Claims (8)

1. A vertical concrete stirring device is characterized by comprising a stirring cylinder, a conveying cylinder, a supporting rod, a supporting plate and a base, wherein the conveying cylinder is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting plate, the stirring cylinder is positioned above the conveying cylinder, the stirring cylinder is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting plate through the supporting rod, a feed opening is formed in the bottom of the stirring cylinder, the bottom of the feed opening is communicated with the top of the conveying cylinder, the stirring device is arranged in the stirring cylinder, the conveying device is arranged in the conveying cylinder, a discharge opening is formed in one side of the conveying cylinder, and the base is arranged below the supporting plate;
the stirring device comprises a first driving part, a first rotating shaft, stirring assemblies, a U-shaped stirring rod and a scraper, wherein the first rotating shaft is arranged in the stirring cylinder along the axis direction, the first driving part can drive the first rotating shaft to rotate, the first rotating shaft is provided with a plurality of stirring assemblies from top to bottom, the U-shaped stirring rod is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the first rotating shaft, the transverse part and the vertical part of the U-shaped stirring rod are both provided with strip-shaped scrapers, and one end of each scraper is close to the inner side wall or the inner bottom wall of the stirring cylinder;
conveyor includes second driving piece, second axis of rotation and helical blade, the transport section of thick bamboo is kept away from outward the fixed second driving piece that is provided with in discharge gate one side, the second axis of rotation transversely sets up inside the transport section of thick bamboo, the fixed helical blade that is used for carrying the concrete to the discharge gate by the feed opening that is provided with in the second axis of rotation.

The vertical concrete mixing device according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing rod is connected to the top of the U-shaped mixing rod, the middle of the reinforcing rod is fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft, a scraper mounting seat is fixedly arranged on one side, facing the side wall of the mixing barrel, of the U-shaped mixing rod, and the scraper is detachably connected with the scraper mounting seat.

The vertical concrete mixing device according to claim 2, wherein the scraper mounting base is provided with a first threaded hole, the first threaded hole is a waist-shaped hole arranged along the horizontal direction, the corresponding position of the scraper is provided with a second threaded hole, and the scraper is fixed on the scraper mounting base through a bolt which sequentially passes through the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole.

The vertical concrete mixing device according to claim 1, wherein the mixing assembly comprises a mixing blade and a mixing blade fixing frame, the mixing blade fixing frame is fixed on the first rotating shaft, and the mixing blade is fixedly arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the mixing blade fixing frame.

The vertical concrete mixing device according to claim 4, wherein the mixing blade is of an arc-shaped plate structure, the middle part of the mixing blade is fixed on the first rotating shaft, and two ends of the mixing blade are respectively and fixedly connected with two ends of the mixing blade fixing frame.
6. The vertical concrete mixing device according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the angle formed between the stirring paddle fixing frames in two adjacent stirring assemblies is 60 degrees.

The vertical concrete mixing device according to claim 1, wherein a damping groove is formed in the top of the base, the support plate is located in the damping groove, sliding grooves are formed in side walls of two opposite sides of the damping groove and are vertically arranged, two sides of the support plate are respectively slidably arranged in the sliding grooves through first sliding blocks, and a plurality of damping devices are arranged between the bottom of the support plate and the bottom of the damping groove.

The vertical concrete mixing device according to claim 7, wherein the damping device comprises a fixed block, an adjusting rod, a second slider, a sliding cross rod, limiting blocks and elastic pieces, the fixed block is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate, two ends of the sliding cross rod are respectively fixedly arranged at the bottom of the damping groove through the limiting blocks, two sides of the bottom of the fixed block are respectively and movably connected with the adjusting rod, the bottom of the adjusting rod is connected with the sliding cross rod in a sliding manner through the second slider, and the elastic pieces are arranged between the second slider and the limiting blocks which are close to the second slider.
