Furthermore, a transition bin is fixedly connected to the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate of the cleaning barrel, a grid net is fixedly connected to a top plate of the transition bin, and the head of each water pumping pipe is connected with the transition bin.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

A silage production uses the high-efficient cleaning equipment of silage, including pedestal 1, driving motor 2, wash bowl 3, float seat 4 and intermittent type power-on device; the four corners of the lower surface of the pedestal 1 are fixedly connected with supporting legs 11, the upper surface of the pedestal 1 is fixedly connected with an annular rotating base 12, the lower surface of the pedestal 1 is fixedly connected with a hood 21, a driving motor 2 is fixedly connected in the hood 21, the driving motor 2 is provided with an output shaft 22 which is vertically upward, the output shaft 22 is rotatably connected with the pedestal 1, the top of the cleaning cylinder 3 is arranged with an opening, the top of the cleaning cylinder 3 is provided with a cover body 31, the cover body 31 is fixedly connected with a U-shaped handle 32, the bottom plate of the cleaning cylinder 3 is fixedly connected with the top of the output shaft 22, the bottom of the cleaning cylinder 3 is fixedly connected with a rotating sleeve 33, the inner ring of the rotating sleeve 33 is fixedly connected with an annular sliding block 34, the outer ring of the rotating base 12 is provided with a sliding groove (not marked in the figure) corresponding to the sliding block 34, the rotating sleeve 33 is rotatably connected with the rotating base 12 through the matching of the sliding block 34 and the sliding groove, the floating base 4 is slidably connected in the cleaning cylinder 3, the floating base 4 comprises a permanent magnetic base 41 and a mounting ring 42 which is sleeved outside the permanent magnetic base 41, supporting rods 43 are uniformly and fixedly connected between the permanent magnet seat 41 and the mounting ring 42 at the periphery, the interior of the permanent magnet seat 41 is hollow, an electromagnet 44 is fixedly connected in the bottom plate of the cleaning barrel 3, the magnetism of the electromagnet 44 when the electromagnet 44 is electrified is opposite to that of the permanent magnet seat 41, and the intermittent electrifying device is used for intermittently electrifying the electromagnet 44.
Preferably, a foot 13 is fixed to the bottom of each leg 11, the foot 13 is in a truncated cone shape with a small top and a big bottom, and the foot 13 is made of hard rubber.
Preferably, the circumference of the upper surface of the rotating seat 12 is uniformly provided with the sliding-assistant balls 14.
Preferably, the permanent magnet seat 41 and the mounting ring 42 are circumferentially and uniformly rotatably connected with a rotating shaft 45, the rotating shaft 45 and the supporting rod 43 are arranged at intervals, and blades 46 are circumferentially and uniformly fixedly connected to each rotating shaft 45.
In this embodiment:

In-process of the oscilaltion of floating seat 4, blade 46 and pivot 45 rotate, and pivoted blade 46 makes the silage raw materials that floats on the surface of water constantly pressed into water to make abluent effect better.
Example 2
The difference from embodiment 1 is that the following is also included:
the intermittent energizing device comprises a driving gear 51 and a rotary disc 52; the driving gear 51 is fixedly connected to the output shaft 22 between the pedestal 1 and the cleaning drum 3, the rotating disc 52 is rotatably connected in the pedestal 1, the shaft rod 53 is fixedly connected to the center of the upper surface of the rotating disc 52, the driven gear 54 meshed with the driving gear 51 is fixedly connected to the top of the shaft rod 53, the 1/2 arc-shaped conductive plate 55 is fixedly connected to the rotating disc 52, the electric connection plates 56 are fixedly connected in the pedestal 1 on the upper side and the lower side of the rotating disc 52, and the electromagnet 44 and an external power supply form a series loop through the two electric connection plates 56.
Preferably, the gear ratio of the driven gear 54 to the driving gear 51 is 3: 1.
In this embodiment:
when the driving motor 2 works, the output shaft 22 and the driving gear 51 are driven to rotate, the driving gear 51 drives the driven gear 54 meshed with the driving gear to rotate, so that the shaft rod 53 and the rotary table 52 rotate, the electric connection plate 56 intermittently passes through the conductive plates 55, when the position of the electric connection plate 56 is between the conductive plates 55, a circuit of the electromagnet 44 is switched on, otherwise, when the electric connection plate 56 is staggered with the conductive plates 55, the electromagnet 44 is powered off, and then intermittent reciprocating switching on and off of the electromagnet 44 is realized.
By setting the gear ratio of the driven gear 54 to the driving gear 51 to 3:1, the floating seat 4 is lifted once every three rotations of the cleaning drum 3, so that the lifting of the floating seat 4 is slowly performed, and the mechanical vibration is prevented from being too large.
Example 3
The difference from embodiment 2 is that the following contents are also included:
a water cavity 61 is formed in an arc-shaped side plate of the cleaning barrel 3, water spray holes 62 are uniformly formed in the circumference of the top of the water cavity 61, drain holes 63 are uniformly formed in the circumference of the bottom of the water cavity 61, an annular pump bin 64 is further fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner wall of the cleaning barrel 3, an annular piston plate 65 is hermetically and slidably connected to the inside of the pump bin 64, a communication hole 66 is formed in the top of the pump bin 64, a water pumping pipe 67 is uniformly and fixedly connected to the circumference of one side of the pump bin 64 close to the inner cavity of the cleaning barrel 3, a first one-way valve 68 and a second one-way valve 69 are respectively arranged in the drain hole 63 and the water pumping pipe 67, the direction in which the first one-way valve 68 allows fluid to pass through is the direction deviating from the inner cavity of the pump bin 64, the direction in which the second one-way valve 69 allows the fluid to pass through is the direction pointing to the inner cavity of the pump bin 64, reciprocating screw rods 610 meshed with the piston plate 65 are further uniformly arranged in the circumference of the pump bin 64, and the reciprocating screw rods 610 are rotatably connected to the pump bin 64 through 611, the bottom of the lower connecting shaft 611 extends out of the cleaning cylinder 3 and is fixedly connected with a driving gear 612, and a gear ring 613 engaged with each driving gear 612 is fixedly embedded in the rotary seat 12.
Preferably, a transition bin 614 is fixedly connected to the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate of the cleaning cylinder 3, a grid net 615 is fixedly connected to the top plate of the transition bin 614, and the head of each water suction pipe 67 is connected with the transition bin 614.
Preferably, a filter screen 616 is fixedly connected in the water cavity 61 above the drain hole 63, a drain pipe 617 communicated with the water cavity 61 is fixedly connected at the bottom of the left side of the cleaning barrel 3, and the head of the drain pipe 617 is in threaded connection with an end cover 618.
In this embodiment:
the cleaning barrel 3 drives each driving gear 612 to revolve around the axis of the cleaning barrel 3 when rotating, each driving gear 612 rotates under the action of the gear ring 613, so that the reciprocating screw rod 610 rotates, the piston plate 65 is lifted and lowered in a reciprocating manner through the rotation of the reciprocating screw rod 610, when the piston plate 65 is lifted, water enters the pump chamber 64 from the water pumping pipe 67, when the piston plate 65 is lowered, the water below the piston enters the water chamber 61 through the water discharge hole 63 and is finally sprayed out from the water spray holes 62, the water sprayed out of the water spray holes 62 washes silage raw materials, the cleaning effect is improved, and meanwhile, under the action of the filter screen 616, mud in the water is intercepted in the water chamber 61 below the filter screen 616, so that the water is continuously filtered, the use time of the washing machine is prolonged, and the function of saving water is achieved.
