The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the structure of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the integral seal ring welding device for preparing the integral seal ring of the internet of things intelligent gas meter comprises a forming mechanism for realizing integral seal ring forming, a welding mechanism 17 for realizing integral seal ring joint welding, and a material belt track for realizing material belt transmission, wherein the forming mechanism comprises a forming plate 5, and the side surface of the forming plate 5 is used for restraining material belt deformation to obtain a forming surface of the integral seal ring;
the material belt track comprises a plurality of track sections which can be turned over relatively, the track sections are turned over relatively to bend the material belt, partial material belt sections of the material belt are attached to three sides of four sides of the forming plate 5, and two free ends of the material belt extend to the outer side of the forming plate 5;
the forming mechanism comprises a push plate 14 and a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism can drive the push plate 14 to move along the X-axis direction and reciprocate along the Y-axis direction in a plane rectangular coordinate system, and when the push plate 14 moves along the X-axis direction, the push plate 14 can provide thrust for the free end of the material belt, so that the free end of the material belt is attached to the forming plate 5, and the butt joint of the free end of the material belt is realized; when the push plate moves along the Y-axis direction, the driving mechanism can drive the push plate 14 to move in the direction away from the push plate 14, so that a space is provided for the two free ends to extend to the outer side of the forming plate 5;
the welding mechanism 17 is used for realizing the welding connection of the butt joint formed by the butt joint.
Because the material area that is used for making whole sealing ring has characteristics thin, mutability, for guaranteeing whole sealing ring preparation quality, current whole sealing ring preparation equipment generally is the form of production line: the blank is transferred among different devices, and is bent for multiple times in the transferring process to finally form an annular integral sealing ring blank, and then welding is finished on a single welding device.
In the scheme, the forming plate 5 is utilized to provide an annular forming surface, namely, the deformation of the integral sealing ring is based on the shape of the forming surface. as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further defined on the basis of embodiment 1: as a specific forming mechanism setting form, the forming mechanism is provided with: the three sides are respectively the left side surface, the bottom surface and the right side surface of the forming plate 5;
the forming mechanism comprises two push plates 14, two second slide rails 16 and a first slide rail 15, and the length direction of the first slide rail 15 is parallel to the length direction of the top surface of the forming plate 5;
both the second slide rails 16 can be slidably connected to the first slide rail 15, and the slidable direction of the second slide rails 16 is along the length direction of the first slide rail 15;
each second slide rail 16 is provided with a push plate 14;
the device also comprises a rack 13, wherein the first slide rail 15 is slidably connected to the rack 13, and the slidable direction of the first slide rail 15 is along the width direction of the top surface;
of the two push plates 14, different push plates 14 are used to act on the free ends of the strip of material on different sides of the forming plate 5. By adopting the scheme, the position of the adjusting device 53 is convenient for utilizing the pushing and extruding of greater force on the material belt sections at the two sides of the adjusting device 53, so that the material belt suspended section at the position of the adjusting device 53 can be tensioned, and the integral sealing ring forming quality is accurate; the location of the first groove 52 is selected to facilitate the separation of the integral closure from the forming plate 5 by positioning the sides of the integral closure under force.

