply contactor: the power supply source should be provided with a main power supply contactor which should reliably cut off the power supply of the climbing-free device;
4) Short-circuit protection detection: at least one level of short-circuit protection, automatic circuit breaker or fuse is required to be arranged;
5) And (3) leakage protection detection: a leakage protection device is required to be arranged, and the residual action current and the action time of the leakage protection device meet the relevant requirements;
step S7: detecting noise; when the engine runs under rated load, abnormal vibration and sound are avoided, and the passing noise value in normal operation and running is not larger than 79dB;
step S8: detecting a running test; the vehicle body runs up and down at a normal running speed, and the operation mechanism, the control system, the safety protection device and the brake act reliably and accurately without interference with other structures; each mechanism has stable action, normal operation and no abnormal sound, and can realize the specified function;
step S9: the new installation periodically checks for additional tests for the first time; the method comprises the following steps: detecting a static load test, a dynamic load test, a braking performance test, a falling test and a performance test;
1) And (3) static load test detection: 125% rated load capacity is uniformly distributed on the vehicle body, and whether the following requirements are met is checked:
a. the main stressed member has no obvious cracks, permanent deformation and paint peeling; the connection looseness or damage does not occur at the connection part of the main components;
b. no other damage affecting performance and safety;
c. standing for 10min under the action state of the anti-falling device, wherein the downward sliding amount is less than or equal to 10mm;
2) And (3) dynamic load test detection: the vehicle body is uniformly distributed with 110 percent rated load capacity, and whether the following requirements are met or not is checked:
a. all mechanisms and parts work normally;
b. the mechanisms and the structural parts are not damaged, and the joints are not loosened;
3) Testing and detecting the braking performance: when the vehicle body is uniformly distributed with 150% of rated load capacity, the brake acts for 15min, the sliding distance is not more than 10mm, and when the vehicle body is loaded with 125% of rated load capacity, the braking distance is not more than 100mm;
4) Drop test detection: the vehicle body falling test is carried out according to corresponding requirements, the newly-installed climbing-free device is randomly checked at a ratio of not less than 5 percent, and at least not less than 1 device, and whether the following requirements are met or not is checked:
a. the anti-falling protection device is reliable in work and free of slippage after being locked;
b. the lock cannot be automatically reset in the locked state;
c. the locking distance of the anti-falling protection device is less than or equal to 200mm.
2. The wind tower crawling-free running safety detection method according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the field environmental conditions basically require: the power supply of the hoisting device is three-phase alternating current 380V or alternating current 220V, the frequency is 50Hz/60Hz, and the voltage fluctuation of the power supply system at the access position of the man-carrying hoisting device feeder line should not exceed +/-5% of the rated voltage;
climatic conditions examined by the manned lifting device: ambient temperature: -40 ℃ to +50 ℃, the average temperature not exceeding +35 ℃ over 24 hours; the relative humidity does not exceed 95% at a temperature of +25 ℃.
3. The wind tower crawling-free running safety detection method according to claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the steel wire rope should be scrapped when one of the following conditions occurs:
a. cage-like distortion, rope core extrusion, kinking, partial flattening, bending and strand breaking occur;
b. more than 8 broken wires are generated within the range of 30 times of the diameter of the steel wire rope;
c. the wear of the steel cord exceeds 7% of the nominal diameter of the steel cord.
4. The wind tower crawling-free device traveling safety detection method according to claim 1, wherein in the step S4, when an upper limit switch is set in the detection process of the limit protection device, the check limit switch meets the following requirements:
a. a limit switch is arranged at the uppermost end of the stroke, and the power supply can be cut off before the lift car is contacted with other components, so that the lift car stops;
b. the limit switch and the limit switch should not share one trigger element;
c. the limit switch should be triggered directly by movement of the car or its related components;
d. after the limit switch is triggered, the elevator must wait until manually released to resume operation.
5. The wind turbine tower crawler-free traveling safety detection method according to claim 1, wherein in the step S9, the performance test includes a running test and a lifting force test;
1) The running test comprises the following steps: the climbing assistor is used for running in the whole up-and-down process, the operation mechanism and the safety protection device are reliable and accurate in action, the mechanism is stable in action and normal in running, the specified functions can be realized, and main parts are not damaged and the joints are not loosened;
2) When the lifting force test is carried out, the power-assisted gears are respectively selected, and the lifting force of the climbing assistor is tested within the range of +/-10% of the corresponding gears.
