Claims (10)
1. A foaming material feeding device with an efficient pretreatment function is characterized by comprising a control unit, a conveying unit and two pretreatment units positioned on two sides of the conveying unit, wherein each pretreatment unit comprises a material guide unit and a collecting unit; the conveying unit comprises a base platform, a first installation through groove and a second installation through groove are formed in the base platform, first conveying roller units are arranged at the first installation through groove and the second installation through groove, each first conveying roller unit comprises a first driving mechanism, a row of first rotating rollers abutting against the upper surface of a foaming material and a row of first rotating rollers abutting against the lower surface of the foaming material, a cutting unit mounting plate is further arranged at the base platform and located between the first installation through groove and the second installation through groove, two cutting units are arranged at the cutting unit mounting plate and used for cutting off side materials of the foaming material, a guide roller is respectively arranged on each of two sides of the base platform and used for abutting and guiding the side materials; the material guiding unit comprises a substrate, a second conveying roller unit, a material cutting unit, a material pushing unit and a material receiving unit are mounted at the position of the substrate, the second conveying roller unit comprises a second driving mechanism and two rows of second rotating rollers, the side material is located between the two rows of second rotating rollers and is driven by the two rows of second rotating rollers in an abutting mode, the material cutting unit comprises a cutting knife rest, an air cylinder mounted at the cutting knife rest and a lifting cutting knife driven by the air cylinder, the material pushing unit comprises a material pushing air cylinder mounted at the position of the substrate and a material pushing plate driven by the material pushing air cylinder, and the material receiving unit comprises a material receiving hopper fixedly connected with the substrate and a first material receiving channel pipe connected with the material receiving hopper; the collecting unit comprises a collecting bag part and a second discharging channel pipe, the first discharging channel pipe is inserted into the second discharging channel pipe, and cut strip-shaped side materials can fall from the material receiving hopper and fall into the collecting bag through the first discharging channel pipe and the second discharging channel pipe.

The foam material feeding device with high efficiency pretreatment function according to claim 1, wherein said first blanking passage pipe is hollow rectangular parallelepiped; the second blanking channel pipe comprises a vertical pipe part, a horizontal pipe part and an arc pipe part for connecting the vertical pipe part and the horizontal pipe part, the vertical pipe part is inserted by the first blanking channel pipe, and the horizontal pipe part and the vertical pipe part are both hollow cuboids; the horizontal pipe part is fixedly connected with a lifting plate, the collecting unit comprises a bottom plate, the collecting bag is positioned at the bottom plate, a mounting frame is fixed at the bottom plate, a screw rod and a polished rod are mounted at the mounting frame, a motor for driving the screw rod is arranged at the screw rod, and the lifting plate is provided with a threaded hole through which the screw rod passes and a smooth hole through which the polished rod passes; the second blanking channel pipe is fixedly connected with a connecting frame, the connecting frame comprises a cross rod, and the cross rod is connected with the top end of the collecting bag.

The foam material feeding device with the efficient pretreatment function according to claim 1, wherein the pretreatment unit further comprises a cleaning unit, the cleaning unit comprises a cleaning unit mounting frame, a winding drum mounted at the cleaning unit mounting frame, and a winding drum driving mechanism for driving the winding drum, a winding cloth unit with a bottom end capable of being inserted into the first blanking channel pipe is wound at the winding drum, the winding cloth unit comprises a plurality of mutually parallel cylindrical weight rods, and two adjacent weight rods are connected through a flexible cloth.