the rotatable connection is hinged connection realized through a hinged shaft, and the turnover mechanism 4 is a turnover cylinder. First track groove is used for bearing the metal material area of treating buckling as on the fixed rail 11, and concrete material area mode of buckling is: after the material belts are embedded in the track sections, the track sections integrally move towards the forming plate 5 under the action of the driving device, the material belts on different track sections are bent under the action of the overturning mechanism 4 and the jacking mechanism 20, the material belts are continuously bent under the action of the forming mechanism after being connected with three sides of the four sides of the forming plate 5, finally the material belts are wrapped on the forming plate 5, and then the end parts of the material belts are butted under the action of resistance welding, so that the whole sealing ring in a closed ring shape can be obtained.
In the scheme, the material belt for manufacturing the integral sealing ring has the characteristics of thinness and softness, the track section scheme comprising the fixed track 11, the fixture blocks 8 and the elastic piece 10 is provided, meanwhile, the slope surfaces 9 are arranged on the fixture blocks 8, and when the material belt is specifically used, in the feeding stage of the track section and the process that the track section moves towards the forming plate 5 along with the material belt, due to the fact that the elastic piece 10 is included and under the action of the elastic piece 10, the middle end of each fixture block 8 can slide to be right above the first track groove, in this way, each fixture block 8 can provide top sealing effect for different sides of the first track groove, so that if the material belt is prevented from tilting relative to the first track groove, the material belt can be cut at a fixed length by arranging the detection device 6 for detecting the position of the end part of the material belt in place at the rear end of the first track groove, and meanwhile, the material belt is prevented from tilting relative to the first track groove, causing the overlap point to be dislocated when the strip is bent and closed.
When the track section upset or move to and the contact of profiled sheeting 5, profiled sheeting 5 is located track section direction of motion's the place ahead, owing to include slope surface 9, slope surface 9 is used for realizing that 11 motions of fixed rail and fixture block 8 move the linkage in 11 width directions of fixed rail in the material area motion later stage: when the contact position of the fixture block 8 and the forming plate 5 is located on the slope 9, the thrust applied on the slope 9 by the forming plate 5 can force the fixture block 8 to move towards the far middle end of the fixture block 8, at the moment, the elastic part 10 is forced to elastically deform by the force applied on the fixture block 8 by the forming plate 5, the near middle end of the fixture block 8 moves to the side surface of the first track groove, at the moment, the constraint action of the fixture block 8 on the top of the material strip in the first track groove is removed, the thrust and the like can be applied to the material strip through the fixing rail 11, so that the material strip is moved out from the groove of the first track groove to be attached to the forming plate 5, and preparation is made for further bending or shaping of the material strip. The clamping block 8 is matched with the fixed rail 11 in most of the stroke of the movement of the material belt, the restraint effect on the deformation of the clamping block 8 is achieved, the limit on the deformation of the material belt is achieved through the restraint effect, the alignment quality of the end part is improved when the integral sealing ring of the meter shell is formed, and therefore the purposes of being beneficial to the machining precision of the integral sealing ring of the meter shell and being beneficial to the preparation quality of a gas meter are achieved. During specific application, the fixture block 8 is supported on the upper surface of the fixed rail 11, and the fixture block 8 can slide along the width direction of the fixed rail 11, so that in the groove depth direction of the first rail groove, the distance between the bottom of the fixture block 8 and the groove bottom of the first rail groove is determined, so that during specific application, the groove depth of the first rail groove is equal to the thickness of the material strip, and the width of the material strip is equal to the width of the first rail groove, so that under the action of the elastic element 10, the fixed rail 11 is matched with the fixture block 8, so that the material strip can only slide along the length direction of the first rail groove, and local uncontrollable deformation such as deviation, torsion and the like generated by the intercepting length of the material strip due to uncontrollable deformation of the material strip in the moving process of the fixed rail 11 and the material strip can be completely eliminated; when the material belt moves out of the first track groove, the material belt can be pushed by other push blocks with lateral limiting effect to move out of the first track groove and be attached to the forming plate 5. Under the action of the turnover mechanism 4, under the condition of the state I, the material belt track is ready for feeding; the above state two is the inversion of the first track section 1 and the third track section 3, and the transformation from the above state one to the state two is: make with the tip material area of 2 complex middle part material area both sides of second track section for middle part material area upset, if when specifically using, the motion mode of second track section 2 is the bottom side contact of upward movement and profiled sheeting 5, then first track section 1 takes place to overturn with third track section 3 and forces tip material area section and profiled sheeting 5's side contact, force the free end of tip material area section towards the upset can, then, further buckle to the tip material area section above again to make the tip of material area can the overlap joint. The overturning mechanism 4 and the model selection for realizing overturning through the articulated shaft aim at providing a realization scheme which is beneficial to the bending quality of the material belt, and has simple structure and low control difficulty.
When the scheme is specifically applied, the preferable setting is as follows: for example, after the first track section 1 and the third track section 3 are erected, the upper end of the bent material strip extends to the upper side of the forming plate 5, and the portion extending to the upper side is subsequently used for further bending to obtain the top side of the integral sealing ring in this state. The conventional material belt generally comes from a material belt ring, that is, the required material belt needs to be obtained by cutting for manufacturing a single integral sealing ring, so the first rail groove is arranged in a mode of penetrating through the fixed rail 11. Considering to realize for the convenience that the material takes fixed length intercepting, set up to: the fixed length rail 12 further comprises a fixed length rail 12, wherein the fixed length rail 12 comprises a rail body and a second rail groove arranged on the upper side of the rail body, the extending direction of the second rail groove is along the length direction of the fixed length rail 12, one end of the second rail groove is an opening end intersected with the end part of the fixed length rail 12, and the other end of the second rail groove is a blind end;

the fixed-length rail device further comprises a limiting plate 7 capable of sliding in the width direction of the fixed-length rail 12, wherein the limiting plate 7 is arranged on the upper side of the second rail groove, and the limiting plate 7 has the following two position states in the process that the position of the limiting plate 7 is changed relative to the fixed-length rail 12 through sliding:
a first position: the part or all of the limiting plate 7 is positioned right above the second track groove, and the bottom surface of the limiting plate 7 provides restraint for the top surface of the material belt positioned in the second track groove, so that the material belt is restrained in the second track groove in a straight posture with the bottom surface attached to the bottom of the second track groove;
and position two: the limit plate 7 is entirely located at the side of the second track groove. When having the application, the motion of limiting plate 7 can adopt the cylinder drive, and the preferred width that sets up to the material area equals with the width in second track groove, and the thickness numerical value in material area equals with the spacing numerical value of limiting plate 7 lower extreme face to second track groove tank bottom.
As a simple structure, be convenient for inject the buckle for the concrete scheme of 11 motion trails of fixed rail and make things convenient for fixture block 8 to install, set up to: the clamping blocks 8 are all in an angle steel shape, and the clamping blocks 8 are arranged on the fixed rail 11 in an inverted buckling state;

In order to be beneficial to the smoothness of the movement of the clamping block 8, the device is characterized in that: the bolt section of the connecting bolt for matching with the fixture block 8 is a polished rod section.
In order to be beneficial to the consistency of the movement of each point in the length direction of the clamping block 8, the following steps are set: each fixture block 8 is matched with a plurality of connecting bolts, and each connecting bolt is sleeved with a spiral spring.
To facilitate the availability of a strip of material for making a single integral seal, the arrangement is such that: the material belt track material belt cutting device further comprises a cutting mechanism 19, and the cutting mechanism 19 is used for cutting the material belt on the material belt track.

and the three track sections are switched under the following two states by the overturning:
the first state: the first track grooves on the three track sections are positioned on the same straight line;
and a second state: the first track grooves on the first track section (1) and the third track section (3) are both vertical to the first track groove on the second track section (2), and the first track grooves on the first track section (1) and the third track section (3) are both positioned on the same side of the first track groove on the second track section (2);
