Abstract
The invention provides an integral moving line frame type hot runner system which comprises runner plates, wherein the runner plates are arranged on a support body and consist of a plurality of shunt plates, a connecting block is arranged between any two adjacent shunt plates, lifting lugs arranged at intervals along the front-back direction are arranged on any one connecting block, the support body is connected with the lifting lugs through a plurality of connecting lifting rods, a plurality of cable supports are arranged on the end surface of the support body, and a lifting device is also arranged on the support body and connected with the lifting lugs. The invention has reasonable structure, and the position of the runner plate is adjusted by the electric hoist; the installation and positioning of the flow passage plate after the position adjustment are realized by matching through holes at corresponding positions on the vertical plate of the U-shaped structure; the connecting suspension rod is positioned by fixing the bottom plate of the U-shaped structure with the cross beam; the screw rod is connected with the hanging rod and the hanging lug, so that the position of the flow passage plate is limited.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hot runner systems, and particularly relates to an integral moving line frame type hot runner system.
Background
Hot runners are heated to ensure that the plastic in the runner and sprue remains molten. Because the heating rod and the heating ring are arranged near or in the center of the runner, the whole runner from the nozzle outlet of the injection molding machine to the sprue is in a high-temperature state, so that plastics in the runner are kept molten, the runner does not need to be opened to take out the solidified materials after the machine is stopped, and the runner is heated to the required temperature when the machine is started again.
